Michelle has taken a big burden off of me. I was referred by a friend at work, I looked up the website and filed out the request, in no time Michelle contacted me. She asked all the pertinent questions and had me several lists in my email the next morning, in addition she also text me a few apartments. After reviewing the list, she was able to find exactly what I wanted, I had her to revise my search, and she did it happily. I needed an one bedroom apartment with a garage, w/d, no carpet on a top floor close to my job. I was out of town and when I returned she found the exact apt I was looking for. She set up the appointment for the same day and by that evening I had found my new home.Michelle has been a blessing, she is definately on top of everything. I never could have done this without her. I decided it was time to make a move as my current lease was expiring. I called Pathfinder and spoke with Gina. She was very friendly and professional. She started by sending me a list of just a few places that I might be interested in. She was very knowledgeable not only on the different complexes, but also details about the area (traffic, stores, restaurants, etc). I narrowed the list down to 2 and then to 1. She worked with the new complex to answer all of my questions. I never had to wait long at all for a response from her. She actually sent me exactly to where I needed to be given the parameters that I gave her. I couldnt be happier. Even though she does not get a paycheck from me, I felt like she was working for me. Gina is amazing help. My son lives in Houston but I live in Dallas and this was his first attempt at getting his own place. She spent time to go over what area he needed to live in, what price range we needed and what places were we considering. We agreed on a property and she reached out to them on his behalf to make sure they had his unit size available and find out prices for applicantion and move in. She kept in touch throughout the process and reached out to the manager to get us updates. She even checked in after he moved in to see how things were going. She sent us numerous possibilities, stayed in contact while being very responsive.We had a tight budget, and a list of requirements that seemed impossible for most complexes to accommodate here in Houston. My husband and I had very limited time and energy to look all over town ourselves, with our baby due to be born IN ONE WEEK.When it felt like all hope was lost, she landed us a great opportunity with her various connections within the Greater Houston community. First of all, I rarely write reviews (I’ve wrote 2 counting this one). Wow wow wow ! What can I say about Michelle that will really relate how helpful and awesome she is. Because of my schedule and procrastination I waited until the last minute to be serious enough about moving. I was in communication with her months prior. Whenever I contacted her (4-6 months,3 months and 2wks lol) before moving she was ALWAYS there with encouragement, patience, and of course a prompt reply. Even though I felt bad (esp at 2 wks) contacting her, I never felt rushed or any hints of impatience, just straight helpful and caring. I finally moved after living in the same apartment for 5yrs. Thank you. We truly need more legitimately caring individuals like you as moving is already stressful esp adding on life’s priorities and other issues. Much appreciated !

I wish there was an opportunity for me to give a 10 star rating because thats exactly what Gina Timmons deserves. My son recently moved to Houston for a job opportunity, and as a mother I wanted to make sure he could find an apartment close to his job, in a safe area, and one that would meet his list of requirements with all the amenities. I can honestly say that Gina was heaven sent. She listened to my concerns and followed thru from the beginning to the very end. Moving to another state can be overwhelming not to mention intimidating when youre completely alone. The anxiety of starting a new job while living in a hotel and searching for an apartment can prove to be difficult for anyone. I sincerely felt Gina took care of him as if he was family. The lady I spoke with was going to send me to a roach infested place saying that the odds werent good for anything better. Even though we dont have felonies and make 4 times the rent. Instead we are in a brand new place, Im glad I didnt get disheartened and settle. They at least answered and were responsive to my inquiry.Edit: After speaking with the owner I now know that this an anomaly and is not wholely reflective of her company and the standard she strives for. Though it was my experience I dont want it to be assumed that it will be yours. Give them a try and see for yourself. It was really nice for her to reach out and it speaks volumes that she cares so much.
