Lovely place to live....super service and personnel!! This community was extremely beautiful, well kept and peaceful community. The office staff was extremely accommodating and friendly also. I wanted to give thanks to the Pecan Square Management for being so courteous and dedicated in answering my questions. I had a couple of questions and they went above and beyond to find the answers I had. They are always so proactive in making sure that residents are being taking care of. The maintenance team are exceptional quick and very friendly.The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The pool is lovely. It could not be better located and was amidst a lot of shopping, restaurants, transportation and schools. Its a great place to call home.

Amazed at such wonderful customer service. Guadalupe Catalan was such a helpful person. Lovely place to live. This community is extremely beautiful, and very well kept. The office staff was also extremely accommodating and friendly. The pool is lovely. It could not be better located , has a lot of shopping, restaurants, transportation and schools near by.

Let me start off by telling you that from day one when I went to look at an apartment I was treated very well by the staff in the office .I asked for a one bedroom Crystal showed me there one bedroom model she answered every question I had. For example I asked her if the area was safe and she let me know that is it and that if anything were to happen they have courtesy patrol 24 hour maintenance, 2 pools She mentioned to me what was around the area since Im new to the area that was very helpful to know. I appreciate the way she answered all my questions and was very helpful I definitely will be back.

From the moment I walked in I was greeted and never felt rushed or pushed during my visit! I had a lovely lady help me, she’s the manager Raquel. Always with a cheerful personality that made the apartment community feel more like home! I’m definitely excited to move in. Thank you for the pleasant experience Pecan Square!

Let me start off by saying, I love my apartment. I’ve been here for about 3months and so far everything works well. Also want to give thanks to Crystal in the office for helping me with my application, very friendly and made me feel at home. Only negative thing I’ve got so say is that they NEED MORE PEOPLE IN THAT OFFICE. Every time I’ve gone in there it’s just Crystal.

Ive lived here since July 2017 and Ive enjoyed every moment. Its close to my workplace, and right off the public transit route. Not to forget its two grocery stores in walking distance as well as Walmart and Sams Club is roughly a 10 minute walk down the street. If I had to change anything it would be the complex amenities. There should be a gym area and if the the apartments themselves had a light fixture actually in the bedrooms. Outside of that its a good place to live and would recommend it to others.

I have to give the office a 5 star they were very helpful yesterday when I went in to check out the place. The ladies in the front office were very nice. Crystal I believe her name is answered every question I had. I mentioned I have a service dog and she let me know that would not be a problem. she also let me know where everything is all the Restaurants, Stores EVERYTHING is in walking distance. I will be back to rent there cant wait. thank you for hospitality Crystal and office staff

I give pecan square apartment a five star! As soon as I walked in I had the best most warming welcoming from the sweetest person i think her name was Raquel and the rest of the staff and happily showed me around to my new soon to be home! I definitely recommend on making this your new home !!♥

For anyone looking to enjoy all that Dallas has to offer, Pecan Square Apts is the place to call home! The location cannot be beat! You are within minutes to Target, a WalMart store and even a Sams Club. It Sits within a mile from Bachman Lake for walks, Jogs, and bike rides. You can ride you bike to Bachman Lake within 10 minutes and Uber to Love Field airport, all the best restaurants and bars Dallas has in the uptown area.The property went thru some major renovations recently and it looks great! Theres a lounge and a pool, grill for a weekend cook out a coffee bar for those like me that enjoy a good cup of joe in the morning all while never leaving what I like to call home.Whats truly great is the effort this property makes to create community among the residents. Events take place every month from Crime Watch meetings to holidays celebrations. These events are absolutely over the top in a great way!On the outside this is all great, but what really makes this property Home are the individuals who make up the staff. The people who work at this property are very professional and courteous. Any need that Ive ever had from a changed light bulb, to a package signing request is addressed without question. Unlike other properties, the staff in this community truly accommodate its residents to the fullest degree. What I will miss most when I choose to move out is the staff, period.In a nutshell is hands down the best valued property in the area!

Hey My review is based on my opinion I will write another review once I actually move in....So Went into the apartment leasing office... I got a warm greeting by Jonathon Hes AWESOME BTW... I sat and waited he was with several people so I understood that I had to wait... My turn was next I informed him of what apartment size I wanted the price range that i what I was looking for and also the date i was expecting to move in.. I took a 1bd-1ba the largest one with 969 SqFt... I checked out the Model one which was much smaller but it gave me an idea of what my apartment would look like...I love the floorplan and apartment set up I also love the flooring aswell..Also Im out of town (another state) so I checked out several other apartments in the area and also some in the Valley Ranch area...This one was good for me cause Its like 6min from my job...Which was a Plus for me as well... I love the entry of the apartment as well. Mind you i havent checked out the complete apartment complex which is my fault...But reading a lot of the reviews got me nervous.. But I definitely think everyone should check out the apartments for their selves... Im hearing a lot of complaint about parking im use to that cause My last apartment was pretty crowded which was expected with the parking...DUH its an Large community aswell.)Again Im not to sure of the area so much but from what i saw it looks very business like.. I didnt see any houses around much but I did see a lot of Restaurants other shops... Just to give anyone that not from Dallas an insight of my experience... Its not just all Bel-Air like but it will do... its not the HOOD either...Ive done my App and was approved... Since I stay in another State they Electronically Sent my lease through email and I signed it....so im excited...I will do another REVIEW once I move in...

I went looking for an apartment this morning and talked to Crystal. She took great care of me and answered every question I asked her. Im going back right now to apply. She showed me the property, she talked to me about what was there in the area, for example where the stores are and the restaurants where I can go to eat. He told me that the hospital is here Sercas.
