I had the best experience touring the apartment complex thanks to Reagan! She was absolutely amazing—professional, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. She answered all my questions thoroughly and made everything so easy to understand. Not only was she informative, but her enthusiasm was contagious, and her positive attitude made the whole process enjoyable. It’s clear she genuinely cares about helping people find the perfect place. If you’re looking for an incredible leasing experience, Reagan is the person to talk to! ❤️😃

The staff has made my transition easy with a smile and no stress. I was so nervous and Reagan assisted me as directed with no questions for me to ask because she was very informative. I love the manager and his positive attitude. You bring a situation to him he has a solution or will figure it out. All of the staff are wonderful. Literally. My seven year old daughter says she likes them being nice to her. You don’t get that a lot🤎. We never had that kind of hospitality, so that’s a blessing. Please keep this up and I will continue to be a loyal residence!

Move in was very seamless. Reagan, Rose & Hunter at the leasing office have been so kind and helpful, really making me feel welcomed with my move across the country. The apartments are beautiful and I cant wait for the Spring & Summer so I could hop in the pool! The complex is in the center of Fate and next to a plaza; perfect for a quick grocery stop, a nail appointment, or a latte in the mornings. The events and gatherings the complex throws are so super cute and I wish more residents would stop in and meet their neighbors. I would recommend a others to give Prose a chance :)

This is the best apartment complex I have ever lived at! The property is always clean & beautiful. The office staff are the kindest people you will meet! If you ever have any maintenance issues ask for Roman he is awesome & gets the job done! I highly recommend these apartments to everyone!

I moved to Prose Greenbriar a couple months ago and my stay here has been so amazing. The maintenance team Adan, Blake, and Roman have a fast turn around when it comes to maintenance requests . The leasing agents Hunter and Reagan are very helpful, they are always there to answer questions and concerns very gracefully and the managers Shawn and Britney are very attentive, when it comes to the residence. This is an amazing team as a whole.

Hunter, Sean, and Britney were all amazing! Firstly, when my daughter had a meltdown during the tour, they were all quick to help and made what could have been a bad experience into a good one. They also walked me through the signing process and helped me at every step of the way. They will guide you through any roadblock. Excellent team and teamwork!
