Have only lived here for about 2 months now and its about a 4/5. If you make plenty of money then its good. All bills in its about $1550 a month for just the studio. And to get out of the lease early is probably about $2k. Other than that the staff has been great. Apartment is secure, things are built well, no problems with bugs or anything like that, just would like the prices to be a bit lower honestly.

Beautiful apartments. Did a tour of the office/apartment (strange) the office lady just told us to look around and let her know if we had questions. Rent is typical for the area. Love all the windows and the entry points! Very open and inviting. The downside is the location, which is very busy, nearest to Magnolia. That could be an issue for getting to and from work, pedestrian safety, something to be very cautious ⚠️ while driving.

Beautiful property, location is perfect; close to the Hwy/river/shopping, modern and contemporary apartments inside, love the high ceilings. Bailee was phenomenal! Answered all my questions and was knowledgeable about the area. I cant wait to make Riverfront my home!

Beautiful property! Love the location. It is exactly where I want to be. The apartments are spacious with great appliances very modern. The staff is wonderful to work with and the maintenance team could not be better

Love living here! Laura, Blake, Pete and Haley are wonderful property staff. The location cant be beat and the Lofts are gorgeous!

Laura has been everything we’ve needed. She has helped us with all issues and made sure our move in was amazing. Aside from all the difficulties with river front Laura’s the reason I stayed.

This is the best apartment complex on the market! The location and (future) amenities are top tier. The man who gave me the tour, I believe his name was Alex, was extremely sweet and provided great detail for all of my questions. Additionally, he also offered to show me all the different types of floor plans and units. Overall my experience here was a 10/10!! This property is absolutely gorgeous and I commend their customer service!!

Impressive and stunning property. Bailee is very knowledgeable and demonstrates true care and professionalism. Location is top notch, quick access to many main attractions in Waco. The modern luxury look is a plus as well!
