I recently moved in and have had an excellent experience so far. The management team is incredibly responsive and helpful, addressing any concerns promptly. The amenities are top notch. The apartments themselves are modern and spacious, with high-quality finishes and plenty of natural light. The location is also fantastic. Overall, I highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live.

Nice quiet area, never traffic really and I love going to Katy Asian town nearby. The gym is not too small and has enough equipment variety. The staff is helpful and kind, Steven is the nicest! And for those complaining about upstairs neighbors… news flash you’re living in an apartment! Noise from neighbors is expected, go live in a house if you can’t stand noise

Toured this beautiful complex last week and wanna say that it’s one of the cleanest and most quiet communities i have visited. From the start i was greeted by Chloe. She was super welcoming, nice and knowledgeable and answered all my questions clearly and helped make my move in process go very smoothly. Definitely ask for Chloe if you come in for a tour!

I have lived here since May 2024, and I’d have to say, the past 6 months have been a wonderful experience so far. Leasing agent Steven had helped me with the sign up process back in May and it went smoothly. The one bedroom/ one bathroom floorplan is very ergonomical with plenty of closet space. Prose KTX is one of the few apartments in the area with no balconies, which is something I didn’t need anyway. There are even some Friday nights where they have food trucks parked at the front to offer residents a convenient way to get food, without having to go out to eat and battle Friday night crazy drivers.Back when I moved in here, it was brand new and there were only a few families living here. It has been gradually filling up so far, but luckily nothing too crazy has happened so far. My only issue is residents from the neighboring apartment complex (Luxe at Katy) sometimes blast loud music on the weekends until 3 AM (which is not the fault on Prose KTXs side). The noise from their garage is directly pointed at the Prose KTX building, and the volume can be heard at an uncomfortable level within our units. Usually we would call the Harris County Non-Emergency line to make a noise complaint, and police would come out to address the situation within 30 minutes. But on some weekends, the police have so many other calls that they end up not showing up. Which is understandable, since there are probably more crazy calls they have to attend to on weekends.However, I have taken action myself (on behalf of me and my neighbors affected by this disruptive noise) and approached Luxe at Katy management via email and in-person to address the situation. Taking initiative and being assertive is important when setting boundaries with those loud residents. Hopefully those residents learned a valuable life lesson from this experience on how to be aware of their surrounding environment. Lets hope they dont blast music in the future, otherwise, we will have to take more action. We cant allow our fellow residents to endure the immature actions of a select few individuals.The Prose KTX management team is awesome. The management team is young and they are very professional and attentive. They are doing a great job balancing attending to current resident’s needs while also finding new residents to achieve full occupancy. This can be a challenge to balance, so kudos to the management team for providing excellent service during this transition period!

Steven was an amazing agent as I was initially touring the apartment and then super helpful when I decided to apply for an apartment. Steven was patient and always available to help/explain paperwork that was required to fill out, especially with how many times I contacted him to cross ts and dot is. Having Stevens help only cemented my confidence that I chose the right community for me and my daughter!
