    I’m a new resident and I really like the property. It’s clean and there’s not a lot going on here. Peaceful apartments. The staff is amazing and will literally make sure they get any request I need done. The manager on property, Chrystal is really great! She actually listens to the residents and get things done. Great manager! Great Staff! Great Property!

    Riverside Villas is the best property in this community! Youll never find a leasing agent or property manager as welcoming as the staff thatll assist you. The property has much to offer. Youll receive free WiFi, Spectrum cable, a fitness center, club room, business center, pool & grill area, and more! In addition, its safe and is a gated community. Visitors must gain access from the resident. Once you visit, youll feel the peace and comfort. The picture posted is a sneak peek of the tour.

    I spotted these apartments as I was apartment shopping. My lease is up in December and I am definitely looking at moving here. The property is wonderful. The amenities are perfect for the way I live. The apartment that I toured was so spacious with a beautiful view. I’d like to thank Dominique for such a informative tour. She had me laughing the whole time. I look forward to working with and getting myself into an apartment.

    I have been living here for 9 months and I am already waiting for the moment to renew my leasing . The apartments are completely new. The new administration is Excellent, Chanler is always willing to listen and resolve requests in a timely manner, she is friendly and always has a smile which makes it pleasant to go to submit a request or clarify doubts, the maintenance service is fast and resolves any inconvenience that may arise in the apartment in a matter of hours. They carry out activities to interact with the community. It is very safe and quiet. The pool is spectacular, completely clean, as are all the social areas of the community. I have already recommended it to my friends because it is a nice community.

    Lived here two years, I can honestly say overall it was a really good experience with only a few downsides. Many units have fenced in yards, these apartments are clean and I NEVER had an issue with bugs. Really nice and updated units. Great pool and workout room. Maintenance requests responded to within hours. Very pet friendly (which was great for me, not great for some people though.) Neighborhood is usually okay with only a few minor incidents in my two years here. Got a good chunk of my security deposit back upon moving out which is rare. Downsides...valet trash is really hit or miss. Theyd rarely get my apartment which was frustrating. Towing is definitely enforced if you dont/forget to register cars - I had to pay $500 when my rental car got towed from here. The gate had issues and was only functional for about 6 months that I lived here. Communication with certain office staff was unprofessional during my move out process (like having to send 10 emails in a two week span to get something corrected on my bill) And my emails mostly got brushed off. But really, Im impressed with a lot of aspects of these apartments and do recommend living here compared to most apartment complexes nowadays.

    Riverside Villas is a awesome place to live . The staff is awesome and will work with you to get approved. The staff makes you feel so welcome.     I just want to say thank you to this community. Its comfortable , quiet, and clean. I spotted this community on apartment list in may and kept in touch with chanler all the way to move-in day. She is so helpful , great communication , funny and attentive. me and my spouse didnt have a hard time applying or moving in everything was such stress free. oct 01 will be 1 month fully in the community ! the pool is beautiful and elegant as well as the gym being available to the residents 24/7. all this to say is riverside villas is an amazing community I am so happy I choose these apartments. Thank you chanler you are truly a great person and for making everything so hassle free!

    This was the best apartment I looked at, the units are nice and modern. Alex and Chandler were super nice and they get back to you very quick on any questions you have. They were very helpful during the application process and overall just amazing!

    This has been the best apartment complex we’ve ever lived in. The leasing office staff are the kindest and most helpful people I’ve ever dealt with. Maintenance is also very quick and friendly with every request we ever made.Location is great, especially working at AA and being able to reach my gate at the airport within 15 minutes from leaving our door. The community is also friendly, lots of families and young professionals.The apartment itself is so spacious. We have the 2B/2B with the yard which is super special since you don’t see that often in an apartment complex. Pool/gym are also a great bonus. We were in building 6, so the back part of the community and never had an issue with parking.We loved living here. We would for sure renew if we didn’t have to move to a new city. We’ll miss living here!

    We have just left the residential complex riverside villas, the chanler girl is super friendly, attentive, and her personality is incredible. We have visited other communities and it does not compare with her treatment, I explain and make everything super clear. We loved these apartments, they are really amazing 🫶🏽✨

    Riverside Apartment is “home” for my family and I. The staff Alex (our Community Manager) and Chanler have made us feel nothing less than celebrities. Alex is just an awesome and sweet personality, who is very communicative and patient to listen, and profer solutions at all times.While this is a small community it is well diversified and everyone is kind and friendly. Clean pet community as well. The amenities are great (trash pick up at your door, mail/pkg concierge, state-of-the-art gym, etc), great location and DFW Airport only 8 mins away. Couldn’t have asked for more if I had created it myself..Grateful for my experience and grateful to Alex for always being awesome ❤️💃🏽❤️🙏 I highly recommend Riverside Villas to anyone who needs a plesant apartment.

    I have been a resident for going on three years now and I love the quietness of the community, staff is friendly and kind and attentive to needs individually and the community in a whole. The monthly calendar is a joy because it gives us a chance to meet our neighbors and enjoy additional experiences that includes family fun! Communication is also great when things are going on. Definitely would recommend plus it’s in a commutable area in the DFW.

    I’ve been a tenant here since May and have no complaints! We love it here! It’s everything we wanted in a apartment, without the crazy prices! The location is prime, right in between Dallas and Fort Worth, close the the airport and shopping. Lots of family owned restaurants in the area to try. Seriously, the quality of this apartment is unlike anywhere I’ve lived before. The management team is incredible, Michael is the one who helped us with the move in process and everything went so smoothly, which can be difficult to come by with renting. The maintenance team is also great, Derwin is the man. You need something done, he’s you’re guy. My boyfriend and I use the grill, pool and gym area multiple times a week and they always keep everything so clean. I never see trash or anything around the property. It’s also very quite here, I’ve never had a problem with loud neighbors or any disturbances. All of that to say, we LOVE living here!

    I have been living here for 2 years now. Really thinking about staying a third year. Riverside Villas has honestly been a great experience. They are very nice and affordable apartments. Centralized location and they are a very quiet community. I’d give them 10 stars if that were an option.

    Ive been here little ove 1yr. Probably will be here awhile. These Apt are nice. New amenitys and new appliances. Since management has changed its more of a community. They are more involved with the tenents. Good activitys food Trucks. Thank You Riverside Staff. I like my Apt is nice, its well insulated, comfy.

    I visited Riverside Villas without an appointment and was very pleased with the services. Zach was kind enough to sit with me and discuss what I was looking for. He was very professional, answering all my questions and concerns. I was taken on a tour of the complex and was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and overall design of the apartments as well as the complex as a whole. Over the past few weeks I’ve visited quite a few apartment complexes in the area. Riverside villas are by far of the the best I’ve toured.

    I love this apartment!! I just moved in and I have to say the process was so easy and quick! My old residence tried to procrastinate with paperwork, and Michael walked right up to the complex to speed things up. He went above and beyond for me and my son. But most importantly, hes nice and thoughtful! He left us a welcome gift in our apartment!!!!! Its hard to find nice people at apartment offices so THANK YOU MICHAEL for being great! If you are thinking of moving, I say do it! Best decision Ive had!

    Every time I walk into my apartment a smile comes over my face. The apartment is absolutely gorgeous on the inside! It is such a blessing to have found this complex. They were so patient throughout my application process and allowed concessions when I needed them.Everyone is so nice and accommodating from the office down to our maintenance man. They always greet you with such warm smiles and they know your name! The respect they show for the residents is unmatched compared to other places I have lived. They have set the bar very high for future apartment complexes.If you want to move to a new building and be the first to live in your unit this is the place to be. Open floor plan, granite counter and a stainless steel appliances. This was the best price for the area (and I looked all around the area) with the best amenities.The only negative is it doesnt come with a washer and dryer but does have plug ins to accommodate them. Considering the price it wasnt a deal breaker but I must admit not being from this area I am not sure where to rent and the idea of having to go elsewhere to wash is a bit of a hassle but like me the building is new so its a learning curve. Also the best part is wifi, mail and valet trash (it comes five days a week I believe which is awesome) all come in a bundle package and the price CANNOT BE BEAT. With all the savings renting a washer and dryer is not a big deal (just need to find a good company). Once again love the complex and my apartment. Thank you guys for such an amazing experience thus far!

    I was in a mission hunting for an apartment with great luxury interiors within my budget and somehow we just happen to drove by this complex and decided to take a look. Michael was the gentleman who gave us a tour.Long story short: This is by far the most great looking apartment Ive ever came across within my budget. I am so happy with the service that the staffs has to offer and cannot just wait to move in! You guys are great!!!!

    I absolutely love living here!!! Soneisha is hands down the best property manager Ive had since moving to TX two years ago and Chanler is very sweet and responsive. Also, maintenance is prompt and thorough. I LOVE IT HERE!

    Riverside Villas feels like home the moment you arrive at the gate of the property. The office staff Michael and Miss Lori are beyond sweet. They helped get paperwork done very quickly. The property is absolutely gorgeous and the view is amazing. It’s always quiet and the neighbors are respectful. Not to mention the amenities. Full access to 2 apple desktops and fitness center 24/7. The fitness equipment is completely up to date you can access the internet and music directly on the machines. The sparkling clean swimming pool and barbecue area are to LIVE for! Best place in the area in my opinion .

    I was going to wait a month to Review. But my experience has been amazing. Im in shock. The ladies in the office are so so wonderful and attentive. And they say theyll do something and they do it. I already had a request to put in. And by the time I got home it was done and the left a note with a smile face. Made my day. The only downfall is the parking but other than that these apartments are clean, spacious, and quiet.

    One of the best apartment complex I have ever lived in! Michael and Lorie are some of the best apartment staff I have ever dealt with. No matter what situation you’re in, they will do everything they can to work with you. The apartments are brand new. Wifi and cable comes already installed in the apartment and is included into the rent. So no more worries about those bills. I would highly recommend the apartments to anyone who’s looking!

    I went to view these apartments today and absolutely love them. The amenities are great very luxury for the price. They have a great pool area and it is located in a good area easy access to the freeways and airport. The leasing agent Micheal was great he took his time and explained everything i needed to know, very polite. I would recommend this complex to anybody thats looking for quality upgrade for a good price.

    Met with Erica last week to show me the property. She was very nice and professional. I fell in love with the place and went back a few days later to sign my lease. Michael and Ms. Lora were also very professional and answered all my questions. I cant wait to move in next week. I love the fact its a new property. I met the maintenance man as well, he was very nice.

    One of the reason I moved to this complex is superb Michael. He explained everything thoroughly from the application process to the move in. He went above and beyond to accommodate my changing needs. I am loving the apartment so far. High speed free spectrum wifi and TV are also the great features of the apartment.

    Great Property. Great Staff. The amenities and features of this place is awesome. It’s easy to get anywhere from Trinity. Very quiet and clean and brand new. Floor plans are great here for the price. I definitely love this place and the community. Definitely recommend it for anyone look for a great place to enjoy.Update: I have lived in Riverside Villas for 18 months. I have pros and cons to this place, again this is another transparent review. I will start with the cons:1. Walls and floors are kinda thin for being a new complex. For those seeking to live on 2nd and 3rd floor, you will notice sounds a little more than usual from either the front door closing or from neighbors.2. Parking has improved but was once a problem. My suggestion: Get a parking spot, It will save you the headache of having to find a spot in the evening.The pros:1. I have felt safe and secure with my vehicles previously parked here. There was times I have accidently had my doors unlocked with my vehicles and had everything still there.2. Maintenance has always taken care of the problem right away.3. If you remember the Texas winter storm 2021, I was out of state on business, Came back with no busted pipes, sprinklers, cars untouched.The management handled the situation very well. Leads me to my next pro.4. Roscoe Management is probably on the best management companies I have dealt with in a long time. I am giving a shout out to Phoenicia and Dayshon for their communication, professionalism and attentiveness to every thing I have requested or addressed.Bottom line: Its an apartment, there is always going to be issues with parking, people, noise. I wanted to break my lease when the previous management company was there. You will enjoy living here at Riverside Villas, Phoenicia and her staff are able to help you.

    Where do I start, Michael is awesome. Hes bent over backwards helping me adjust, today he help me set up my cable service and adjust my air. Hes always friendly and greet you with a smile, the apartments are awesome, its a quiet community and 15 to 20 minutes from any city.

    Moving from south Florida, Michael has made that transition extremely easy I love the new place all the great new appliances the pool is spectacular I have some of the greatest views through my bedroom window. I never have to worry about parking, the gym is always available, wifi throughout the entire complex cable is already set for your entertainment saves the hassle of having to find someone to come, being charged and having unknown people trampling through your Serenity space, also you may see the maintenance men but youll never know their title which he or she is very friendly and helpful at all times but I say that because youll never need them for anything the place is just so well kept and clean Ive never felt safer and happier.

    This Place is amazing. It is beautiful, modern and I love the size of the community. Like it sells itself, I cant wait to get out of my other place and move in.     I recently visited this community looking for a new place to call home. I was assisted by a nice, friendly, kind gentleman by the name of michael Savala. He was simply amazing. He knew about the property and what to show me that would make my decision so easy. This by far was one of the best experiences I have had while “apartment hunting”. I said I would wait until Friday to apply and let’s just say because of his kindness and friendly attitude I will be applying today for an apartment.

    My boyfriend and I were in search of a new apartment so we stopped by Riverside Villas to check out their units. Michael greeted us and reassured us that there were units available with the latest technology. He was right! Riverside Villas blew us away. The lovely finishes, wifi-enabled thermostats, spacious backyards were the icing on the cake. I love it here!

    This place is the bomb and its brand new! The Leasing office has all of the amenities that you never knew you needed, plus a beautiful pool/grillout spot. The apartments are spacious and the layout gives you a lot of room to make a comfortable living room/dining room/kitchen space for friends and family to come over and hang out. The maintenance man is THE man, handling business as soon as a problem comes up. If theres not an easy fix, he already knows how to go about solving it because hes old-school like that. Dont nothing get past him, and he keeps the pool/grillout spot hot because theres always propane in the grill and a chill in the ice-cold drinks, thats real.

    I honestly cannot say enough positive things about Lorie, Michael, and the maintenance man. I am no longer a resident there, but the 3 of them are amazing in every way. If there are any cons, it has nothing to do with the staff. As the population grew, it did seem to bring about a crowd that steals and have less than desirable morals, but that is no reflection on the staff. They are amazing hands down. Just be careful of your surroundings.

    I did most of the process online and Michael and Lorie were the most helpful people Ive ever came across virtually LOL. I was in Florida helping a sick family member they werent even aware about how stress I was and they made the process so smooth. Answered all my question, all my phone calls everyday.They were really attentive. When I finally came to move into the place they explained everything to me thoroughly , gave me a full walk through, showed me how to use the keys, gave me ideas on how to furnish my place, even gave me a website to purchase furniture. They are true definition of hospitality. So if you are looking for a brand new place to live in Im telling you come here you wont regret it.

    I’ve been here about 6 months and my experience has been amazing! Anytime I’ve had an issue (rarely) it’s been addressed immediately. Riverside Villas is a great place to call home.
