Wow this property is absolutely amazing!!!!9/10.Pros:Staff is attentive to emails,Leasing office open 7 days a week,beautiful property and location,brand new stainless steel appliances,granite countertops,lovely tile,complimentary washer and dryer,huge closet space !! ,bright open kitchens😍,beautiful everything.Applying and approval was so easy for me.My only issue is that eitherA.) the walls are thin orB.) my neighbors watch tv VERY loudlyOther than that it’s extremely perfect and I’m eternally grateful to be here! 🥰🥹Thank you prose for a beautiful new home !

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this apartment complex and it exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The landscaping is beautifully maintained. The amenities are top-notch, including a great fitness center, a big pool, and a spacious clubhouse.The apartments themselves are spacious and well-designed, featuring modern finishes and plenty of natural light. The kitchens are equipped with high-end appliances and ample counter space.The management team is incredibly friendly and responsive, always ready to assist with any needs or concerns. Overall, this apartment complex is a fantastic place to call home, combining comfort, convenience, and a strong sense of community.

Gorgeous apartments, we just toured and the leasing agent was so friendly and bubbly and really listened. The price is pretty good and I think the area is good, especially after being in Austin with all the traffic. We are def leasing soon. Excited for the pool this summer

Prose is everything I’ve been looking for in an apartment. The property is gorgeous with really nice amenities. The dog park is a great size and the pool area is so nice and clean. I love the location of the apartment, everything is so close and I’m not used to that. Everyone I worked with in the office has been so patient and kind. Management is a big part of what makes an apartment a good apartment. I have never felt so trusting and impressed by a management group! I looked thoroughly at many apartments in the area and I was so convinced after my first visit with them and signed my lease that day!

This is such a pretty property! Mikey, the leasing agent, was so very helpful and answered all of my questions. I was very stressed thinking of moving, but he helped calm my anxiety. I actually thought he was a manager, as he seemed so knowledgeable and took such good care of me. If you are looking in Buda, this is an excellent option with a staff who care!

The staff at Prose Buda went above and beyond in helping me find an apartment. Amy was so informative and did a great job at helping me pick the right apartment. The amenities are beautiful, the location is quiet, and I love my apartment. I recommend anyone looking for a brand new community in the Buda area to check out Prose! I am very happy with my decision moving here and can’t wait for the resident events!

The apartments have brand new appliances and luxury features like usb-c ports, valet trash 5 days a week, and packages to your door(which I was ecstatic about when I ordered a 100lb bed frame to the third floor)! We moved in June with the help of Holly as our leasing specialist. She was very helpful and attentive to our needs, especially during our moving in process she would answer all questions and responded in a quickly manner. The apartment is very dog friendly, easy access to grocery stores and the interstate.

I recently had the chance to stop by Prose Buda for a tour, and although I didn’t end up leasing, I still wanted to mention what an exceptional experience I had working with Holly. From the moment I walked in, she was selling me on the property. She was kind, professional, and explained all the details of the apartment community to me extensively. I would highly recommend stopping by & giving it a look! The amenities are beautiful, the apartments are brand-new so they look great inside & out, and the staff is great which is always a plus!!

I walked in looking at new homes for our move later this year and with rent prices being on the upside we decided if we are paying this much we want a new home..... I work in sales myself and I was welcome by Rebecca in just the way I would welcome my guest very professional and very knowledgeable. These apartments are very nicely set up and the amenities it adds is fantastic as well. Very positive experience for sure highly recommend stopping in if you are looking not even in the immediate future we are not moving for 4 months however they can and will accommodate me once a final decision is made......:)
