I cannot say enough about how much we love this new community! The staff greeted us immediately, and Bethany took amazing care of us. She was very informative, professional, personable, and so graciously took us out on a tour; she was absolutely a huge reason we decided to lease here. When you have confidence in the management of your property, that is priceless. I was blown away by the beauty and attention to detail of just even the clubhouse amenities, I felt at home instantly. This is a place I can see us calling home for quite some time. Looking forward to enjoying a brand new apartment!

Bethany was so amazing in helping us in our out-of state move. She was eager to always help and even when we had a lot of questions, she never seemed like we were a bother. The customer service was also great when we spoke to other associates here. :)

Let me first start with in two days, I viewed over eight apartment complexes. However, prose Stoneridge was top-tier From professionalism to knowledge to helpfulness, they checked every box. Not to mention the place is stunning. When I first walked inside of the office, I was greeted with beautiful smiles, and hellos. I sat with Bethany. She was very professional and very helpful. I could tell that was genuinely who she was. Any questions I had she was willing to assist, not only that there was another associate that was there as well. She was very respectful and pleasant also unfortunately I cannot remember her name. I look forward to being a part of this community and thanks again to Bethany for really putting a smile on my face that day. Please keep her at the forefront of your business as she is truly an asset to Your company.

My experience living at Prose Stoneridge, has been across the line amazing! The staff and maintenance are absolutely wonderful people. They are always there when you need them. The common community areas are always clean and quiet. There has never been any moment in time when I felt unsafe or questioned my surroundings at night. Neighbors are friendly and quiet. Great complex for those who are looking for a mellow place to live while also enjoying community events once in a while. I would choose this community anytime I had a chance! My only recommendation when moving in is to downsize furniture because it is difficult moving furniture items up and down without any damage on those bigger pieces.Other than that, everything else is wonderful!A HUGE THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF

I wanted to take a moment to give a HUGE thank you to Richard, the assistant service supervisor of the maintenance team here at Prose. I walked out to a flat tire this morning, and he was walking by to attend to a different service request nearby. I thought I’d ask for a little help putting on my spare tire to get me to the tire shop. Richard without hesitation, agreed to not only help, but did it all himself quickly and efficiently! He did not have to do this as it is NOT in his job description I’m sure lol. I am so grateful to him for his help as I’ve never dealt with this kind of tire/jack before, and I am so blessed to have such a wonderful team on the property! Thank you so much for your help today, very thoughtful and kind of you!!! Life saver. I already loved being at Prose Stoneridge, but this has made me realize even more that we are truly in a great place with great staff!!!

My husband and I came in for a tour, and Tuesdae was the lovely agent who walked us through all the things! Not only was she knowledgeable, personable and so friendly, but she made sure we looked at all the available options that fit our wants and needs. By far one of the most enjoyable apartment tours!

I’m one of those people that doesn’t typically take the time to write a review unless I’ve had a problem or experienced exemplary service. In this case, I’m delighted to report it’s the latter.Selling my house in 2021 and downsizing to an apartment after 12 years was a huge step. My first apartment was wonderful, but after renewing my lease, they decided to raise the rent again a few months later, so I decided to try another apartment. I won’t go into all the details but suffice to say it was not a good situation at all and was fortunately able to get out of my lease early.During this time I looked at several apartments. I am always very deliberative about decisions, weighing all my options. My company began requiring everyone to return to the office 3 days a week in Plano but my parents are in Sherman, and I wanted to remain close to them, so I focused on the Melissa / McKinney area. That’s when I found Prose Stoneridge and met Brenda. She was awesome! She showed me around and was so kind.At the time, the apartments were not complete, and I was still reeling from the bad experience at my previous apartment, so when I found a great deal on a 2 bedroom apartment in Sherman, I decided to stay close to mom and dad. I told myself if things didn’t work out, I could always stay with them.Well, they say you get what you pay for! The 2 bedroom apartment turned into an absolute nightmare. I won’t go into all the details (I’ll save that for another review when I’m ready), but it was so bad I had to move in with my parent’s for 2 - almost 3 months because the place was uninhabitable.After a lot of prayer, I decided to look in the Melissa / McKinney area again at several places, but my heart kept coming back to Prose Stoneridge. The community was now finished and Brenda was still there, so I decided to take another look. Boy am I glad I did!I shared everything that had happened with Brenda and she was so sweet. She patiently listened and couldn’t believe everything I had been going through, especially how my latest properly management company / landlord has been treating me. It made me feel so much better to be able to talk to someone who understood. I vowed to myself that I would only rent from a major reputable property management company after my ordeal, and Greystar fit the bill!Fast forward to a month later, and I’m so pleased with my decision. I told Brenda I’ve been having a lot of what I call “V-8 moments”. You know those commercials where someone has an “aha moment”. Looking back, I wish I would have just chosen Prose Stoneridge a year ago! It would have saved me so much emotional turmoil!!Brenda and the staff have been amazing!! When I arrived at my new apartment they had a lovely bottle of wine and some other goodies waiting. Every time I see Brenda or talk to anyone on staff (shoutout to Bethany, Brooklyn and Kirsten, too! :) ) they ask me how things are going and remind me to let them know if I need anything. Trust me when I say these ladies take customer service seriously!From the moment I started unpacking and looking around at my new place, I knew I was finally “home” :). I really appreciate how much thought and care went into the design of this complex and the units. Appliances are all Samsung - top notch. Washer and Dryers are included in all units! Space abounds, too. I thought I wouldn’t have enough room for all my things, so I rented a storage place nearby (shoutout to Life Storage in Melissa!), but I could have probably made due with the space I have. I have plenty of area to spread out and my bathroom and closet are huge!! It’s the little things, too. From outlets that are higher up on the walls in addition to those closer to ground level and details like the built in shelf in the bathtub for my bath / shower products, they’ve thought of everything, including extra touches like sage green colored lower cabinets in the kitchen and bath, which make it feel really special.I’m so grateful I found Prose Stoneridge! Thank you Brenda and team!!
