I have been here for awhile. I feel that the community is going down because they are letting the tenants put trash all of the complex. The patios are looking very projectile. This is not section A. Please get your tenants under control. The trash brings bugs and rats. The patio should not have object hanging over the rail.

I just moved in this month (5-1-15) and so far so good. The apartments are very nice, the area is very convenient because its close to the freeway. the residents are nice quite friendly. the kids there have a basketball court a pool and a playground to play in. I dont have pets but it looks like a pet friendly place. the staff are supper nice I been working with Amado who I would I would also give him 5 stars for him he did an excellent job with my apartment, responds to all my questions and very helpful. I would recommend Ridge Parc Apartments to family and friends. Good Job keep up the good job.Update 06-03-2016I moved out already not because we didnt like this apartments but because we wanted to be closer to family. Our experience at Ridge Parc was great we had no complaints. We did leave the apartment clean like the day we moved in. I did get all my deposit back it does take sometime but you will get a letter indicating how much your deposit is going to be if some or all depending on the condition you left your apartment. If I ever had to move back to this location I would check Ridge Parc First to see if they have any available apartments. I will recommended to family and friends. Thank you.

I have to admit, Ridge Parc has been very good to me. I moved into these apartments in May 2013. When I was first given my apartment # it was different from the one I actually moved into. So, at the last minute, I had to make corrections to mail and my cable. That was an easy fix so not a big deal. Also, it was a handicapped apartment which I wasn’t quite happy about but I made it work. I moved into this 3 bedroom from May 2013 through August 2017. That apartment was nice and I really never had any major problems, other than consistently needing pest control for different kinds of bugs inside and out but no roaches as some have mentioned. In 2016, after an upgrade to the appliances, I began having an ongoing problem with the refrigerator. After so many problems, I eventually started working with Logan, the apartment manager, and he was really friendly and seemed to understand my frustration and the urgency of having the problem resolved timely. I could appreciate that. Fast forward, in September 2017, my family transferred to a 4 bedroom in this complex. Still, the apartment is really nice but I’m having a problem with sugar ants. They’re so small that they can hardly be seen but when I left meat out to defrost for the day, my kids came home to a trail of ants in the kitchen sink. The ants had gotten into the meat therefore that had to be thrown away. We have also found tons of ants on 2 bottles of syrup at 2 different times so now we have to keep the syrup in the refrigerator. Ants are always found in the kitchen and bathroom sinks as well as bath tubs. I’ve seen them in the bedroom closets as well. I have seen ants on countertops but it’s really hard to see them there because they’ve painted the counters a dark, marble color and I’m wondering if this was done so ants won’t be so visible. They weren’t this color in my previous apartment. It’s going on 5 months with this problem and I’m hopeful that they will dig a little deeper than sending pest control out every 2 weeks. If not, I’ll have to move my family when our lease is up. Yes, they have their voicemail on just about all throughout the day and often times it’s hard to reach them. That can be very frustrating. No, I’ve not experienced a break in of any sort although I’ve witnessed a neighbor deal with it. Like anything, there’s some good and some bad. I have to admit that I’ve experienced more good than bad and have really enjoyed my stay here. Hoping they will keep it up and do something about all of these ants.

My buddy just moved in over here. I must say that its a pretty good set of apartments. They look nice and clean on the outside, and the inside of the apartments are nice and not outdated like some. They even have valet trash service. I dont see a lot of people hanging all out and bringing down the value of the place. They seem to be doing a pretty good job maintaining these units.

I have lived here for 7 years and absolutely LOVE IT. Great management team. Very responsive and more amenities than you could ever imagine in an apartment complex. This is a Community.....not a complex. Great place to raise a family. Its peaceful, very little if any crime. Great Job Logan and Sam!!!!

I really liked my time in these apartments. Great size apartment for a great price! Management could have been better, and pool, office, and gym should have been opened on the weekends and after 5pm since thats when people get off work, so thats poorly planned, but aside from that I loved it!

I would say you get what you pay for, but here you get that and so much more! Lived here since 2019 and havent been let down. You cant beat this value for the quality of the complex and the location.Doesnt have all the bells and whistles of more urban/ upscale properties, but it makes up for that in grocery/ food options and being at the seat of 408/20 for easy access to other points of interest in the Dallas Ft. Worth area. Definitely will keep renewing the lease until work/life satisfaction demands relocation.

I worked with Ed moving in, he was very professional and always was very helpful.as far as any other reviews I’ve seened in the past or before I moved in the complex is the total opposite of what I’ve read.i promise you,veryyyy quiet,very peaceful.a few kids come play with my babies but you don’t see kids a lot.if you want nice friendly neighbors and a piece of mind this is the place for you !!! THANKS AGAIN ED

As of 1/7/2021, theyve been alright. Had some hiccups trying to move in due to the various address(es) that are provided. Theyve improved their service when it comes to answering the phone, neighbors so far have been friendly.
