I’ve had a wonderful experience living at Rincon! The location is unbeatable – Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, and a gas station are all right across the street. Uptown Plaza, perfect for social nights, is just a short walk away. The complex is gated, so it feels safe and secure.Sandra, the Office Manager, is incredibly friendly and helpful, and Isaac, the Maintenance worker, is awesome! Whenever something needs fixing, it gets taken care of the same day or within 2 days at most – very efficient.The pool is spacious and well-maintained, and it’s great that the community is pet-friendly. Whenever anything breaks, it’s fixed quickly and hassle-free. Parking is never an issue, and I’ve had no problems with noisy neighbors – it’s a very peaceful place to live.Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Rincon. Highly recommend!

Sandra is unmatched.She is in incredibly friendly and responsive. Isaac is always addressing maintenance issues promptly. The apartment are spacious and well maintained,the community feels safe and quiet, perfect for a peaceful living experience.will recommend!

Im happy to call Rincon my new home! I love the facility, from its office center, pool, gym and beautiful walkways and the greenery is a plus… trees around the facility gave it aways and had to call this place home. Forgot to mention is in the heart of McAllen.Oh and how can i not mention the ladies at front office Amanda, helped me with the application process and she is just a beautiful soul so helpful and kind. I just got to meet Sandra and also so helpful and informative.Im thrilled for my stay here at Rincon, I 100%recommend this place, its a quiet and pet friendly.

From the moment I moved in, I felt welcomed and quickly became part of a close knit group of neighbors who I now consider lifelong friends. The management team regularly organized events that made it easy to connect with neighbors. I’ve made countless memories here that I will treasure forever.Having lived in several apartment complexes, I can confidently say that the maintenance service here stands out. Isaac, in particular, has been exceptional from day one. Whether it’s fixing a minor issue or handling something more significant, like rescuing cats from storm drains, Isaac has always been incredibly reliable, professional, and highly skilled.If you’re considering Rincon, I highly recommend it. It’s a wonderful community with a dedicated team that truly cares about making your living experience the best it can be.

Isaac from maintenance and the whole crew have been nothing short of experts and able to fix anything and everything in a timely manner, also Ms. Sandra from front office and Amanda are a team that you can count on to follow through on their word, whether it be to schedule appointments or making you feel at home, Rincon Apartments have been great to us and appreciate our years here. Could have been anywhere else but continue to chose Rincon over the others due to the hard work and commitment Isaac, Sandra and Amanda have, thanks ya’ll !

Living at Rincon for many years was a wonderful experience. We loved the community and staff, it was hard to leave. Isacc was amazing, anytime we needed help or a work order fixed he handled things quickly and professionally. Pool area and gym area were always kept so clean. We always felt safe in the area and location is a plus. Thank you Rincon!

We were impressed with Sandras ability to ease our anxiety about the application process and electronics. I can not say enough good things about Rincon overall!!!! The front office worker, Amanda, has been here the entire time and she honestly really knows the residents. The maintained manager, Issac, is like Superman - I have no idea how he does it but he fixes everything in no time. With that being said, let me give you the pros and cons.Pros: location is perfect, Amanda & Issac are incredible people, the pool is wonderful, is it overall quiet and laid back.Cons: it takes corporate office a really long time to fix things ( I moved in 2.5 years ago and they said they were working on getting upgraded gate system and we still don’t have one, it took almost a year to fix the fence around the property after a storm & parts are still not fixed, it took over a year to get all the pot holes fixed), there are a lot of apartments in the area that are much newer at the same price point.So overall, HIGHLY recommend because of the location and the amazing staff!! (You might find a newer place for the same price but they won’t come with Ann Amanda and Issac!)

Recently moved in and I’m very satisfied with the decision to choose Rincon Apartments as my home. The community is quiet and offers wonderful amenities such as a nice clean pool, gym and business center. Sandra and her staff are very welcoming and attentive.

I’m going to put 4 stars due to square footage of the 1 bed 1 bath that was shown to me. I believe the price should lower for the amount of space that I was shown . I compared it to the other apartments around the area and the sq footage was more spacious and cheaper. Although, the leasing agent Maria Zamora, that presented me the apartments was amazing she explained everything and walked me through everything and assisted me with all my questions and concerns and even offered to assist me through the application.

Recently moved in and the staff and maintenance has been nothing but amazing and super friendly. A couple of issues had to get fixed and within that same day everything got fixed. Property is clean and kept up, apartment is newly remolded. Property is nicely located and is pretty much close to everything. Very happy on my decision of making Rincon my home.

I’m extremely happy that I made this decision. Sandra and her staff have made this transition so easy and helped me every step of the way . The maintenance staff were extremely prompt and made sure my place was ready for move in. I’m most thankful for the beautiful grounds they maintain . It’s a place I look forward to coming home to . I loved living here! The staff is very friendly and responsive. I stayed here for four years and my concerns were always listened to. It is calm and peaceful. The trees and the pool make it a nice place to walk your dog often.

I asked around, including the citys police department, hands down this is the best place in the area.I moved in and several small issues developed, I wrote the repair request and voila!!!, things were fixed immediately or in very short time.The grounds are always clean.Now, the quality of the staff is a 10 STAR. Im serious. In my many years of renting apartments, Ive NEVER encounter such professionals. Theyre totally kind, understanding, approachable and great to talk to. Theyll stop doing whatever theyre doing to first greet you, and to address your problem.Needless to say, Im very happy here.

Well constructed and clean apartment complex. One of the most understanding and welcoming staff that work with you when problems arise. However, Difficult parking which opens up unfavorable addons to alleviate parking on a personal level. Also extremely strict on rules regarding balconies, guests and pool hours. The business center is also, unfortunately, unreliable. Community events through holidays is a nice touch, and it is generally a quiet and respectful complex.

Weve had the pleasure of working with every member of the staff, each of whom treated us well and were patient. So wed like to thank them for their kindness and attention to every step of the process. Its clean, quiet, cozy and a place we see ourselves living in for a long time.

I had gone to tour and see the area I spoke with Amanda, very friendly although she was new she sure knew her stuff!! Wasn’t able to lease since I was looking for a lower budget with utilities included. But over all place is Beautiful quite as well. Amanda and Erica you guys are AMAZING !
