My wife i and moved in december and we have absolutely loved every second of it! the front office girls are absolutely phenomenal and when i need minor adjustments to our apartment, the maintenance people have been super quick and very responsive about it. i highly recommend this place 100%! the apartment community is quiet and peaceful. we will definitely be renewing once our lease is up💕💕

Living at Prose has been amazing! The floor plans they offer truly make this community feel like home! I was worried about down sizing from our home but my apartment has plenty of additional storage and has all the updated appliances I had in my home. Leasing staff is friendly, attentive and always helpful when in need. Property always looks well kept! Dog park is actually pretty large and separates large breed from small which is helpful. I can honestly say that the process of leasing with Prose has been nothing but a great experience thus far!!!

I highly recommend this apartment community Bianca was instrumental in our decision making process offering detailed insights and an excellent presentation distinguished by her patients and warm demeanor I am highly satisfied with the comprehensive information, she shared her presentation. Moved in a week prior to this review and so far everything has been amazing. I read over reviews to see if I relate to any of them and truthfully I can only relate to the good reviews so far. My girlfriend and I went through a property locator (Steph Moreland) and she introduced us to Amanda who answered all of my 101 questions 😅, this goes to say the communication with the front office is top tier. We have had no issues whatsoever and even when having a maintenance question they had maintenance out very quickly. He (didn’t get his name 😕) deserves a shout out for being so pleasant and helpful. We definitely felt more confidence in living in this apartment community.P.S We came in right when the free cruise was available and are beyond excited for this promotion 😆

If you are looking for apartments, this is the one! Victoria and the girls in the front were super helpful and sweet. I had a terrible experience living at my past apartment complex and moving to Prose Solaire gave me hope on apartment living again. I love it here so far and do not regret my decision at all!

Great experience with wonderful staff! Starting with the managers Shelby and Victoria Caballero and leasing professional Vyctoria Platas. They were very helpful in pointing me in the right direction to get me an apartment. The specials that Prose offer were also very helpful financially which made my decision so much easier. Overall great experience can’t wait to move in!

The assistant manager, Victoria, along with the leasing professional, Victoria, are both incredibly knowledgeable and helpful! After sharing concerns they worked diligently to resolve them. I have nothing but high respect and gratitude towards them both! I’m excited to say that they turned a bad experience into something positive for me. The only downgrade of stars on my review is due to the flooring peeling up, which trips me and others. I understand that isn’t the office staff’s fault, so no hate is sent towards them. I just wish it would be fixed, it looks awful... The noise is annoying and loud, yet manageable; I lived in St Louis for years along with other cities so maybe I’m accustomed to the noise. Other than that one complaint of the flooring, I do love the apartments and the resident events! :)

The staff here are super patient and genuine, they’ve helped me a lot! This is an awesome apartment, brand new with top-notch facilities. Don’t miss out. I love this place, and it would be perfect if they added a car wash spot in the future.

Extremely helpful and energetic staff with the upmost care for their future and current residents! Ray and lily greeted me with amazing energy and fulfilled all my questions and concerns. The assistant manager Victoria and the manager Shelby ensured I was completely taken care of and that my needs were met! Overall the most beautiful and well priced apartment community I’ve ever seen in Corpus Christi! Can’t wait to be in my new home!❤️

Customer service is top notch! Ray was our leasing agent. So knowledgeable and helpful on our tour and with all the information and specials available. And the manager, Shelby, fantastic! Community is beautiful and brand-new and the location is great. Cant wait to move in!

Drove in today from Alabama to view my moms future home and I cant say enough great things about this from customer service to brand new~ If youre looking for a new apartment in an area that is close to shopping and food but away from traffic congestion then stop in and speak with one of the awesome staff at Prose Solaire! Ask for Victoria, Ray, Lilly, Shelby or Victoria and they will not disappoint!
