Finally, we have an office staff that cares! I’ve been living at these apartments for about two years now. I requested certain items previously to be repaired and just now I’m seeing improvement with maintenance guys. I went to speak with the new manager and her customer service is top notch, she got it done the same week. I hope they don’t change staff again.

Community and the staff are all extremely helpful friendly and patient.Edit:They wont take our trash,We HAVE to pay for trash vale we cannot opt out, and we left trash outside since Wednesday, its Saturday and they still have not taken our trash bag for us so the squirrels tore it open I had to clean it up and re bag it.Plus the new one exit gate only and one entrance gate only, not only is it illegal but very inconvenient.The exit gate was broken and not opening so everyone (like 10+ cars) drove to wait for someone to finally come inside the apartment complex so we could all get out.Imagine if there was a flood fire or someone was dying and needed to be rushed to the emergency room.Another note they are great at fixing emergency issues right away but our garbage disposal for the kitchen sink was broken and we submitted a request to get it fixed three times and it took them three whole months to finally come fix it.Edit again: The New management we got have been very helpful and responsive and on top of things. So I upped the stars to 4 starts from the lesser stars I had at first. This new management seems to really care about the tenants and what we have to say and fixing things and creating solutions. Its very appreciated. I only wish that when I moved in with the Old management they actually gave us a clean apartment. Ive been fighting other things like bugs and mold since I moved in and with the old management I only ever got once a bug guy came and sprayed with the same stuff weve been spraying with as well just the not pet friendly version.

I have lived here 7 years! I have been very pleased, made to feel valued and recommend anyone to come check it out!Although through out the years the office staff has turned over so much it made one feel like it was used as a training site!Now we are blessed to have Lisa and all her staff they are AWESOME! They are friendly, caring, extremely helpful to the residents ( no matter what is asked of them!) and have made our community here feel important and plan activities for the residents to attend!Very pleased and grateful to continue to be a part of the Regency Green Apartments for another year!Thank you Lisa and all her staff!

******LONG REVIEW ALERT*****My family and I have lived here for 7ish yrs and in those years the leasing office has been a revolving door of new staff. When we first moved here the first group of managers just wanted numbers up to look good for corporate. No one answered phones, maintenance requests werent being taken care of pest control wasnt coming around and no one walked the property to check it. HOWEVER, most recently there has been a lot of changes and a NEW team lead by Ms. Lisa and OMG!!!! She has created the team we need for this property. Since she has been here the atmosphere in the office is so much better everyone is on one accord and cares about us. From creating events to walking the property and talking to us has made a huge difference BY FAR THE BEST PROPERTY TEAM EVER!!! They actually answer the phone and know what they are talking about.THANK ALL OF YOU FOR YOUR HARD WORK IN BRINGING THESE APTS BACK TO LIFE because them other teams wasnt cutting it!! HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!

I’ve lived here with my husband since first week of August and I was immediately impressed. The staff was friendly and welcoming and still is. Stephanie is very helpful and she always gets things done in a timely matter. My neighbors were friendly and welcoming although we haven’t had the chance to sit and get to know each other I feel we can in the very near future. No complaints thus far for the complex. Quiet community. No crime that I’ve been aware of. I give it a 4 only because I haven’t lived here long.

First & foremost the management, THE BEST. Rodney was my leasing agent & geesh..when I say he on point, he was right on the spot with his knowledge and answers for all my questions and concerns! He was extremely patient with me, let along sweet & welcoming! I can’t do anything but speak highly of everyone in this leasing office. I’m thankful to have a management team that’s doing everything within their power to keep this community up kept!Secondly, the maintenance team.. i had a few minor problems (like loose pipes under the sink or loose wall plug ins) and they would come same day or the next business day within the timespan of putting in your work order! They actually love doing their job and always in a good mood! The energy here is fulfilling & everlasting so I LOVE IT HERE !!

I have recently renewed my lease here and will continue to do so if we keep the current staff in the Mgmt Office. The Manager at this property is the best! Jennifer takes her job seriously and always makes sure she handles your situation quickly and to your satisfaction! I have had a few situations that I needed her help and of course she was right on it with no delays! She truly is amazing at her job! The other office staff and maintenance are very well versed in their jobs as well and they respond quickly to your needs. I love living here and couldnt ask for a better place to call home!! They are all very friendly and professional...the best!!

I viewed a picture on apartment finders website and the apartments looked very appealing. Myself and my husband had put in an application at another site and it had been 2 weeks and we still had not heard from the previous site. I saw the picture of Central park and sent an email for more information. At this time my husband and I were very frustrated because we had given our notice to move but still had not heard from the previous site. The minute I sent an email to Central Park, Cynthia in the office called me back. Not only did she give me information about the property but she listened and was sympathetic to what we had been going through. I set up an appointment with Cynthia and she showed us around the property and we not only were sold on the property but we were sold because of Cynthia. She kept her word and told us that we would either be approved or disapproved within days. Two days later shecalled and let us know that we had been approved. Besides the beauty of the apartments, Cynthia has been there through our entire process, making sure that we were satisfied with everything. Truly you can have a wonderful property but if you dont have the personnel to match the property if will not succeed. Cynthia is a perfect match for this property. Thanks Cynthia for all you do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had an issue with the a/c. Even though couldn’t get fixed due that the unit got frozen, Alberto from maintenance didn’t let us go without a/c the rest of the weekend and installed a portable a/c unit until Monday (this happened Saturday evening) when the a/c is defrost and in condition to be properly checked. I really appreciate Alberto for going the extra mile and seek for at least a temporary solution for me, my wife and our furry kids.

02/21-Updated review with change in ratingAnd this review is based on the last few month experienceI see a lot of changes in the leasing office which is giving good results, no more gunshots last 12 months, Gates are getting fixed and upgraded, seeing a good response from the office on the requests or the maintenance part.Kudos to Bito and Brayan, These two maintenance guys are doing a tremendous job and their extended support in fixing the issue with priority and quality work. so I appreciate both of you 😊.Also, I would like to appreciate property manager Katherine for the response and for taking care of the requests closing on priority.-------------------------My last review a years backThe Enter and exit gates are open last 2 years and they are unable to fix them. There is no security camera at the gate to check who comes in and goes out, feels no importance for security, and value for complaints.Heard 3-time gunshots last few months.Have a lot of issues with a water supply and there won’t be a response from the office, even if they have planned work for a water supply fix they won’t update in advance.Frustrated hearing We are sorry to hear this but it’s unfortunate and we are working on it

If you are looking for luxury or a happening singles scene, this is probably not the place for you. If you want a pretty quiet, nice place to live, its good for that. There are a lot of families and kids. Its not on a major, busy street, so you can go walking with no problems. There is a library right across the street and a small park also across the street. I like that there are trees and a lot of greenery around. Ive lived here about a year and have not had any problems. When I have had to put in a maintenance request, it was handled in a timely fashion. The office staff are pretty friendly and professional. The only thing I dont like is that you have to pay extra to get a covered parking space, and they are not always convenient to where your building is. NOTE: make sure you see your where your unit is located before paying a deposit. Some buildings are right next to the dumpsters, and it gets smelly and gross. I feel sorry for those people. If you want to sit outside on your balcony or patio, you are looking right at dumpsters ... and smelling them too. Im glad Im far from them!

My husband and I have lived here 7 years. And we have had no problems around our place. They just remodel the whole place painting, new gates and trimmed trees around the pool. Management is at a all time high. Cops come about once a month even if that. We are away from major roads. Awesome place check it out.

I moved into the complex 12/18. It has been a relatively quiet stay. The office personnel have always been quick to assist me with my needs. I recently began to have pest control issues right before Covid19 arose. Due to Covid, pest control was limited. Once the stay at home order was lifted, Lanisha began to make things happen regarding pest control issues. They switched companies and life inside my apartment is peaceful and relaxed again. I know were new to the community but I have to say they have been soooooo helpful, reasonable, and more than anything willing to own up for their mistakes which i respect the most. We expected a washer and dryer unit in our townhome, and due to mishaps that happen in life it wasnt there upon move-in. Cynthia Bryant swiftly helped us by handling getting our units and also making sure we could do laundry with their preloaded cards until our units came in. Im excited about this journey in this community. I love it!

I personally love the apartment Im in, my husband, daughter, and I moved in December of 2015, and we immediately fell in love, it was spacious and divided, we got a one bedroom one bath on the bottom, our layout was nice, we did think it was odd to not have a ceiling light or fan in the bedroom, but had one in the living room (our old apartments had one in the bedroom but none in the living room). We have had 2 really bad flood storms here and our apartment never flooded, there were many around us that did flood unfortunately but our apartment is on a slight hill... So it saved us. The rent is a bit steep in comparison to our old apartment ($720/month for a one bedroom one bath with maybe 100sqft difference then our current. Now we pay about $804/month for the same thing just with maybe 100sqft more.) But IDK I really enjoy this apartment.
