    I recently had the opportunity to tour the Prose Northbend apartment complex in Aubrey. The property was very well maintained and the 2 bedroom units I looked at were exactly what I was looking for. Everything seemed low key and quiet which is what I prefer. The pool area was pristine and looked very relaxing. My leasing agent Augustine Gomez was very courteous and thorough and walked me through the entire leasing process. So happy to be calling this complex home now!!

    I have been renting for a few years since I have moved out of my parents house, and I have never met such an accommodating and welcoming staff!!! Throughout my entire tour/application/leasing/moving processes everyone has been awesome to me. Andrea has been such a huge help is always so kind and makes sure you are taken care of. The apartments are very clean and all appliances are modern and efficient. I definitely recommend giving this place a tour 11/10

    These apartments are absolutely wonderful from the accommodations all the way to the hospitality. Andrea is such an amazing person ,helping me and my mom settle down here n made us feel at home .     We ended up not deciding to lease with Prose Northbend, but it wasnā€™t due to it being a low quality place, we just wanted something closer. However, we decided to still write a review on this place because the customer service was 10/10. Augustine and the staff there were so kind, welcoming, helpful, and accommodating. Had this location been closer to our work, we wouldā€™ve easily moved here. We tour many a place and none were as kind as Augustine. Lastly, we really enjoyed the staged apartment. I think all properties should have something like that so potential tenants can see the potential of a place.

    We recently toured this complex, and we really enjoyed the staff! Andrea was great and so was Auggie. They were so helpful, especially considering I did not have an appointment to tour.I really liked this complex, its pretty, well kept and affordable. The only reason we went a different direction was due to the limited options of units with balconies and yards.Other than that, looks to be a great place with a great team!

    My wife and I are moving into Prose from out of state and Devin, Andrea, and team have done their absolute best at ensuring we have a smooth transition. Even as bumps came up, they made sure that we were very well taken care of in the end. We are very thankful for their genuine care and customer service.     Where do it start! This location is absolutely awesome! We visited here and had the lovely pleasure to tour with Andrea Munoz. It was a busy busy Sunday for them and the level of patience they exhibited was extraordinary. Andrea was our tour guide and Augustine Gomez was taking care of our family tours. These two awesome folks, are a dynamic duo! Honestly the best customer service weā€™ve experienced touring apartments here in the dfw. The apartments were absolutely gorgeous. Hi end appliances as well. Ultimately with our 2 pets, we needed a larger yard space. That is the ONLY reason we didnā€™t choose this location. Thank you both for making our experience enjoyable.

    I had a really great experience with moving here. Augustine and Andrea are both amazing , Andrea has such amazing energy . She explains everything and anything you have questions about you can ask and she will explain every detail . She really took her time to make sure I found the perfect apartment for me , she did not complain at all when i asked to switch my apartments she was more than happy to help me. She is also very resourceful about all the things happening around this areaAugustine help me out with all the little info that i needed and just was very pleasant when asking him questions . The apartments are really nice and clean ā€œBrand newā€ I love every detail of them especially the kitchen Its perfect place to live . I love the amenities my favorite is they have a charcoal grill lol this matters to me šŸ˜‚ they also gas grill too

    Andrea Munoz Was simply amazing, I struggle badly with social anxiety, but once I started talking with her a little bit more all nerves went out the window! I was smiling the entire time.Touring the community made reminded me of hotel vibes! The apartments was amazing, but Andrea was the highlight of the tour.     Prose Northbend has been a really great place to live and overall good experience. Due to moving, work and having no time I couldnt update sooner until now thatI am officially one month in. Team, Service and Community is still great ! Andrea was soo amazing and helpful during our move. We had to move across country due to work and couldnt see the property in person. We had the website pictures but Andrea offered to show me via FaceTime and we were able to do a walk thru from across the country. She also insured that my move in was seamless and helped out with all of my questions. She is very informative, professional and overall amazing. About the community, I really like the trash service the community provides living on the third floor it really helps having someone come and pick up our trash every day especially after along day. All amenities are new (it is a new build) clubhouse has a pool table and the pool lounge chairs look awesome, cant wait to lay on them this summer.

    This is going to be a long review because there arent enough ways to describe how amazing this place and the people who run it are and because I kinda want to sell you on it because I love it here already.Everyone in the office is awesome, particularly Andrea. She helped me move in on a weeks notice and with virtually no hang-ups or hitches, also truly one of the sweetest ladies youll ever speak to. Augustine is also amazing, but whatever you need, whoever is available, they will take great care of you.As for the complex itself, theyve thought of just about everything. The units are beautiful, all-inclusive, w/d, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, everything you need is here. They even have 1GB internet set up for you, all you have to do is activate it when you move in and it is fantastic for the price. Plus theres a gym and a beautiful pool, a super nice lounge, everything. This place is halfway to being a resort.And if you have pets, theyve got all the outdoor space you need for walking and more, big windows for the cats to sit in, some of the 1st floor apartments even have yards AND theres a dog park.Id never dream of complaining about this place, theyve got you covered in every aspect. I cant say enough about the complex, the people or how grateful I am for them.

    I made an appointment to visit this complex today and was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful this place is. I met with Morgan Special during my lunch break and the customer service is great! I came back for a 2nd visit this afternoon and met Andrea Munoz who was equally nice and professional, I was greeted by both immediately when stepping in the door with a friendly hello and handshakes, when looking for a place to live, these things are important!     WAYY BETTER THAN ACROSS THE STREET!! Trust me I know. Staff here is way beyond the best in my opinion. Augustein helped me with errthing and overall once he toured me around I knew this would be my new home. Right next to AMG, Audrey also was very welcoming I know when I walk in for help Iā€™m greeted and my problems if any are solved. I recommend everyone try these apartments if ur looking. Cheap unbelievably nice looking and great staff. Who doesnā€™t want that! I know I do.
