    I recently visited this property and to say the service I received from Jazmine in management was top tier is an understatement. We toured a 2bed1bath. She was very knowledgeable about the property, attractions in and around the area. She was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. That was the 3rd tour on that day I took. Needless to say one of my favorite tours. It was very hot that day but having the golf cart to get around in most definitely was better than having to walk.

    Writing this after staying here for 13 months, had to move out due to other issues. It was an absolutely amazing stay, loved the place, great and responsive management. Always accommodated all the requests.There are always concerns with every management but if we are good with them they’ll be good with us too.It feels getting the right apartment/location is also important to make the stay comfortable. I definitely enjoyed my stay.Thank you guys for all the efforts and hard work you put in, keep it up!

    MARY RIVERA IS THIS PROPERTIES SUPERSTAR !! Exceptional customer service with a smile and so informative.. the experiences me and my fiancé had looking at other places before this one, were a nightmare before meeting her. As opposed to the lack of presence at other properties, within the hour we spent at the property we saw everyone from office personnel to maintenance. Everyone seems so hands on.. it’s been a while since I’ve been excited about a move and MARY sealed the deal !

    The Cable TV is really good. I had a You Tube TV subscription. Once I hooked up the Spectrum Box, I actually had more Chanels then I did with You Tube TV. Over 100. Its all in 4K. You Tube charged more for 4K. Such a clean picture. Needless to say I cancelled the You Tube TV subscription. Didnt need it anymore. Thanks Ridgeview Place!

    I just would like to say I havent moved in yet but the ladies at the office make you want to sign over and over again. Fath is such a beautiful soul she greet you from the time you walk in until you leave her manger is also a great person the apartments are beautiful and Im just hoping and praying Im joining the crew you guys are awesome thanks in advance. And I recommend moving here I know everyone have their way of saying things but I give this place a 10 if I could best costumer service

    I dont live in these apartments, but they have the nicest, most honest and helpful management team!! Initially, I spoke with farath was so patient and friendly as I explained to her all the amenities and requirements I was looking for in an apartment. Fara took the time to patiently search for every request I made and found a perfect match! However, just after my visit we found a house for rent in another area close to Irving

    I went to see these apartments and the ladies at the office especially Nilsa were very nice and helpful, anwered all questions we had. The apartments are beautiful and Spacious.     **Edit: 06/26/2019**I have spoken with the new management team here and can say these apartments have changed for the better!! They are honestly sorry for my experience with the previous management team, and have done everything they could to show me that the new management team is taking steps to improve this complex. Every time I have called this team, they have been more than happy to assist me, and have quickly resolved my inquiries. I loved living here other than issues I had with previous management, maintenance and the city. I hope I continue to see this complex change for the better. Great job Ridgeview!Stray cats everywhere, peoples pets run loose everywhere, they NEVER come fix problems. The ac unit broke after the first month of living there, eventually they admitted to it being broke and refused to fix it until they remodeled my apartment (5 months later!!!) My friends light bar was stolen off the top of her jeep because the gate to the complex were broken and open for months. They are super nice at first but once you are in EVERYTHING changes!!! Maybe it has changed since I lived there (2017) but not the best by far if you are living in an unremodeled unit.

    Wow! I rarely ever leave a positive review but after the experience I just had I knew I had to. Now this is luxury living. Amazing tour and definitely will be coming back to apply, right now this is the top of my list. Couldn’t ask for more. The front desk team was incredibly helpful and was patient with all my questions.

    GOOD building, GREAT staff. Would definitely recommend Ridgeview Place to anyone searching for a new apartment. Andrew is one of the most amazing leasing staff I have ever worked with. He is incredibly helpful but not pushy at all. He remembers the small details you tell him, and its apparent he genuinely cares about his clients.

    I did not have good experience in the beginning. But, the property manager, Victoria, was very reasonable and patiently listened to my concerns related to an opportunity fee that was charged incorrectly from me. She was very professional and made sure that things are done the right way.The apartment has also been made ready. Thank you Victoria and Ridgeview!

    This community is outstanding! I love my floor plan and the location (so close to DFW airport). The management team is outstanding and always provide prompt service (both leasing staff and the manager Nick). I like that it is quiet and secure. Best rental experience I have had.

    The current staff at Ridgeview Place, especially Julio, are very professional and polite. Julio, your the best!! We had looked at several other places in the same area but the staff at these other locations were rude and unprofessional. Customer service here at Ridgeview appears to be priority, which is great considering where we came from. Thank you Julio for making this a smooth move (even though we had to move during a thunderstorm), we love the place!

    This will be a long but honest review. I just moved from here and definitely had ups and downs. The front of these apartments and the back are like two different complexes. In the front, the grass is tended to, the pool is nicer, and its quieter. In the back, its still clean mostly aside from the poop everywhere all the time and the pool is still nice but not as nice. I lived DIRECTLY next to the playground/dog park and moving in I thought this was a good idea since I have kids but let me tell you.... it was NOT! You have the school aged kids who play until around 6ish during the week and until much later on the weekends which is fine. I dont expect them to be quiet. But sometimes, you get a kid who tells at the top of their lungs when playing and it echos like theyre right outside your door. Then during Spring Break, the noise level is TERRIBLE. But other than that, its fairly quiet. I did catch a family sleeping in the gym once but they were gone the next day so I guess the office staff caught them. The office staff, by the way, are great. Theyre very helpful and even when youre late paying rent (which we were all the time) they dont treat you badly like some other places. The changeover in the office is pretty high though but I havent had a bad experience with anyone who was there. I do feel like the rent was a little high since the area is a tiiiny bit ghetto and I stayed in a one bedroom but all in all it wasnt bad. Inpaid $909 for one of the bigger one bedrooms which is common for the area but I pay $100 more for a much bigger 3bdrm now thats in a more rural area. Maintenance is the BEST. Ppl who say maintenance didnt at least come see what the problem was asap are lying. Any time I put in a work order, maintenance was always there same day or next day to at least check the problem out. If they had to order a part, it was always ordered quickly. Pest control comes once a week. We had ants in our walls and they came and treated and it took a while for the treatment to start working but they told us it would and after that we didnt have any pests issues. So all in all, these were okay apartments. If you stay in the front, its 100% worth it. The back is kinda shady though. But they do their best in the office and maintenance and they dont control the rental rates so.... These are ideal for a couple with no kids or a pet family.

    This is for who it may concern: I am not much of a person who does a lot on computers, but I love to give flowers to people who deserved them! I am taking time out to let you know what a great staff that is now at Ridgeview Place Irving Tx from Mgr Victoria, Asst Mgr Liz, Great Agents Ms Toi and Ms Kaylee I hope I spelled their names right! They are the best staff you had in the last few yrs! I have been living here for over 30yrs and this is the one time I wanted let yo know how great they have been! Then I find out they are being shipped out! That sucks for us! I wish them all much success wherever they go and any property will be glad that that get them!!!

    I LOVE THIS PLACE!Signed my 2nd lease with Ridgeview today.As long as you Keep Rigo Madrid as manager Im hanging out.He takes care of everything I need in the time frame he promises. Has made sure my kids and I are always comfortable with our living situation along with the other residents, Maintenance came to my unit 2am and fixed a whole entire problem within a 30min time frame from calling them and the work being completed. Theres a 5 star elementary and daycare right next door, walking distance. You cant tell me nothing negative about this place.....You move Rico Im moving with him. On my momma.

When I walked in the door the first thing she did was made eye contact & recognized me by speaking & that someone will be right with me. Toi was nice had a great attitude & polite.
