    Incredibly luxurious apartment high rise. Bosch appliances in every unitā€”with a gas stove or cooktop, and microwave that vents to the outside. Cabinetry imported from Germany. Beautiful downtown views and floor to ceiling windows. Highly recommend!

    Itā€™d be very remiss of me to not share how wonderful my experience has been living at Parkside residences. The top contributor is mainly due to the incredible staff. Every time I come down to retrieve a package or grab a cup of coffee, thereā€™s a warm welcoming and overall positive energy thanks to Leslie, Keishae, and the assistant manager. Theyā€™re all incredibly genuine and truly care about the residents, we have developed a lasting friendship and I feel incredibly safe. The maintenance team led by Hugo, are always on top of any requests I have; from changing air filters to patching up paint and checking sensors/alarms. Especially during the recent hurricane when we didnā€™t lose power, which made me feel safe and secure in my abode. Itā€™s clear that the quality of the building is matched by the quality of the people who run it. Something as simple as walking through the lobby to grab a coffee gets you in a great mood because the staff is always ready with a smile, and a friendly conversation. Their kindness and dedication make Parkside feel like a real community, and I couldnā€™t be happier because of it!

    I wanted to share my experience with Leslie. She went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed while staying at the guest suite. Leslie called to check on us after check in. I felt like I was at a 5 star hotel. Thank you Leslie for making my stay so memorable.

    I just moved in and I have to say Parkside is incredible! Austin is a friendly, knowledgeable tour guide who spent over an hour with me on the tour, and he also led my leasing/move-in process. Heā€™s awesome along with the rest of the team. The amenities are top notch, including a pool on the 43rd deck! I am so excited to be living here!

    I recently moved out of Parkside, and I can honestly say it was one of the best places Iā€™ve ever lived. Sure, the location was perfect, everything was so close! What really made it special was the staff. I had some great interactions with Keishae and a few others, and they always made me feel welcome. The assistant manager was super helpful and made the whole move-out process easier than I expected it would be. Plus, Hugo from maintenance was always on top of things, getting requests handled fast. I also loved spending days at the rooftop pool! The only thing Iā€™d say is the elevators could take some time. But, thatā€™s to be expected. If I had to choose the best high rise experience Iā€™ve had, it would be Parkside. I loved living here!

    Leslie, Brooke and Austin are awesome. They helped me from start to finish get settled in my new home. They have continued to help me these past three months with anything we needed. The events that they do in this building are amazing! We literally got to drive an Aston Martin, have a telescope on the 43rd floor to watch the full moon, and so many other great things. The community is amazing. This is by far the best place to live in Houston.

    Just renewed my lease because the apartments here are insanely nice. Huge bonus is all the help in the office. The luxury vibe from the people here makes everything feel worth it. They just helped me with renewing, and customer service is at another level. The gym is always a go to amenity for me here. Plus I like how I can walk everywhere if I need to. Keishae and Brooke have been helpful. Some things arenā€™t perfect here, but no place is.

    Great location, but I have a growing concern about the safety and security of the building. The lack of cameras and open access allowed to non residents, and increasing break ins in the garage makes me concerned for myself and my girlfriendā€™s safety.Whenever family comes to visit, they always compliment the luxurious front lobby and how polite the staff is. Itā€™s a welcoming space that really sets the tone for our community. Leslie, Antwan, Keisha, and Brooke the entire valet and cleaning staff are always friendly and helpful, making it a great place to call home.If management becomes more proactive about taking security measures, I think this place would easily become the top rated luxury high rise in the city.

    Iā€™ve been living at Parkside since December and Iā€™ve been loving it. Everything from the amenities to the location is great! When I first toured the property with Austin I was sold. There have been minor issues, like neighbors smoking and issues with the app, but most of those have since been resolved. Everyone on staff has friendly and responsive since Iā€™ve moved in, itā€™s been nice living here so far!

    Iā€™ve been living at Parkside for a bit now, and I love how close it is to Discovery Green for walking my dog. I wouldnā€™t have picked this place if it wasnā€™t for my original tour with Brooke and the awesome location. The only downside is I canā€™t get my packages delivered to my door, but thatā€™s out of the teamā€™s control. Everyone here is great, and I always have good interactions with the residents & leasing staff, especially during the events. I just wish there were a few more of them!

    I donā€™t even know how to start the review ! Upon arrival I was curious to see this brand new high rise building . I did a tour with Leslie who was very nice , patient, & I formative . I toured a 1, 2, & 3 bedroom Penthouse which still has me shook!! The views , the Bosch appliances , Samsung washer & dryer , & amount of space you get here is absolutely a steal ! I would love that become a resident sooner than later

    I came on tour here as a locator and both me & my clients were blown away with what we saw. For starters, the concierge Mark & the leasing agent Leslie were super welcoming and very informational with knowledge about the building and its amenities. Definitely will be recommending this building to my other clients and hopefully will be touring again soon!

    Overall, one of the things that works for Parkside is Brooke, Antoine and Keishae. We have also had nothing less than perfect experiences with maintenance worker Hugo and the current valet staff is better than ever, they make it feel like home. They have always helped when we had issues. Iā€™ve been living at Parkside Residences for almost two years now, and itā€™s honestly been such an incredible experience! Sure, like any place, there are ups and downs and little changes here and there, but I wouldnā€™t want to live in any other high-rise because the staff here is AMAZING! The responsiveness can vary sometimes, but every in-person conversation feels so genuine and meaningful. The maintenance team is also fantastic, always making sure everything is in top shape and handling requests super quickly. everyone works together to create suca a welcoming, warm atmosphere!

    We love our apartment. Hate the fact that the elevators are always broken which is out of the staffā€™s control. The lobby area has a welcoming atmosphere. When my friends come to visit they always are welcomed right in. We ended up renewing our lease for another year.

    My wife and I had an absolutely amazing time living here for 13 months The only reason we moved out was because we it was time to buy a house! Our apartment faced Minute Maid Park and we could watch the fireworks after every Friday home game.The leasing staff is fair and helpful, and the concierge was always very nice to us!

    Doing business with Parkside Residence is a growth opportunity if your an property locator. My most recent tour was with Antoine Stevenson, and what an ultimate professional he was for me and my client. He was very thorough with explain the features as well as current promotions. I would like to add there was a lady by the name of Lauren. She is the best front desk attendant Ive meet. She knew all the names of the residents pets as at least 5 people as I waited for my tour. Shes incredible!

    My friend Waseem lives here and he absolutely loves it. He has nothing but good things to say about the office staff. His neighbors also love him. Any allegations of him threatening to hurt people of color are all false and cannot be proven. Again great place to live

    I was ready to come back to Houston and after having a bad experience renting a sight unseen in MO, I was a little hesitant to do the same, but I had a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE with Parkside. I had the pleasure of working with Jabari who took the time to FaceTime me and show me many different apartments on the floors that I really wanted. I did the application process and Jabari, Brooke and Leslie made sure that I was always aware of where I was in the process even after hours. I moved in and the property, units, staff and ambience has not disappointed at all. The property is CLEAN, FRIENDLY, AMAZING and WELL KEPT. Even my neighbors are AMAZING!!! The office staff including the concierge (Andrew, Mark, Reina and Olive) and valet team are so nice and make you feel like a family. I was out on a date and my car gave an alert that there may have been a collision. I panicked and called concierge and they put me on hold and went to check my car for me!!! SIMPLY REMARKABLEā€¦.I LOVE LIVING in my NEW FOREVER HOME!!! Lease here and I promise you will NEVER want to leave. The views are AMAZING no matter where you live and the you will feel secure and comfortable here. You are close to major freeways, the surrounding places to go and eat are great as well. I could go on and on but you have to come check it out for yourself, I promise PARKSIDE wonā€™t disappoint. Thank you all for helping make a sight unseen experience one of the best decisions Iā€™ve ever made!!!!

    Maintenance has always been spot on. Theyve always attended in less than 24 hrs from submitting a request on the app and have always been very professional and fixed the issue. Have never had anything urgent or major but the things that have been needed have been attended to promptly and professionally!

    I really enjoyed my visit to Parkside. Austin the leasing agent was kind, thorough, and very persuasive! He definitely knew the building and gave great recommendations. I was also greeted by the manager, Laura! She also was very kind, thorough and persuasive! What a dynamic duo! Having been a previous resident of Market Square Tower, my expectations were high. Needless to say I applied and looking forward to becoming a resident of Parkside!

    I cannot say enough good things about the excellent service that I received as a tenant of Parkside Discovery Green over the last year. Andy and the maintenance and housekeeping teams keep the place running in top condition (gym equipment is well maintained and quickly repaired!) and the entire building is spotless! Leslie, the concierge team and the valet team are always looking for ways to help! On my last day living there, I was caught in a bind between a late moving truck and a pending flight out of IAH. Leslie didnt hesitate to offer - give me your keys and be on your way, Ill take care of the movers. Needless to say, she stepped up and solved what could have been a very stressful situation for me. Thank you, Muchas Gracias, Merry Christmas and Feliz Navidad to the entire PDG team!

    I am responding to the review by Dora Dornan posted around July 20, 2024. I have lived here since September 2023. So, in response to her claimsā€¦ One elevator is used when someone is moving in/out but otherwise available for anyone. There have been a number of outages of an elevator but ā€œconstantly breaking downā€ is an exaggeration and it has certainly not been ā€œat least twice a week consistently.ā€. I once waited about 4-5 minutes but never anything close to 15 minutes. The pool is currently closed because it is on the top of the building and the pool area sustained significant damage from hurricane Beryl. It has certainly not been closed a majority of the time, not even close. The gym was also damaged by Beryl, but it is now back in service. As compensation, Parkside refunded the monthly amenity fee, which I thought was very nice since they are not responsible for hurricanes. I am sure that Ms. Dornan does not understand that, after such a storm with widespread damage, it is difficult to find repair people and parts. I recall two instances when the automatic garage door was inoperable (it opens with a window tag on the car). In one instance, a security guard was posted at the entrance to screen cars entering and, in the other instance, it was temporarily changed so that our door key fobs would open the garage. I agree with Ms. Dornan that they are not very good at responding to email.

    I am thrilled to be moving into Parkside Residences this week. The building is so clean, new, and has great design elements. The leasing agent, Leslie, was phenomenal!! Some of the best service I have experienced and Iā€™ve lived in many luxury high rises over the years as I have moved for work. She went far beyond my expectations and squeezed me in to see a place. She made the move-in process seamless and processed my application and move in less than half the expected time. Parkside is lucky to have her on staff!     I wanted to wait a few months before writing a review to give the best and most personal experience I could give feedback on with the tour process, becoming a resident, & then living here for a few months as sometimes you get reviews only after a few days or before moving in which doesnt give the overall experience.I moved from Aris Market Square (which is a great place but I lived there for 6 years) and wanted a brand new highrise and Parkside is brand new and in a perfect location as you are in the middle of everything and the more luxury area of downtown.I toured with a few different people as i toured multiple times and they were usually months apart. I decided to make the move and the move in process was very smooth. The building is incredible and truly is like an upscale hotel.I got the unit I had wanted for months and it was worth the wait while they finished the building as I truly love my apartment and the views.The apartments have high end finishes and a very clean upscale modern look with mostly white/neutral tones which I love cause it brightens up the place.The apartments are big and the bathrooms are incredible. Everything is high-end and top of the line appliances.I love the staff and I love the security of not letting food deliveries or anything like that (as the concierge will bring your food or items up to your door (which I love as it adds a good layer of security. The Valet is also great and the garage is very nice and love the one way in and one way out so you dont have to worry about cars coming at you around a corner.I have seen reviews about people complaining about noise/music from the Marriot Hotel if you are on that side of the building which I am but the music is only during the summer months on the Hotel pool deck and they stop playing any music before 10 pm. and the windows are very good so its not so loud that you can hear it if you have a TV on. The other complaints about cars/music at night in the parking lot across the street did happen BUT, the Parkside management from I know put a stop to it and now call the cops anytime it happens and they have really cracked down on all of that so that is taken care of and the cops know about it.Lastly, the maintenance team is amazing and Andy/Hugo are some of the best. They make sure to take care of things ASAP and are very helpful. Plus, as a bonus... a lot of the staff lives on site so they know the place very well. Plus as a bonus, I absolutely that the ceilings/walls in the apartments are done well as there has barely been any noises I can hear from neighbors & if you have any issues, the management team, leasing team, & Leslie will make sure to address all issues immediately which really is a blessing and shows that they care and want to make sure you are truly paying for the best experience.The prices may be more than other highrises, BUT I love that because I like a highrise that only allows the top tier to live there and gives you an experience that you pay for and get your money for. Its not for everybody but I hope they keep the pricing high and keep the building very upscale and as a resident feel proud to live here. I highly recommend this highrise to anybody looking for a upscale building with amazing amenities and willing to pay extra for it.

    Parkside is an amazing place to live. The staff members were very kind and helpful. The location is extremely convenient. Youā€™re in the middle of everything thatā€™s happening downtown.Like everything in life, nothing is perfect. There are things that can be improved, but credit must be given for willingness to improve. The staff was receptive to suggestions from residents and took action to better our experience.I enjoyed living here.

    I had a tour today with Austin one of the leasing agents.Iā€™ve toured over 20+ apartment complexes and he is one of THE BEST agents Iā€™ve ever worked with. His ability to find out exactly what type of model and floor plan I want and take the time to go through all of them answering my questions when it comes to finance is unrivaled compared to these other complexes.I can tell that when I move in Austin and I should be great friends

    I want to give a shoutout to my leasing agent, Austin that helped me with my long process of moving in. Started my process back in December, and due to verification purposes it took a little longer than we liked however Austin followed up with me weekly despite my crazy work schedule. Austin showed me like 4 to 5 different apartments. He made it a priority to ensure I was happy. I felt like I have known Austin for years, and that is what great customer service is! I highly recommend Austin as a leasing agent for future tenants because he truly cares while being extremely knowledgable of the property. Thank you so much Austin for everything! In regards to the overall experience so far ( one week ) I can say that some things are misleading. I was told that valet was 24/7 and now it is not and was told tonight that my registered guest would have to park in the street since valet stops at 11pm, mind you.. my guest and I both get off work very late.. and the spots to park in on the street were all taken. So where does your guest park? The concierge could not give me a valid answer which is questionable nor would let my registered visitor in. The concierge was new, but still not an excuse for the amount of rent tenants pay here. This is luxury living, not regular basic apartment living. Especially when baseball season comes, which is right around the corner, all those street parking spots will be taken. What are tenants guest suppose to do when it is past 11pm, and have no where to park??This whole situation made it a huge inconvenience for not only my guest but myself. I am leaving this a 5-star review because of Austin, Christina, the Mangers, and valet employee Ishmael for their assistance with my move in. Valet worker, Ishmael is so amazingly courteous and truly welcoming. His efforts to go above and beyond should not go unnoticed. I highly recommend living here, just make sure to tour the property and ask important questions. If you are looking to tour Parkside, make sure to request Austin!

    My partner & I are currently on the hunt for a new apartment, we heard about Parkside through a friend & decided we had to take a look for ourselves. We called for a tour and the welcoming concierge booked us a tour right away for the very next day. When we arrived they offered us champagne & other assorted drinks. The staff was extremely friendly & welcoming. The building is absolutely stunning and well kept, Beautiful views & easy walking distance to everything downtown! The apartment itself was absolutely lovely! We applied same day & are waiting to hear back from leasing on the status of our application. Canā€™t wait to possibly live in such a beautiful building!!

    Iā€™m very happy that I get to revise my once 3 star review back to 5 stars! Iā€™ve lived at Parkside since 2022, and just like any other property, the residentā€™s experience is drastically impacted by the management. The newest property manager (Laura) has stepped in and stepped up! She came in addressing and correcting the most dire resident issues, which provided us residents with some immediate relief. Any time there is an issue, and thereā€™s always going to be something lol, she gets to work on eliminating, or at least minimizing the problems. I respect her work ethic and I appreciate her commitment to the residents. Iā€™ve always loved our leasing team (Brooke, Antione, Austin, and Kesha) and of course our Leslie. I look forward to renewing my lease again, and that was not always the case.

    Personally, in my apartment hunting experience nothing came close to downtown luxury as Parkside did. Spacious apartments, Marriott/ Downtown views from windows, 24X7 concierge, valet parking etc. Plus, Austin Flores and Leslie were great hosts in the leasing office. Patient, detail oriented, honest and their attention solely focused on me. Good job guys!

Parkside Residences are nothing short of a residential masterpiece. The moment I walked into my apartment, I was struck by the level of elegance and attention to detail in the design. The spacious living areas were adorned with high-end amenities , and the large windows allowed for an abundance of natural light, creating an inviting and serene atmosphere.The kitchen was a chefs dream come true, boasting top-of-the-line appliances and an open layout that made cooking a joy. I loved preparing meals in such a well-appointed space.The bedroom was a sanctuary of comfort and sophistication. The bathroom was equally impressive, with a modern design, a deep soaking tub, and a shower that provided a spa-like experience.What truly sets Parkside Residences apart, aside from the luxurious accommodations, is the array of amenities. The fitness center was fully equipped with state-of-the-art machines, making it easy to stay active during my stay.     I got to visit a friend at her new residence & wow was I blown away! The views in this building are amazing! The lobby is sophisticated and welcoming. The finishes in the units are high end & the closet space is amazing for an apartment! Truly a place to call home! Oh and the valet staff were ā­ļøā­ļøā­ļøā­ļøā­ļø Fast, friendly & courteous!

    I love Parkside at Discovery Green. The staff is amazing. The concierge is very knowledgeable and super quick with anything you would need.     I recently toured here and canā€™t wait to move in! This place is by far the best address in the city! Minutes from George R Brown, Discovery Green and Minute Maid Park! Another thing I loved is there is a guest suite (like a hotel room) that my guests can rent instead of having to get a hotel room. The staff was amazing ans friendly. Also, Iā€™ve passed by a few times and it seems like the building is perfectly situated where the foot traffic is not too much. Oh one more thing, the rail is literally minutes away! If you know Houston like I do, then these are all things that really matter!

    My friend currently lives at Parkside and she rented me the guest suite. From the moment I walked in I was immediately greeted by the warm welcoming concierge.The onsite team is so knowledgeable and very helpful.The location of Parkside is just perfect.Very walkable to minute maid Park and very walkable to discovery Park.The views of this building are just amazing.
