I Moved to Redwood Heights in December of 2023. Ms. Timia, the Assistant Manager at Redwood Heights HELPED Me Throughout the WHOLE Move-in Process. Her Personality, Patience, Kindness and Professional Abilities made My Decision to Move into Redwood Heights very Easy. The Property is Well Maintained and Family Oriented Too!! Ive been all over looking for an apartment. Called here and spoke with Ms.Tamia and came in the following week after work at 4:15pm. Ms. Tamia stayed and helped me even after closing. She was so helpful, caring and patient....looking forward to living there.... -

I visited this property maybe two weeks ago. The young lady who helped me by phone and did the showing was awesome. She was so kind and informative. I was so satisfied with our encounter. The complex grounds was nice and clean, I felt safe there with my child. The only reason why I deducted a star is because the 2x2 apartment that was shown had this stale smell I’m not sure if it’s because it’s an older apartment or if it was something bigger than that. She did state they were renovating, and it appeared to have fresh “wood floors”. But all in all my experience here was a breeze. -
