I toured apartment for the first time this month, as I have never lived in an apartment before. Prose Manor stood out from all of the other communities as Natalys costumer service was absolutely amazing. She was extremely patient, as I was clueless to how apartment living worked. The best part of it all was the unit itself, the layout is very well thought out. I loved the huge walk-in closets, spacious living room, and all of the modern finishes. Prose is definitely on my top 3 future home picks!

The staff has been amazing all the way from tour to renewal. I always feel welcome when I come in and they are quick to resolve concerns. I love the pool, and pet park! Cant wait till the HEB opens across the street. My neighbors have become family! Will definitely be staying for a few more years before buying a house.

Prose Manor has been nothing short of amazing! The apartment is amazing and fits my furniture perfectly, with additional room! The team in the office is very responsive, and my service requests are always complete so quickly! In short, if youre looking for a place thats more than just an apartment, you wont be disappointed!

Best apartments in Manor by far simply because of the staff and size of the units. Eliza took me on a tour and I was so impressed. Just felt like home. The dog park onsite and park next door is perfect for afternoon walks with my pup, Demi. Can’t wait to move in!

I recently took a tour of this property and was greeted with warmth by the staff. They were kind, helpful and had great knowledge of the property and the surrounding areas. I was particularly impressed by Elizas politeness and patience with me. I fell in love with the layout of the floor plan, especially the kitchen which is big enough for me to host my friends and family.

My experience at Prose was amazing! The staffing was super helpful and patient. I was able to meet some of the management. I appreciated their attentiveness and very informative assistance. They were happy to answer all of my questions and concerns. Natalie was welcoming and seemed trilled to help me find a perfect fit.The community is in a great location. Close enough to have a fun time in Austin, but AWAY from the traffic! I did not expect them apartments to look so spacious and feel so homey. Not to mention they are a pet friendly community. Bella and myself are very excited to start a new journey here!

I am currently staying here at the Prose. The management is amazing. All the staff are amazing. I was the first tenant to live in my unit and I renewed my lease twice because of how well things are taking care of here. I can go on and on but I won’t. I will simply say come see for yourself!!

Ive seen a lot of divided opinions about this condo and I wanna share mine in a transparent way. Since I laid my eyes on this place and started the leasing paperwork, I received an excellent treatment from the administration. They were very informative and they answered all of my concerns. Past six and a half months living there I had some minor issues (light bulbs, door locks, faucets, etc.) that were promptly and effective resolved by the maintenance team lead by a gentleman that we all know as Manny. This guy knows his stuff, very attentive and helpful every time I requested his services. Approaching the eleven month mark, I received a good job opportunity out of the state that made me finish my lease contract, and again, the management of this place assisted me with a smooth early lease termination process. My only feedback for the management is to be a little more informative with his residents while they conduct pool cleaning, pest control, and other normal maintenance activities. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

Prose Manor became my new home in 2023 and it has been amazing. Eliza helped me find the perfect apartment after being scammed at another nearby property. She was very nice and took her time with all my very needy needs. I toured the apartment about 10x before making my decision and Want to thank Eliza for being the reason I choose Prose Manor. She never made me feel bad for coming back and even encouraged me to. a few months later I realized she was the property manager and it was so reliving to know that took her time with me when most dont ever come out of their offices. Maintenance has been amazing as well. Many has came to my unit several times for work orders and he is super professional. He is a hard worker and has Steller communication. Even if something has to be ordered for it to be repaired they communicate throughout the entire process and are extremely patient. This is place truly feels like a home to me and not a dorm room. From staff all the way down to amenities. Great selection of amenities and they are all well kept and clean. The absolute only downside is that there is no balconies in the units but that is no problem when you see how huge these apartments are. I was hesitant due to the past reviews but truly have been extremely impressed and love this place. I believe they had a management change since Eliza the manager told me she had been there only since March. Im leaving this review for anyone on the fence, just do it. Its better than anything around here and value is immaculate. I wish I could give it 10 stars lol

Absolutely beautiful home! I enjoy it very much. The fitness center & pool is where I mostly hang out and they are always very clean & well maintained. The staff is professional and friendly. Special S/O to Alex who assisted in making my move in a smooth one. She is very friendly and answered all my questions/concerns ~ very helpful !

Lilly help me find the perfect place. At a perfect price. They did not try to charge to take advantage of the current housing crisis. Other apartments in the area are robbing people in broad daylight. Prose is the place to be . Honesty and integrity is a must for me.

Have to give a shout out to the Lady that was super stellar and great throughout the process of getting my apartment, Alexandra (Alex) Molina! She was really helpful and took time to explain answers to questions that I had and I mean every single question! I was new to getting an apartment and just completely unsure of the process or certain criteria or info I needed to know to provide and she answered every call in a great response and super friendly. I am so grateful that there’s individuals out there such as Alex that puts in well over 10x more than just the bare minimum effort in her interactions with her guests. On top of that, the woman steps it up a notch and also remembers her clients and follows up with them when she come across them in person. Not a quality that practiced nor to many care to remember to do these days. So thank you again Alex! I’m very grateful I’ve got you as my go to when it comes to the community I’ve joined!

I moved to prose 1 month ago. The workers are very attentive and respectful. The property is very new and for the price you pay it is well worth it. It is located perfectly on 290 and it is very easy to get anywhere you need. The maintenance workers are very friendly and keep the property very clean. You also respond to service requests very quickly. My air broke and in 1 day they had it fixed and working. The pool and gym are beautiful and of high quality. The person who helped me rent the apartment is Eliza, the manager, and she was very respectful and attentive, which is why she helped her through the entire process. It is my first apartment and I want to stay here for a long time. I give it 5 stars all around. Thank you very much prose manor team

I love my apartment, it is spacious and modern. The pool is quite spacious and comfortable. Maintenance is super fast and the girls in the office are very communicative and provide good customer service. I give them a 5 stars. The Walmart is there on one side and everything is close to me
