    This is the first apartment I have applied for and rented on my own and I genuinely have to say 10/10 would recommend! The leasing manager Brianda is kind, helpful, and patient. She made the application process so easy for me and is always such a happy energy to be around! She’s the sweetest!! The apartment is spacious and kept up well. I have a 3 bedroom 2 bath. I love it! It’s perfect for my babies & I. Only down side, I had a leaking faucet when I first moved in but the maintenance came within the hour to repair it! They were also very kind and courteous. :)

    I’ve lived at Patriot Palms for almost 5 years now & I love my apartment! The location is super convenient, super comfortable & cozy! The apartments are very pretty & clean. The washer & dryer are a huge plus!Management has always been helpful. I’m extremely grateful to have Brianda, Julie & Bobby as the management team here. If my apartment is needing anything maintenance, Bobby is always available to help me no questions asked.Brianda & Julie always ensure that the property is well under care. If I ever have questions about my rent or any issues, they both are knowledgeable & always guide me in the right direction. Thank you guys very much! ❤️

    Isamar and Sol in the Office are so helpful getting things fixed a lot quicker than it used to be.They make a good team.The one bedrooms are nice.I have been living here for almost 7 years so I know what I am talking about.

    I am so thankful to Tropicana Properties! Ive lived in your property Patriot Palms for a few years and am happy to say that it is one of the best. When I looking for a place to live I couldnt afford much for my children and I then from a friend I heard about the Affordable Housing Properties offered. This was a heaven sent, all appliances are included (washer & dryer in apt!). Love the neighborhood and all the special features each apt offers. Management and Maintenance work their butts off to make sure all is well. Tropicana even helped to get me to purchase my own home! You cant get better than that.

    Love the Complex very clean the office staff is very polite and understanding the maintenance gets things done asap. Ive been living here for awhile never had a issue or complicating situation or any conflicts with no body. neighbors are friendly as well. Plus the rent is very afforable cant beat these prices at all. Patriot Palms is everything anybody will be looking for its the best. Im very happy to be a tenant here. I have no complaints at all its perfect!!!

    So I went to Patriot Palms last month in August and fell in love with these apartments really liked the low rent amount for the 3 Bd, the big size rooms for my kids and w/d definitely did it for me. However I really liked the Property manager and her staff every time I kept going back Brianda and Yessica would receive me with smiles and very helpful and getting all my documents together. I totally recommend this place! 5 Stars!!!

    I’ve lived in Patriot Palms for a couple years now. It’s a quiet community, friendly neighborhood, quick commute to work, and tons of shopping in the area. The front office is so helpful whenever I have a work order request. They usually are able to come out the same day.

    I lived their with my family and the overall experience I had was peaceful and enjoyable. The property is pretty new and the rent was affordable, especially for the quality of the apartment. It gave me the opportunity to afford something I otherwise wouldnt be able to. I never had any issues other than the dirt storms in that area, but I think thats all of El Paso.

    Brianda is a great property manager. She is very professional. Rent is at a reasonable price. Bobby the maintenance man does a fantastic job of maintaining the apartments.

    Adrian replaced my AC due to it rusting very bad and basically just not useable. He is a man of his words. He said hed get it done before thursday and was able to get what he needed before Thursday. Truly appreciate his honesty. Glad to have this new team here on property.

    I visited this property on the second week of January 2023,I was impressed from the minute I drove into parking lot. I would love to make this my home but unfortunately I was not ready to lease.I called on May 8th and theres no 1 bedrooms available.

    Ive lived at the Patriot Palms for almost three years and I can honestly say Ive really enjoyed It. Branda and all the staff work very hard to make sure the tenants complaints, work orders, and concerns are taken care of. Good job yall😊

    Very courteous and professional office manager , well kept property , prompt maintenance . Been here two years and Im going to renew my lease. Nice interior with dishwasher and microwave and washer and dryer great price for the amenities

    I went this afternoon to look at the apartments at Patriot Palms. Bri was very friendly with my boyfriend and I always had a smile and answer all of our questions about the apartment. She even gave us a free ice cream from Peter Piper Pizza.

    Went to look at some apartments , and by far patriot palms was the best. The location was great and the lady was very helpful. I was explained in detail about the lease agreement and process to move there. I strongly recommend patriot palms.

    Maintenance Javier and Adrian were fast to come and replace our refrigerator same day we put in a work order, Didn’t even take an hour for them to come and change it out, 10/10
