We moved here about a month ago. The office manager JC is super helpful and very polite. Felipe was also very helpful during the whole application process. So far it’s been an awesome experience. Before these office managers I believe these apartments had a couple of problems hearing from people that have lived here for years. But these new office people have made such an awesome change. Also love that these have a private fence, need a code to get in. So far me and my wife feel safe. Everyone minds there own business in my building. Pool is very cool, haven’t got the chance to swim in it but from the looks of it, it’s very kept clean. If your looking to rent here, do it! They also have a 24/7 maintenance service just in case you need something fixed. We will be definitely staying here another year if we don’t find anything else.

In spite of noisy upstairs neighbors- which they really cant do anything about- Ive had a very good experience, ready to re-sign my new lease. The new management that came on at the beginning of 2017 is awesome! They have bent over backwards trying to help me. Had I written this prior to that, I would have scored lower. The previous executive director was pretty much an a**. Still, I would have scored them a 2...you would have to know where I came from to understand. Jackie- the new director, brought in all new staff, save one, and anyone who knew Laurie before, needs to try again! I know what its like working in a pressure cooker, so I try to give people the benefit of the doubt. I now get a smile from her all the time! Christina, thanks for sticking your neck out for me! I can, and do, refer people all the time. Ill close with a proverb from my grandma...You catch more flies with honey than you do with vinegar. If you are having a negative experience with these good folks, please check your attitude before you tear at them here or anywhere. Put yourself in their shoes, dealing with a tenant like you.

I’ve been here for almost 3 years. the management has changed a few times but have always been no problem to me. i think i’ve only had to visit them a handful of times during my stay & that’s only to retrieve packages or renew my lease. the ladies there are super sweet & even helped get my friend a unit. other than the kids running up & down yelling (which i don’t mind too much) the place is very quiet. no bug problems just the occasional ants after it rains but the pest control is good at servicing your unit for that. all in all, i love it here & definitely recommend it.

I live here for one year.I moved to another city.Rancho Sierra Apartments is one of the best apartments I live at.The ladies in the front office are very nice are very professional!They are prompt if you need something done.Maitnence is prompt quick and courteous.The neighbors are very quiet and nice.I give this place a five stars!If I had to live here again I would do it all over again!The apartments are very nice and clean friendly and good environment. I would recommend these apartments to friends and family .

I lived in these apartments, I had to move cause 3 of my cars got vandalized which I felt could have been harder to do if the gates atleast worked or if there were security. There is a bunch of ghetto ppl in these apartments but luckily my neighbors were the old lady types that sit outside all day chatting which made me feel safe for some reason. I minded my buisness so I personally had no issues with the youth that cause drama. Despite the bad parts Im leaving 4 stars cause I now live in apartments that are $370 dollars more expensive but are built like complete & utter shit, you cant fart here without waking up your neighbor. It makes me appreciate how well these apartments were made cause noise was never an issue here. Management was very nice to me. Id say buy some nunchucks, rent a garage for your vehicle, mind your own buisness, dont make friends cause I mean seriously ew people, right? If you do this, you should be fine living here.
