Although there were a few hiccups with the initial move in process (to be expected with new builds), Rivette is worth the wait! The amenities are fantastic. The team has also been extremely helpful. Rick is always on top of addressing any concerns/questions you have, Justin is very kind and professional, and Richie with maintenance is consistently helpful, courteous, & quick to respond.

I moved into Rivette Tower about a week ago, and I can’t say enough good things. Rick, Melissa, and Justin in the leasing office are SO helpful. Not only did they answer my 50 questions before I signed my lease, but anytime I have had a question or concern I’ve gotten assistance right away. They made the move in process so easy. Rick even brought up a 110 lb package to my apartment so I didn’t have to struggle to do it alone. This has been the warmest welcome I’ve gotten at any of the 4 apartments I’ve lived at in Austin. I can’t wait to see what the property is like when all of the amenities are complete!

I have been living here since it first opened and I have nothing but rave reviews for the staff and maintenance teams at RT. They were also extremely helpful during the leasing process, have always answered my emails within a day or two, and they clearly have the best interest of the community in mind. The location is fantastic, nestled in a great part of Mueller (near the parks, pool, short walk from Mueller food scene and farmers market). Such a great view of the city as well from the 3rd floor. Ive lived at many Greystar communities and this one takes the cake.

I loved the kitchen island and amenities. The balcony is large and has a great view! I really loved the area and the park next door was perfect for walking my dog. Justin was super helpful in showing me around and did an excellent job!

What a beautiful property this is. I walked in without an appointment and an amazing gentleman named Rick helped me. He was very informative and knew his stuff. Will be leasing when my lease is up in March. Way to go Rivette Tower.

Wonderful staff, management, and maintenance team! Excellent beautiful and safe property! This is our home sweet home. The neighborhood is spectacular as well as the location being centralized.

I toured the property last week and they told me they are about to open all of the amenities soon!! From what I could see, the property was beautiful, it was placed in the middle of Mueller and the building offered everything I needed. I’ve only had a few days to judge but everyone staff wise was super patient with me and extremely helpful!
