    Its for us. Simple as that. Its Dallas got bugs just go to the office get sprayed. Office staff amazing and works with you. Struggling? Riverstation is where you want to be to survive the storm. Its family. Simple as that. I was having a terrible week felt like and my office lady gave me a kindness card with a hundred dollars on it. Out of no where I was relieved. They fix your stuff as quick as they can AFTER YOU PUT IN A MAINTENANCE REQUEST. I have had no problems. And when I was struggling to pay my rent it wasnt eviction threat after eviction threat they talked to me heard me and waited. I wouldnt want to be anywhere else with my kids. Police patrols are awesome helpful and friendly. My neighbors are the best. Im happy been here 3 years now no problem.

    This is amazing place to live. The move in process was easy and the office staff help me with everything I needed. When I pick up my keys they should me where the laundry room, the mailbox area. The even should me where apartment was at, made sure my keys worked properly. They were very patient and answered every question I had

    As soon as I stepped inside the riverstation apartments the leasing agent keva greeted me with the warmest welcome along with leasing agent Yesenia I felt right at home and knew already I had chosen the right place to call my future home. Everything from the start was quick and easy. I couldn’t imagine having a better experience not to mention the location was great with all the time security I also felt safe. By far the best place I’ve ever stayed.

    Yesenia made my process very fast and easy. The rest of the staff was very sweet and even tried to learn my language to help me better. This is the most beautiful property. I would definitely recommend.

    Yesenia was a great help with my move in process!! Everything went by quickly and smoothly and Ms.LaRen and Renee quickly address my concerns. This is has been the best move in process Ive had I would recommend anyone to live here!

    Leasing staff is AMAZING 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 Ms. La’Ren and Renee (management) are exceptionally punctual with turnaround responses. Maintenance always comes reasonably quick, even for non emergency situations. Front desk staff keeps the community updated with events and helpful resources and always have pleasant attitudes! 10/10 would recommend!!! Stop by and tell them I sent you(no seriously, TELL THEM I SENT YOU)!!!!

    Ms.LaRen is a wonderful assistant community manager Ms.Renea and the rest of the office staff has been amazing with helping me in all that I need help with Their communication is amazing we are always in the loop of things that are happening on the property Riverstation has had a number of staff members in our leasing office but none like this staff.Thanks for all that you all do

    I have to be honest... At first it got off to a rocky start, but Abby stepped in and saved the day. These apartments are lucky to have her on their team. She corrected all issues, made sure everything was in order, and made sure I was in the know and updated every step of the way. You can tell that she takes pride in her work and she cares about making sure her community feels like are at home. She is a true exemplar of good management and customer service. Thank you Abby for all of your hard work and all that you do. You appreciated!

    I cant speak for the previous management but Mrs. Renee Brown and Damarian are two of the sweetest women Ive encountered in life period. Mrs. Brown goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are happy with their home experience... I wish there were more like them. Very Professional but also honest warm and welcoming. My 3 years at the property wasnt perfect but these ladies helped me transition beautifully.

    The office workers are sweethearts. I know I’ve called over 100 times and they never acted like I got on there nerves . It were a long process but it paid off at the end apartment looks nice and it’s so peaceful. Thank you all so much

    I been living here a month now and the overall experience was a long process. Even when I wanted to give up and say forget it. MsDamarian was there to bounce me back. I love my apartment and I’m very thankful to make Signature at Trinity River my new home. The only suggestion I have is if they could power wash the stairs they are so nasty and the front porch. But other then that I have no problems. I will check back in 5 mos to give an update. Thanks Signature at Trinity River ❤️❤️❤️

    First ever apartment! The staff was so willing and helpful and made the process easy from start to finish now my fiancé and I are in a very nice 2bdrm apartment with our first child coming in a couple of weeks. Couldn’t be happier!

    I was assisted by a young man named, Robert who was really educated about the property. He was able to let me view a 3 bedroom unit, which I really liked. The unit was fairly up to date. I could really see myself moving here.

    Me & my mom been living here for a couple months now it’s great but the people above us so nosey we hear running and stomping and it’s irritating because at night we can barely sleep because they stomping, u wake up to stomping, but other then that the apartments are great. 💙
