    I have lived here for almost six months, and my experience has been nothing but great. The complex is clean, quiet, and the amenities are amazing. Lamar, from the maintenance team, was incredibly quick to fix an issue in my apartment and was so kind! The staff as a whole is outstanding.

    My experience with Prose Prominence has been great! It was quick and easy. I applied on Sunday, 10/20/24 and I will receive my keys tomorrow, 10/31/24. Omar really helped me to get moved in as quickly as possible. He gave great advice to save time and money. The biggest help to me was the awesome special on my rental that I received. This helped so much that words cant even explain. I recommend anyone looking for a new place to call home, apply to Prose Prominence. Hailey was great as well. I had to sign something quickly but Omar was off for the day. She received my email and quickly sent an update to let me know that they received it.

    I recently moved into Prose Providence, and I couldnt be happier with my choice! The amenities are fantastic, and the complex has a welcoming atmosphere. A special shoutout to Hailey, who was awesome in explaining all the amenities and details about the apartment. She made the leasing process smooth and informative, and I felt right at home from the start. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-maintained community!

    This apartment is amazing, amenities are great, apartments are sleek and clean but the staff is a cut above the rest. Jay goes above and beyond with any problem or need we’ve had. Omar is a welcoming and friendly person. And the maintenance team, especially Lamar, he is there within seconds if something were to go wrong, we had a roof leak after a bad storm and it was fixed and repaired within the week. Could not recommend this place more.

    I just moved in and already I am pleasantly surprised. So far, Prose Prominence has meet all of my expectations and more when it comes to community. Hailey is the sweetest, Avery was super helpful when it came to my application process , Jay is a ray of sunshine to talk to , Omar provided all information I needed for move in and Lamar is the GOAT! Today i needed maintenance for a simple dry wall cover up , and Lamar not only fixed what i put in a request for but he looked around and saw something else that could look better and fixed it right then and there!! Lamar has continued to keep me updated about other requests i’ve made , which is super helpful. (Also the turn around time for maintenance is 5 stars all on its own.) Absolutely loving it here.

    I had a great experience moving into this apartment complex, thanks to the helpful assistance from Hailey and Omar during the move-in process. They patiently answered all of my questions. Its been a month since I moved in, and I must say, I love it here. We had a minor maintenance issue upon arrival, but Ronnie promptly addressed it and took the time to address my concerns. The place is incredibly quiet, and the cleanliness is remarkable. Jay also deserves special mention for his straightforward and informative communication. This is one of the best apartments Ive lived in while in Texas.

    I worked with Hailey to find my new apartment here, she was extremely helpful and accommodating. Management was quick to answer my questions. The apartments are BRAND NEW! with new Samsung appliances, granite counter tops and a very open floor plan. The kitchen has tons of storage, the bathroom is very spacious as well as a pretty sizable closet. Lots of windows and natural light. Also in a very nice area. I cant wait to move in!

    I am very impressed with Omar and Prose Prominence. I researched extensively on nearby properties prior to scheduling a tour, but nothing compared to Prose Prominence. I wanted to find a reason to chose a different apartment but after touring the property and Omar going above my expectations during the process, my mind was made up. Omar was caring, always willing to answer any of my questions or concerns over the phone and in person. I viewed many leasing complexes in the Denton area but non compared to Omar’s attentiveness in seeking to accommodate your needs in selecting a new home.

    I went to visit a friend that moved in a few months back. The layout was very nice. I told her I would want to schedule a tour in the spring but she said why wait? & showed me some of the grounds herself. lol I fell in love with her kitchen, the flooring & the gym. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. Through the way, we met one of the maintenance men. I believe his name was Lamar & I asked him a few questions about wait times & getting things repaired/replaced. He said they are pretty thorough and the team has very good communication so things get done quickly. She said that she reported that she had faulty bulb in her bathroom & he was there within an hour.

    Absolutely amazing property, great location, and wonderful staff (ask for Omar). He was able to help my wife and I with exactly what we needed and answered our many questions.     Id give more stars if I could. Everyone Ive dealt with in the leasing office have been great, especially Avery (I might be misremembering her name). She was super nice and made the lease process fast and easy.Ronnie, the maintenance supervisor goes above and beyond for tenants. I had electrical issues when the city of Denton swapped out meters (city at fault, not apartment) and Ronnie let me stay in the model unit while the electricians and utility came out to diagnose and repair the situation. He even brought in and set up a portable AC unit in my apartment just in case Denton was unable to fix the issue.Highly recommend Prose Prominence. The entire leasing process is quick and if there are issues, their team do everything they can to correct it ASAP.
