Ive had an overall great experience here. I moved from Corpus a year ago, mom of 3, and felt welcomed from all the ladies in the front office AND the maintenance crew! 🥸They helped me through the whole move in process and had no problem answering my questions. ☎️They have events throughout the year and stuff for the kiddos! 🥨🥳Pay your bills on time, keep it clean, if theres a problem let maintenance know, and I promise itll be a great!Its not Where you live, its How... 🌷🏘️🌷

I have been here for 4 years, and the new management has been nothing but helpful. I feel that we have so much more communication now lots of emails. Current information is always shared right away. It is nice when notifications are sent promptly, entering the office and being acknowledged is appreciated. The manager Christina is very nice and listens to our concerns . Liz is very helpful with information on our accounts and billing concerns. Yolanda does a great job on answering phones and replying back on a timely manner, also they take the time to walk and observe the property on a daily basis.

Being a first time apartment buyer it was very nerve wrecking but Cynthia and Courtney made it so quick and stress free the staff is very good at getting things done for there residents and it is an absolutely beautiful apartment complex i would 100% recommend moving in

Have been living here for a few months and Im glad we picked these apartments. The ladies in the office are always helpful, and any maintenance requests get taken care of quickly. Since new management has taken over I have been seeing improvements and more interactions for the people living here.

Ive been here for a month and a half, everything seems to be going well for me. Staff are nice and attentive all the time. There has been contraction going on the time Ive been here and it looks like they are going to paint the apartment,how exciting! The roofs were fixed about 3 weeks ago, these apartments are a work in progress. No complaints!

Love my apartment! Nice, quiet and safe feeling environment. They have a security guard at night, which is nice.Pool is pretty big, but wish it was cleaned more than once a week!Lots of activities to do, basketball, dog park, game and fitness room, etcReally do enjoy my stay here, and hopefully it says nice the way its been!

They have 1, 2 & 3 bedroom Apartments that are good square footage and fair and affordable prices that go by your income. Realty company did a good job off getting all the bad seeds out and still working on it.

I live in these apartments since June last year. Since February they are under new management, and the improvements are showing. They had patched the roads around the community, they are fixing the roof on the units, repairing the buildings, painting. Even the swimming pool is getting an upgrade!I have experienced both the old management and the new one. Yes, some of the complains were true, but I have to add, not since the new management took over. Service request are resolved in a day or two. I see a different building being worked on every day! The effort is there to make it into a better place, which means more and better for my money.There were other problems that came with the transition from old to new management. Those are now gone!Management is investing lots of money on the upkeep and remodeling of the apartments.To me, the best is the personnel, always attentive, always courteous. The group of Jenny, Cynthia, Linda and Dallas is second to none! They provide professional first rate customer service every day of the week, always with a smile! Management recognized this and keep the team together.I am rating the apartments at a 4 star because of the improvements, there is more work to be done, but it is headed in the right direction, but the personnel rates at a 5 without a doubt.Do you believe in second chances? Give Parkvista another chance, come on down, sit down with one of the girls, ask them to show you around, have a cup of coffee. You will receive all of that in a professional, courteous manner and remember, always with a smile!

Ive lived here going on three years not bad. Have access to the base and stuff nearby. My neighbors are pretty friendly. I have seen new changes with the new management so improvement I have seen. The price for my rent is reasonable so I would have to say its not bad but reasonable.

The process of applying and hearing back from Parkvista was very fast and easy! Moving in has been no hassle at all and I love the apartment so much! Cynthia has been very helpful with us for all of our needs. The only issue Ive encountered was a small bug problem but as soon as I brought it up everything is being handled! Great apartment complex.

Parkvista staff is very helpful with my problems on how to help me with the website. Due to my age the maintenance also services my unit in a timely manner. The laundry room and mailbox centers are very keep up and clean. I would suggest it is a nice place to live at Parkvista.

Moved in on 11/01.Application process was easy and quick. Applied 10/29, was approved by 10/30. Must schedule an appointment due to COVID-19 for a tour and options.Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Very attentive and professional.No signs of roaches, quiet, and affordable. Maintenence workers are very fast as well. Upon move in the garbage disposal wasnt working, next day fixed.They have a playground for kiddos, laundry facility, covered parking optional for $10 extra a month, one time $20 fee for gym access, and they have a pool area too.If you are looking for peace of mind with a budget, look no further.Only reason why not 5 stars, wish they had light allocated or free cable. haha.

This place honestly helped me out with figuring out how to pay the rent when it was late from me losing my job and being the only working person in my household. The service was great and the lady’s were very nice and understanding. Not to mention on clean the office is looks amazing.

Parkvista is a very quiet and conveniently located apartment complex where you will find all the amenities you might be looking for: a gym, a laundromat, a dog park, a clubhouse and of course: a pool. Cynthia, at the leasing office, is an absolute delight to work with, and Jenny was also helpful. Do not let the negative reviews scare you. I moved to TX from WV and my experience at this place has been a true joy. I greatly appreciate the staff being so proactive and helpful.

New management is sticking with the renovations and the place is on the up and up.For me and I’m sure some others, there is a very unstable bug situation and I had an incident where the pvc piping on the water heater had melted away due to poor installation and consequently my kitchen flooded, but the scene inside the walls showed why you can never seem to fully eliminate the bugs.Honestly I’m more than likely to resign when my current contract is up.The pricing is fair and aside from a few inconsiderate neighbors that constantly sit in their cars and throb their stereo all night I have found the environment chill.

Satisfied with the gentleman who handled the refrigerator and oven racksOnly complaint 4 items were not removed from the old refrigerator. A pound of butter a package of sausage and a bottle of coffee creamer. The pest control well I still have bugs

Me and My Boyfriend love our 1st apartment together everyone is so nice, and helpfulA huge Thank You to Ms Jenny in the lessing office she is a big help. And I appreciate everything she is doing for my little family. Park Vistas is one of the best apartment ive ever been 2 and I never mind helping out when someone needs help and Im more then happy to help where I can. To make the apartment feel more at home, clean, and safe. Also my son loves the park here.

Good place to live, weve been here 4 years, Ill admit at the beginning of our stay here was not too pleasant, but since the new owners took over things have really changed around here and our new manager Dallas is very attentive to our questions and needs and always gets back to our complaints and needs. Things are finally getting done around here and the much needed improvements are really great!

Its not that bad. I lived here for a month now. Rent is cheap. The new management is kicking out the bad tenants as their lease expires and trying to get military in. the Apts are small, but thats reflected in the rents low price. My neighbors so far are nice. Below us is a ill woman, and across from that door is a retired military gentleman.

Been here for two years, about to sign for a third. Its nice and quiet, neighbors are cool, and the price is right. Had some bugs when I moved in but a trap here and there sorted out that problem nicely. Overall I cant complain though, its been a nice place to stay so far.
