During the apartment walkthrough with the leasing agent, J’nay, the place felt warm and inviting from the moment I stepped in. J’nay had a welcoming, friendly demeanor, making the tour feel relaxed and personalized. The apartment was stunning with its brand-new, updated appliances, gleaming stainless steel surfaces, and a modern look that gave the kitchen an upscale feel. The lighting throughout the space was soft yet vibrant, perfectly highlighting every corner. J’nay was informative, walking through every feature, from the sleek countertops to the beautiful light fixtures, ensuring I got a full sense of what the place offered!!! Overall, it was a pleasant, enjoyable experience.

Lauren, the staff, and the apartment manager have been the best. So far, my stay here has been wonderful with everyone being kind and responsive. Apartments look exactly like the pictures which is rare. They try their utmost to please every resident and they do a wonderful. If you want to live at a place where your mind will be at peace when you come home, come stay here.Pavel

The Prose Sterling Complex is a very well furnished and managed property. All of the facilities and properties were well taken care of. The office staff is very helpful, especially Jacqueline. She was very helpful whenever I had questions or concerns. Overall great experience for apartment hunting, and definitely is a top contender for my final place to call home.

J’nay was amazing!!! I loved looking into this complex. My husband and I ended up going on the house buying route but there was nothing but joy and excitement from her! She was so caring and really made the process of looking around a lot easier when we were considering an apartment. I would highly recommend this complex and to speak with J’nay😊

This apartment is a dream! The open floor plan allows for seamless flow between the kitchen and living room, making it feel even more spacious. The stainless steel appliances give a modern touch. The community pool is the cherry on top—its a great spot to unwind after a long day.

Sterling Apartments is absolutely gorgeous! The prices are very reasonable, and the friendly, attentive staff is a huge bonus. I’m so happy to be living here 😊

Absolutely STUNNING property and Manager and Management were super kind! It’s a great area with tons of restaurants and fun places nearby. I definitely recommend looking into Prose Sterling for your next place to live!
