So far my residential experience has been outstanding. I love it here and everything is very private and luxurious. You have to have a key/code for everything which I love. I feel so safe over here and I just love this way of living. They also keep up with everything very well and quick to respond if you have any questions and anything to fix. Everything is new and remodeled also.

The Front Office ladies were nice and welcoming. The floorplan I got to see was good for the price. Also, really liked the location and the fact that it was gated. Planning on applying, will update my post if I get to move in.

A quiet environment and clean grounds can really contribute to a sense of comfort and security for my mom, who lives at Raintree. Its nice to know she lives in a good place.

I went in to the front office yesterday to speak with Breana about some openings for residence and she was so sweet and kind! She went above and beyond with the detailed information and shes super attentive and helpful with my questions. She seems very knowledgeable.

I had to move to Houston-area for a 3 month internship. Raintree had comparably the best prices in the area with a fantastic location for my needs. They were of immense help throughout the moving process, being very responsive to all my last minute questions. Really did not have any living issues at Raintree. I’ve just finished moving out and it was equally as seamless. If anyone wants apartment housing in Baytown area, Raintree is a great pick

Gave 4 only cuz I have only been here less than a month .. I think landscaping can be better but our apartment is nice no roaches or anything like that my kids love it because all the school children.. parking is good it’s not hard to find a spot or you can pay extra for reserved I originally had paid the extra but after seeing the availability I decided it wasn’t really necessary I have mainly dealt with Karen in the office and she is GREAT!!! I was a little nervous about moving here since it’s 3rd floor and no w/d connections in my unit but so far I have No complaints.. again the grass could use a cut but it don’t bother me

From the day I had interest about moving into Raintree Apartments, Christi (Manager), Samantha and Flora (Staff) has been right beside me. They are awesome I tell ya! Readjusting from the military and being from Georgia; they understood, placed me in these great apartments, and ensured to provide nothing but the best and timely Service. The maintenance team is spot on as well. The complex is gated, very clean, I feel safe, and it’s usually pretty quiet how I like it. I don’t know what the previous reviews were about; my time here has been marvelous. I rarely post reviews, I highly recommend Raintree!

I’ve had the pleasure of staying at these apartments for almost 4 years before moving to be close to my job. I’ve seen a few management changes, but I can honestly say that christi and her staff have been nothing short of exceptional. From rapid responses to the friendly environment that they provide in the office, from top down, they were phenomenal.

Honestly, I have lived at these apartments for almost a year. The only reason I am moving is because I am moving out of Baytown. Everyone at the office has always been friendly. The only issue I had, was with the maintaince not doing their job in a timely manner. I had to submit several reports for the same problem before it actually got fixed. The new management has been fixing and changing stuff so the apartments actually look nicer.

Love it here at raintree, my husband and i have been here for 6 months & have had an exceptional time! Karen was our leasing agent, she always kept us well informed! kristin is also so very caring, love her & all the ladies at raintree!

My time at raintree had not been that great one thing I can say 100% is that Kristin in the front has helped tremendously. She goes above and beyond to do things and when ever I need something she always does her best to help as a tenant thank you Kristen for all you do !!!!!

5 stars for the office staff…. Karen is the absolute best!!!! I am an older women so I forget things Frequently!!! I have called the office often for information and each time I get Karen. I know this woman is very busy but each time she has helped me and answered my questions.. She is always professional, patient and very kind to me even tho she is always busy doing other things..THANK YOU KAREN

Ever since the first day I walked in I was very impressed! Samatha was so helpful she helped me every step of the way and stayed in contact. She’s amazing and I’m glad I got to work with her . The new management is awesome and the new features at the complex are way better than when I visited old friends that lived here many years ago ! Defiantly glad I made this my new home !

Raintree Apartments are a good living environment, especially now with Mr. Patel being the manager. He has the complex well managed. From customer service to maintenance repairs. Mr. Patel has brought this complex in order and very much up to par!!

My experience has been great! I love the fact I can call or walk in office and they know my name! Great customer service quiet no issues I love it here only complaint bedrooms are extremely small and not enough cabinet space in kitchen.

Ms.Trish is the best manager that this complex has ever seen in years please dont ever let her go anywhere she is always on top of things around here and she is always there for the residents of any issues that we may have and she is very friendly and very helpful and very informative keeping us informed of any changes that may arise we love you Trish Wilson you are definitely one of a kind and always will be the best manager for this property

I love living at the property it is very quiet, I dont have to drive to work and shopping is very convenient. I always joke and say anything you need is on Garth Rd but really ... everything is on Garth Rd. It has been a wonderful experience so far.

I’ve lived here for about 15 months now and will stay as long as I’m living in Baytown. New management has been in the process of fixing a lot of the complaints below that were posted while under the old management. You’ll have minor issues with any apartment complex but all issues I have had personally have been resolved quickly. 😊
