My boyfriend and I lived at Ridgeline for about two years, and it was wonderful! Easily the best apartment complex we’ve ever lived in. The community amenities were beautiful; especially the pool. All of the staff and neighbors were so kind and easy to get along with.

My husband and I lived at Ridgeline West for 4 years as one of the first tenants. We absolutely loved living here throughout our entire time! The maintenance team is amazing, always performing regular maintenance as scheduled (air filters, smoke detectors, pest control) and responding to requests very quickly. The amenities were great; the pool and gym were always clean. The gates were always functioning appropriately. The apartments themselves are well-built and we didnt have issues with the plumbing or construction. Additionally, we had the pleasure of getting to know Marissa (community manager) the entire time we lived here, and she is fantastic! Whenever we had normal apartment issues (noise/weird smells from neighboring apartments), she always followed up. The staff overall were always kind and enjoyable to interact with, including leasing staff, maintenance team (Nano, Jaime, and Luis), and housekeeping (Gloria). We were so sad to leave and already miss living here so much. Thank you Ridgeline West, Marissa, and the rest of the team for making our time here so wonderful!

I lived for two years at Ridgeline West and the experience was amazing. In two years I never had any issues of noise or any disagreement with any of the neighbors. Everyone was very respectful. Maintenance was great, the pool and the gym are great, the doggy park is great. Also management is the best. Marissa and her staff make sure that you have everything you need and take care of all issues you may experience in a fast and a professional way. The area is also very good with very nice restaurants around and the Mountain Franklins very close by. Don’t think twice. Choose Ridgeline West.

My husband and I lived at Ridgeline West for over 2 years and loved our time there. We felt so at home here from the moment we moved in. The amenities here are awesome, especially the pool and the front office staff and maintenance team were the friendliest, happiest people and you can tell they really love their jobs. I also think Ridgeline has one of the best views of the Franklins in all of El Paso! Location is 10/10 for us. Weve lived in many apartments and this was by far our favorite! Thank you Ridgeline ❤️

Excellent living experience at Ridgeline West. The location, amenities, management and community are first class. Everyone is friendly and supportive. I loved the pool in the summer and gym year round. I highly recommend living there, you will be glad you did. .

I love this place. I have lived in many apartments and this one by far is the best one. The amenities are awesome and it feels like I’m staying in a resort every day. The staff is so friendly they seem like family to me now. I have never had any issues here and if I ever needed something fixed or looked at the maintenance was done in a very fast and effective manner. I would highly recommended this place, I love living here.

I’ve lived at 5 different apartments and this is by far the nicest. The staff is wonderful- so accessible and friendly. There’s monthly community events planned and they know residents by name. The maintenance team comes out same day if anything arises. The layout is beautiful and location couldn’t be better. Right along the bike paths near the Franklin Mountains with lots of great restaurants and bars within 10-15 minutes. The pool and dog park are nice amenities and I use the yoga studio almost every morning. Highly recommend!

My bf and I moved here about a year ago now and it has to be the best apartment we’ve had. We signed our lease when covid was barely hitting the states so the contract process was safely distant however we had no problems or delays. The staff is great and super uplifting they make our experience truly feel like home. What we love the most are the apartment’s layout and view. High ceilings, lots of space, modern feel with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and overall lots of windows! Also, washer and dryer connections are a plus.We don’t have any complaints when it comes to noise from neighbors or cars from the freeway. I want to say their walls are soundproof because it’s super quiet around here.What we also adore is the view from up here. Our apartment faces the mountains so it’s always lovely waking up to them or seeing them change color when the sun sets, especially when it rains or snows. For the most part, these apartments are on a ridge (hence the name) so I believe anywhere you’re located you’ll have a good view.Totally recommend for a comfortable secure way of living :)

We LOVE Ridgeline! We moved into a perfectly clean and well kept apartment. It’s a great location close to the freeway, quiet neighbourhood close to a park, very kind staff. Maintenance is quick to respond and get things done if needed. and plenty of parking spots available! I looked at so many apartments and I’m SO GLAD we chose Ridgeline!

This place is awesome!The office staff is amiable, professional, and transparent. They’ll review every step with you, and are quick to answer any questions, concerns or issues. As always, reaching out to them is easy, they monitor emails daily, and even plan monthly events for residents.The community itself is quiet and respectful. The area is pet friendly, and parking is never an issue.Lisa and Marissa have always been so friendly and sweet.I highly recommend living here.

I can attest that this place is phenomenal to live in. I’ve lived here since July 2020 and this place has been nothing but great. The maintenance crew always take care of anything, they’re courteous and professional. Land scape is on point. And also the amenities are really good. They are military friendly which is plus. I can’t think of a better place to call home. The management are always on top of things. You definitely get what you pay for and the place really shows. Again I would highly recommend this apartment and it’s been worth it to me and my family. Plus it’s close to a lot without having to go far.

This has been by far the best apartments I’ve lived at. Unfortunately, I’m moving out of state due to a job transfer. Ridgeline West has been a safe and comfortable place for me. The staff are always so kind and helpful. :)

This is a fantastic place to live! The manager, Marissa, is outstanding! She stays on top of EVERYTHING. The maintenance crew: led by Luis, assisted by Jaime, keep things operating perfectly and give residents feedback on workorders which is truly appreciated. Gloria keeps things very clean throughout the complex. We are so happy we moved here. The floorplans are great and the amenities (pool/gym) are perfect. We love it here.

My boyfriend and I have been living here for about a year now the construction wasn’t even finished when we moved in yet with that said there was no problems and construction was finished within the next month. These apartment complex is simply amazing the staff is great and always there when we need them. We’ve never had a experience like this at any of our prior apartments but I must say that it’ll be very hard to say goodbye. COVID being a big inconvenience the ladies in the office made the applying and getting approved process quick and easy and were very welcoming. Location is great it’s quiet and we wake up every day to beautiful mountains what else can you ask for.

I love the complex and the staff. They are so great we have been living here a little under two months and from the application process to the move in was a great experience. It is our first home and first move together and the staff just made it so easy and wonderful. It is a beautiful complex and wonderful outdoor walking trails nearby park as well. 100% wonderful

I just moved in to my apartment today and I could not be more pleased with the process! From the initial unit viewing, to the application, and move-in day. Lisa was amazing and guided me every step of the way! She was professional, understanding, but most importantly PATIENT! I was very undecided on the unit I wanted but Lisa was kind enough to present multiple options.Overall great experience and would recommend Lisa to anyone looking for a unit at this beautiful community!
