    This was a comfortable place to live. You have all the comforts of a house with these trailers. The service is fine. The outside neighborhood is falling apart. It’s not the safest area. It gets pricey to rent at any trailer park so if you can, rent or buy a house. Or rent an apartment and downsize a bit. Comfort is nice if you’re not strangled by expenses..

    Beautiful community and safe. I actually feel like my kids can play without worrying. The people here are friendly and you are literally minutes from everything. Even if you walk it will take 20 minutes. Great neighborhood for families.

    Kyndra and Jackie are a pleasure to talk with. I have heard them talking with other residents, and it is clear that they really care about the people who live here.The park itself is very clean and quiet. Homes are well maintained and yards manicured, showing residents have pride of ownership.If you are looking for a good place to live, definitely visit Regency!

    Clean it has a play ground swimming pool. Nice neighborhood. Residents are able to have pets. Children galore and abundance of energy. Housing is great new trailer homes.

    Living here is like somewhat okay quiet neighborhood the neighbors dont really speak much towards you, But the park is a peaceful place
