I’ve lived here for 3 almost 4 years and I’d say this is one of the better apartments in College Station that’s super affordable and not low maintenance either!

And the staff is so nice, even the property manager, remembers your unit number when you come in for stuff. They ask how it’s going, how you’ve been, overall a welcoming environment. Recently moved into Reveille this Fall and the Property Manager Nicki was so professional and understanding with any issue I had. So grateful that she took the time to meet with me and my roommate, she took care of our concerns right away and was incredibly informative helping us better know the resident life. The maintenance staff was very professional & friendly. Love my stay at Reveille so far, welcome week was G.O.A.T.E.D. cant wait to see whats in store. Very appreciative of all the staff :)

I lived here for 2 semesters. It was pretty good for the price. There’s a bus stop taking you straight to campus. There was a lot of parking so having friends over was convenient. It was also pretty quiet, other than the train on wellborn rd.I only had 2 minor issues.1. They legitimately lied to me when moving in. They verbally promised that some of the unneeded furniture could be taken out at move in. I found out after moving in that they had a “policy change” so that wasn’t happening.2. Neighbors would leave their trash out scattered. Management tried to stay on top of it with email reminders. I would suggest increasing the fine for leaving out trash.Overall, I would recommend Reveille Ranch to other students.

Lived here for 1 semester. Had a good experience! Ive had things in the apartment break, but the maintenance team has been great. I had an emergency with my shower at like 9 pm at night and they sent someone over to turn it off. Then the next morning they got it working again. The front desk people are awesome. I get a lot of mail, so they recognize me and just bring out my package. Because someone is always at the front desk, you can call during their available hours and someone will actually pick up. Im currently apartment hunting for job reasons in houston and a lot of places dont even pick-up and its so hard to get ahold of an actual person. 10/10, would live here again.

I really like this place. It is extremely affordable and the longer youre here the cheaper the rent is if you talk to the office. There have been problems but maintenance always fixes them. The only complaint I have is that sometimes the office people take forever to help you or fix your lease problems. They always do what theyre supposed to do, they just take a long time. Amenities are okay, the gym has good machines but some are broken. Hopefully they fix those. The bus to campus is great and if for whatever reason you need to walk to campus, it is a 25 minute walk down college main. I totally recommend them if you want to save money or if you only need a place for a year or two.

Living at reveille ranch has been the BEST living experience. This is my second year here and Im already signed up for my third.The staff is so nice and totally willing to help. Anytime you walk in they stop what theyre doing to help you.Maintenance gets to any problem you have within a few days. And if its something serious, they get to it right away or the next morning.I love my apartment! Anytime my friends come over they tell me how cute the apartment is, and we love using the pool!The location is really good for both blinn and A&M students. Its kind of a half way point in between the two.The events are fun, especially our pool parties! There is always free food events at least twice a month typically, which is always nice.I love it here and always tell my friends looking for new places to live here.

Absolutely love this place. Office staff are always on point the minute you walk into to the door to address whatever need you have. Even the student employees operate at a level better than most full time staff at other complexes. Customer service is first priority here and it shows. Maintenance is at a perfect level. When I submit a work order it is usually handled the same day, sometimes the same hour that I turn It in. The apartments themselves are more than adequate. They are not to big, not to small for people who want to live a simplified life style. The kitchens are larger than most apartment complexes. Its not galley style, they are a true U shaped kitchen that works with cooking for one or more people. I love the separate laundry room with its own pantry inside of it for the extra kitchen stuff. What can I say. All the negative reviews must have been people with a chip on their shoulder for something they did wrong to the complex and want to put some tarnish on their reputation. You should come and look at the units here. You will not be disappointed or discouraged after you look for your self and not listen to the negative posters here. It is truly a wonderful place to live.

Reveille is such a great place to live! The rent is affordable and doesn’t feel as though your breaking the bank each month. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The apartments are clean and well kept too! If you ever have an issue maintenance is always there to fix the issue and are very nice and polite. Overall great place to live!

So if you are looking for a place like home, look no farther Reveille Ranch is the place to live and the staff are very helpful but just talk to Marie! She is the bomb and will answer all your questions! She always there for you when you need a help hand and will make you feel like you are part of the family! I had a great experience. I loved having an apartment by the pool, and a good gym right next to my building that I didn’t have to pay a membership fee. Good place for students!

My experience at Reveille Ranch has been great! I have honestly never had serious issues like some of the ones listed in other reviews. The staff is so nice and very helpful, maintenance requests are processed quickly, and the amenities are great. The community events are fun and theres usually free food about twice a month, which is great. The apartment furniture isnt the most aesthetically pleasing, but it is comfortable. The location is a good halfway point between Blinn and A&M. I definitely recommend living here.

I honestly love this apartment complex! I had some trouble with my email when trying to sign my lease and they were always on top of it trying to help me. The management is great, staff is awesome, amenities are 4/5. Anytime there is something I need fixed maintenance gets to me in 2 days tops. If you’re looking for a great place to live with great prices I would HIGHLY recommend living at Reveille Ranch apartments!

This place speaks for itself. Its definitely one of the best bangs for your buck in the CS/ Bryan area. I went on a recommendation of a few friends after living in a luxury apartment, and I have to say Reveille ranch has everything higher end places have to offer that most people will realistically use, including an awesome pool and good-sized gym. Its really close to campus and theres a bus that goes by here. Management and reception staff are friendly, helpful and very polite, and maintenance is taken care of very soon after request is placed. I stayed in a 2x2, which although not the most spacious, is cozy and well-furnished with a significant amount of storage space. As a bonus, Reveille is one of the few places that does 4-6 month only rent (please double-check, I hope this hasnt changed) which is extremely convenient and is what I did. One small detail to keep in mind: last months utility bill is an estimate done by conservice (the utility bill company) and will be charged regardless of if the person is there or not (and also is pricey if youre moving out by the end of July). This is not something that would make me change my review or rating, just something to keep in mind if for any reason you have to move out earlier than the last day (a normal thing in the Summer).

The rooms are beautiful and spacious- granite counter tops even. The grounds are always very clean and they are so nice to have goodies downstairs for the residents. I feel comfortable knowing she is in a safe place with staff who care about her. If you are undecided on a place to live, go take a tour. Sadie King is the best leasing agent! You wont be disappointed!

I recently took a tour of Reveille Ranch Apartments and was very impressed with the complex. It is in a safe location, is affordable, and has great amenities! I love the rustic charm, and could see myself living there. Kelsey gave me a tour of the complex, and she was amazing! She was super friendly and very knowledgeable! I would definitely recommend taking a tour of this facility!

I have lived here the entire time Ive been at TAMU, and i love it! It is affordable and really quiet. If there are any issues in the apartment, maintenance is very responsive, and the people in the office are very friendly and accommodating [shout out to my girl Marie Galvan]. It comes furnished and is on a bus route to main campus which is really convenient. Being on the Bryan side of town, electricity is cheaper too! The pool is always pristine, and I LOVE the free food and giveaways sponsored by the complex a couple times a month!

She had helped me so many times during my stay at the ranch and was always one of the nicest staff members. Every apartment should have a staff like this one.

I have lived at Reveille for almost two years now! The people who work there & those who live there are all so kind and willing to help. The study rooms are great and always clean. My favorite part is the free scantrons and pool area which are great for hanging out with friends. With a gym close by, it makes it so much easier to work out! There are so many events and prizes and giveaways which make it fun as well. Great place to live!

Reveille Ranch is a safe and friendly place to live. While visiting friends I always had fun and felt safe. The location is awesome! I love the pool and using the grills!! Super affordable and pet friendly. Marie Galvan in the office is always so sweet!! I recommend taking tours with her! If you’re looking for student housing, definitely look at Rev Ranch!!

Howdy!!I have lived here starting fall 2016-present. Honestly, you get what you paid for! Rev Ranch has one of the cheapest rates in college station and the best deals for college students. $399 a month is a great deal, but don’t expect high end appliances for what you pay for. All the appliances i had always worked or maintenance works on them in a timely manner. Maintenance does help even with the slightest things like changing a light bulb. I recently moved into a new building and there a few things that need touch ups but i am positive that maintenance will help as they usually do!I would say the biggest con is the people who live here and the reason why i gave it 4/5 stars. From the 2016-2017 and 2017-2018 school years, Revielle Ranch was majority college students. I felt safe to study late night and walk to the gym. BUT During 2018, a lot of Middle Aged residents moved to the complex. As a college student, especially a female, i would go to the gym and three older men probably 40ish-50 years old would be there making me extremely uncomfortable. Sometimes they would be just be hanging around in the gym or smoking in their patio. Personally, if you’re looking for a college environment, i wouldn’t live here but if you don’t care about that, then Rev Ranch is still great!Amentities are great! I worked out all of summer 2018 with Decent gym equipment. Pool is great and large! Trash pick up is so convenient!! A/C works perfectly. Heads up, bedroom C is the biggest room but has bad A/C connection.Rev Ranch is not stingy when you move out. I moved out and got billed for carpet and blinds which i totally understand because i didn’t clean them.$399 a month is a great deal. Only other apt in town is parkway place/2818 that has similar rates. I strongly recommend rev ranch. For everything you get and what you pay for..it’s perfect! It is true that the furniture is not new and the appliances can be rusty, but again you are paying so little for a fully furnished area with many amenities. Parking is no issue and the Aggie bus works perfectly with rev Ranch. There is a dog park and dumpster that is so convienent.I am a quiet resident and enjoy the community. No large parties, no disruption, and no inconveniences.The management is extremely helpful! Whitney and Paige are the nicest people you will ever meet! (Bless their hearts). I had one day that my room was covered with bugs (note: one day out of 3 years i was here) and they accommodated me immediately and within 24 hrs my bedroom was back to normal. Student workers aren’t the most helpful but they try their best with the access they have! Overall, their end goal is make sure their residents are happy and rev Ranch does succeed.Leasing is such an easy process and the leasing agent really takes you into consideration. All of my bedrooms I’ve lived in were my preferred places. Money management is extremely easy!With the 3 years I’ve lived here, i probably had 4-5 minor issues. I’ve had such great memories here and had a fun college experience. I would be more than welcome to refer additional people to live here.

Our family became very acquainted with a delightful young lady named Sadie. She helped out a lot, she was always there to help us with any questions and very professional. Reveille Ranch seems to be a very quiet apartment community, that is in a safe location, and has fantastic amenities! I was recently given a tour of this complex by Kelsey, and she did an amazing job! She was very knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions! I really liked the homey atmosphere of this place, and could definitely see myself living here. I would definitely recommend taking the time to tour this place!

Absolutely amazing...Friendly staff, a great price, close to campus, all housing necessities like water, cable, internet, etc are included in the price. Their gym is basic, but provides everything I need. Their computer lab/study area is a great place to study and print out last-minute things for free.Ive only been here for a short amount of time, because my lease just started here, but I definitely intend to stay here for the rest of my college years! Couldnt ask for more!

Lived here for 2 years, starting Aug. 2014 to June 2016. You get what you pay for with the furniture (very basic but comfortable if youre willing to set aesthetics aside). The apartments, for the most part, are clean and easy to be kept up. Kitchen is a bit small, but with proper communication between roommates everything can fit (recommend getting freezer for patio if you keep a lot of frozen goods). Staff are friendly and maintenance is FANTASTIC, most issues were solved within 1-2 days of report. Requested new washer/dryer and microwave and had them replaced no problem. The best apartment maintenance Ive experienced.Walls are a bit thin (its a college apartment not a condo) and 4 bed apartments might require 2 internet routers for optimum performance as the apartments themselves are deep. I dont understand the complaints Ive read. I very much would recommend this complex to college students in the area.CONS: Parking can be hard to find late at night and the complex doesnt have a gate. Roommates experienced minor theft (cars left unlocked had change, cds, and sunglasses taken out of them). When reported to the complex, law enforcement was called and we were informed that a rash of break-ins had occurred all throughout BCS that month.

I am a new resident here and also its the first time I travelled outside my home country. So everything here was new for me. Add to that the constraints due to the ongoing pandemic. Given all these things, the lease process, the move-in process, everything was streamlined, smooth. My room here was already well arranged. All the issues are taken care of. Apartment complex is okay, good for the price. Furnished apartment but most furniture is old and not everything is in great condition. Apartment wasn’t clean upon moving in. Bigger apartments available in nearby complex.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE living at Reveille. Everyone who works here is so extremely nice and the apartment has a great atmosphere. Who wouldn’t want to live in the only place that has free parking??

Great place to live, love it a lot. People are great, pool is awesome when its not cold lol. The best person i remember talking to was Marie, super sweet, really knowledgeable and helpful when I needed it. Great experience

Amazing and friendly staff.. they care about you.. new cameras for residents safety.. pretty safe place when I moved out I forgot I left important stuff outside near my car (guitar, bag with extra car keys) for about 14 hours and nothing happened to them
