I typically don’t take the time to leave reviews due to such a busy schedule, but after my visit to this property, I had to take time out to talk about my experience viewing this property. I was instantly greeted with a smile by Amya, she showed me all units available that were within my budget and answered all questions I had which were a lot because I over analyze everything. Searching for the right apartment can be extremely frustrating but she definitely made the experience a lot smoother. I will definitely send friends and colleagues here if they are in search of a new home.

This is 10/10 one of the best apartments I have ever lived! The apartment Manager Leslie is so helpful and goes above and beyond any concerns we may have. The office team is so kind and sweet and always helps with questions. You have a maintenance issue resolved within 48 hours. I am so happy to be here! We will be renewing our lease next year 💜

We are having a wonderful experience living at this apartment complex. The staff is incredibly friendly especially Lindsay and Amaya are two wonderful people and very helpful. The property itself is well maintained, plenty of parking and location is perfect, close to elementary and high school.

The best apartment Ive lived in. Ive been living here for 4 months now, and its been nothing but amazing. The apartments are brand new with new appliances, and is dog friendly. On top of that, its extremely quiet! The staff and the maintenance team are great and wonderful as well!

These apartments are absolutely beautiful. Nice and quiet with lots of room. The property managers are so nice and attentive! If I wasn’t going back to school I would have definitely renewed my lease!

The apartment was overall a good place to spend the last 15 months. It’s quiet and quaint and perfect if you’re trying to be out from the city. I especially want to point out Leslie M. She was the biggest help anytime we needed it, always responsive and always willing to work with us! I have no negatives on this place.

While recently looking and exploring some apartments in the area i found prosper crossing. I loved their staff, neveah greeted me and had a very insightful conversations she made sure to explain to me in detail what is required to apply. Made a list of all the documents and prices as well. She made sure to explain the application process and to give me every bit of information so the process of leasing could go smoothly. I’m looking forward to have such an attentive staff on the property that actually cares about their residents!!!

Excellent location. This is one of the best areas I have lived in and it is has one of the best staffings as well. There hasnt been a single problem that has not been handled expediently and professionally. I am super grateful for the staff with all of their help. The community areas are clean and very well taken care of. Very happy here.

I was a bit skeptical when I first toured since everything about the place seemed a bit too good to be true. Fortunately, this apartment complex has been a great experience. The only issues Ive had were neighbors who gotten a bit too rowdy at night (you can hardly hear your neighbors otherwise) or on a rare occasion when the train blows its horn.TL;DRNice, safe, quiet community. Highly recommend.

Best apartment complex Ive lived in so far. Extremely fast maintenance response time. Very clean apartments, brand new and gorgeous! Extremely spacious. Beautiful gym-great mail room! AMAZING area, its so peaceful at the Prose Frontier. If youre looking for peace and a great living condition, move to the Prose. WAAAAY better than living on 380, in fact you can avoid 380 all together if you want to! Thank you to Leslie and Brenda in the office for all your help making my husband and Is move as seamless as possible, being so kind and taking care of us!

Amanda, the office manager, is AMAZING! She has been so helpful at answering everything and anything we have asked. She has wonderful communication skills and is very friendly and down to earth. She even let us tour the grounds to see our exact apartment and informed us that we could even move in sooner! Im really looking forward to living in this beautiful new apartment.

I highly recommend this apartment complex. I look for three things in an apartment community. Location, value, and resident service. The most important of these is resident service. Ask for Amanda. She is a trustworthy, seasoned professional in property management industry. Her integrity is her greatest attribute. She will take all the time necessary to ensure you find the right apartment home at the right price point for your needs. This is the first property manager I have really trusted in the lease process. The location is ideal to Prosper High School and the units are very affordable. Choose this place.

This is a brand new community and actively being filled up for this summer.I contacted Amanda from the office. She was very patient and answered all my questions. She walked me through all the process and conducted a virtual tour. The staffs are very friendly and welcoming.The apartment is on the Proper, TX and Celina, TX border. It is located very closer to Boyer elementary and Prosper high schools. Also, nearer to grocery stores, Frontier Park, Kumon. All these aspects made me to choose this place. Would recommend this place to anyone for their future residence.
