I had a very positive experience with Renters Resource when I was apartment hunting in Houston. I was moving in from out of town, and we communicated through email. Harold Strickland was very prompt and professional in the way he communicated and explained the different listings. I found him to be very knowledgeable and helpful whenever I spoke with him. He went the extra mile in helping me when I had additional questions before I chose an apartment. I would highly recommend Renters Resource and Harold Strickland to anyone looking for an apartment in Houston.

I first used Renters Resource when i moved to Houston in 2010, and had such a pleasant experience that when it came time to move again a couple of months ago, i went right back to them! Harold and his team are friendly, super-helpful, and really just a pleasure to work with. They were able to find me several apartments that fit the criteria of what i was looking for, as well as which ones to not waste my time with. Ive used them for every move ive done in the city so far, and will continue to do so the next time i need to find a new place to live!

Renters Resource is awesome!!! I definitely wouldnt have found something so quickly (that fit all of my criteria) if it wasnt for Harold and Jessies hard work! I was so impressed and pleased with how fast and efficient both of them were when it came to answering my questions and providing all of the information I needed. It made finding an apartment in Houston less stressful and I am confident AND relieved that I have them to look to in the future!!!

I used Renters Resource for the first time when I moved to Houston several years ago. I had no experience with the Houston area and had no idea where to start. Harold and staff identified apartments that were specific to my preferences regarding square footage, price range, amenities, etc. He is very knowledgeable about the Houston area and provided information that is above and beyond what youd find with an internet search. Harold advised as to which areas were safe and which areas experienced an increase in crime in the past months/years. In addition, he pointed me toward apartment management companies that hold a high track record of good management/customer service. He helped me find the perfect apartment within my specifications that was close to work.Since then, I have recommended Renters Resource to all of my friends looking for apartments and each has been as please as I was.When I decided to move closer into the city and began my apartment hunt at the end of last year, giving Harold a call was a no brainer!

I never really write reviews but I must say my experience with Renters Resource was excellent. Let me just start off by saying that Marie Hernandez is awesome! She definitely did an excellent job helping me find an apt. I am new to this area & was not aware of the different process. This was also my 3rd apt finder as the others were not very good. I even came up against a leasing company with questionable business practices. I spoke with Marie about the problems I had & she helped by directing me to file a complaint with the Houston Apt Association.For me the process of apt hunting was long and arduous. Needless to say by the time I came in contact with Marie I was frustrated and not hopeful. Marie truly turned all of that around. She always followed up via text, email or phone call. She was diligent and thorough with not only flagging potential properties but also included information regarding specials, areas, amenities & pricing that fit into what I was looking for. My experience with Marie Hernandez & Renters Resource was simply awesome

I discovered Renters Resources when I lived in NYC and was moving to Houston, I have since used them twice. There website is straightforward and helpful. I have spoken to a few member when I called with questions, and they were very helpful. I recommend them to all my friends and family who are relocating to Texas.

I was extremely satisfied and pleased with Harold Strickland and Renters Resource. Even though I was limited on time, they were very accomdating and helpful in finding me apartment in short notice that was well within my budget. I would certainly recommend using them if you are in the market of finding an apartment.
