I had the most best experience here at pecan grove. Phillip and Franco are very nice and professional with their work. I do appreciate how helpful they are with everything you need.also apartments are really nice. Over experience it was great.

I highly recommend this apartment complex. Not only is the price unbeatable, but it’s clean and well kept and the community is wonderful. The process to get into my apartment was quick and easy with the help of Franco in the front office, he really caters to the needs of the residents and cares about this community and I’ve appreciated his help to get me and my boys into our new home. Really loving this place thus far. Thank you !

I’ve recommended many friends and family here and have received great comments. I currently live here and it is very comfortable and nice place to stay in. Franco is my go to person, honestly one of the best, very nice, and will do his best to help to get you a place and gives you no trouble, very easy process, and great customer service.

Gigi and Franco are the best! They helped us the best they could and got us into an apartment super quick! (Customer service skills are the BEST).-The Apartments are very spacious and clean, kid park and pool are at a nice walking distance and love that they provided a gate remote to enter facility. Definitely recommend.

I was a resident at Pecan Grove apartments in Seguin for about a year and I loved it! If I ever had an issue I would reach out to Tiffany and she would be the first person to jump on my issue and resolve it for me!! Thank you Tiffany for all of your hard work and patience!!

I have been here since February and I have had a great experience so far. The application/move-in process was smooth and maintenance has been fantastic with any problems! Nice spacious apartments, would recommend to anyone looking for a new place to call home

Everyone in the office is so super friendly and the smell as you enter the building is so inviting. The application was super easy and the response was very fast. I got approved in less than a week and already moving in! The apartments are just beautifully done. I am so excited thank you all very much!!

Hands down the most amazing place to lease from. Starting with the office staff, to maintenance and every other employee that works here. Everyone is so helpful and willing to go over and beyond. You can definitely see that they care! I definitely recommend!

The apartments are nice and affordable.Staff is nice.I been here for a short time and have already seen the beginning of problems such as litter even on staircases, dog poop,cigarette butts,loud music, weed smokers, and the most frustrating thing is the office staff doesnt always answer the phone.update: The issues with litter have since been resolved.Our weed smoking loud neighbors have moved.It is still hard to get office staff to answer phone and after hours maintenance never answer.
