    The place itself isnt bad at all, and the office staff are very polite. The process to move in is kind of lengthy, but once you get past all of that the place is not half bad. My only complaint is that the office staff is hardly ever available. If they arent at lunch, they are having staff meetings that lock down the office pretty much the entire day so youre hardly ever able to reach them. It is really sheer luck if you are able to reach the office staff at all. However, they are proactive about solving your issues and well, its a lot better than the last place I just left so I really dont have too many complaints. I just wish the office staff was more consistent with their availability, but other than that? The place isnt so bad. Its decent area to live in.

    I gave this property five stars not only because it’s a nice property but because of the beautiful young lady who assisted me! Meagan was awesome!!! So knowledgeable and so welcoming!!! She greeted my fiancé and I with that great southern charm that you can’t help but to love! My family and I are relocating and will definitely keep this property first on our list because of her! Thanks again Ms. Meagan Burns!!!

    LaDarrica the leasing agent was awesome. She had an office full and we all still got it done. She was patient, honest, kind, and very informative.     I recently applied for these Parkland Pointe and the process hasnt been the fastest but has definitely been smooth. The only downfall is getting in touch with them over the phone is pretty hard but you will keep trying. I went in today to fill out some forms and although I was stressed about going in and expected to do everything online, Ladarrica was AMAZING. She was very outgoing, so informative and really took her time assisting me. The office was so nice and clean and smelled so fresh! So excited to move in. Definitely recommend!

    I had to come back and give an update on the pervious review I had left when management was the absolute worse. I felt the need to make others aware of how everything has changed drastically in the most positive way!I never thought I would sign another lease.Its only because of three gifted, intelligent caring individuals who made a world of difference in my life as a tenant.The beginning was a complete nightmare Parkland Pointe went from problematic management Roxanna toProperty Manager Meagan,Assistant Manager Hazel andReceptionist LaDarricaWhen I tell you this team of individuals stand by everything down to the fine print on your lease agreement.When it comes to pests and repairs that you need in a timely matter.I cant think of any other place I would rather be than here.If youre dealing with rude management where you feel unheard, disrespected, apartment falling apart, theyre taking your money and youre getting absolutely nothing in return feeling miserable where you stay, and youve been robbed of your peace of mind.Come to Parkland Pointe and let them love on you as a tenant.It takes a village. Thats the only reason I came back to make this review to let you know theyre taking care of all tenants over here.And watch your needs get met because our management truly cares about upholding a high standard.Best Regards

    I did enjoy staying in parkland pointe . I actually missed staying here . Area is nice there was some things that required attention but was taken care of . I loved the playground area for my grandbaby . The pool is nice . They have a workout room however I never went in there to work out . It was Farley quiet no problems at all . I enjoyed all of the places near that was so convenient . I really miss it as we relocated . The Townhome was very spacey and I loved that about it . Very big spacey kitchen and living area . Would recommend to anyone in that area who’s looking for a place for room quiet area and convenient for all you need as far as stores parks and you name it . Loved it .

I was helping a family member look for a clean, safe, and reputable place to live in the Arlington area when I checked out Parkland Pointe. I got exceptional service from both Hazel and the apartment manager, Megan. Highly recommend!

    After talking to everyoneIn the office I was treated like royalty. The way Megan explained Everything left NO room for doubt about my decisions. This is my new home. I can’t wait for move in day.     I went to parkland pointe today and when I walked in I was greeted by the most nicest people. This never really happens where I’m from in Kansas City. Miss Meagan burns greeted me and helped me with my needs. She was so so awesome and so nice to me. She helped me with my apartment search and made it easy for me. I knew nothing about the area. She told me about local restaurants and entertainment that’s even close by. She also has a smile that will brighten your day. I look foward to becoming a resident at parkland point, I think if ur looking for a great community to live in. Parkland point should be your main stop. Just stop in an ask for Meagan burns.     I want to give more than Five Stars to Ms. Roxanna Mathis. She is so helpful, sweet, friendly. She is smiling all the time. Answering all the questions with patience. She is also honest telling you everything clearly and honestly. I never see a professional manager like her. I want to live in this building because of her. We went to her and she offered fantastic help to us. She is also so Active showing us the buildings printing papers and doing her best to help us.     The management team is fantastic. They have great communication, and have been keeping me updated, and working with me throughout the entire application process. Shoutout to Ms.Ladarrica for all her hard work, and efforts into making sure things go smoothly during the move in process. The property/ units are well kept up, and very clean. It is a very quiet neighborhood, and I am looking forward to calling this place HOME.

    I have been looking and looking at apts and stopped here because I was in the area. This was my 6th apt tour for the day and by the time I stopped here I was exhausted and probably had an attitude. I spoke with Megan and she was nice and professional. She answered all my questions before I even had a chance to ask them. She made me feel welcome even with it being close to their closing time. The snacks in the model apts were a nice touch too because who doesn’t like food haha. I will be revising very soon to take another tour before I make my final decision.

    Good evening, I stopped in at this complex and was greeted with great customer service, excellent communication with Ms. Ladarrica she was very knowledgeable with tax credit criteria she also took the time and answered all of my questions even the questions I could not think of she did not rush the process she did step by step through the whole process of the application and walk a through of the apartment/complex. She went over everything not leaving out any hidden information. Ms. Ladarrica is most definitely a ppl person I recommend her to everyone that visit here.

    I have been living with parkland point for 3 years and I love my apartment and I love the staff. Mike is one of the maintenance and he is so nice and will fix everything. Roxanna is the manager she is so sweet and hardworking, if it wasn’t for her I would have never received a 3 bedroom apartment that has no stairs. I 10000% recommend living here.

    When I came to Parkland Pointe Apartments, I was really taken a chance, just to see if I could get an apartment, because I was really set on going for a house, but the kids were like mom we’re tired of looking around, so let’s just see what they say. So I went in and the first person I seen was, Mrs. Deshann, I really had spoken with, Mrs. Roxanne on the phone, but I wasn’t interested at the time. But the thing is, Mrs. Roxanne remembered me and I thought that, that was the most beautiful thing in the world, that she remembered my name. And if I tell you that her and Mrs. Deshann got me and the kiddos up in their and took really good care of us, that just goes to show you that, there are still some great people in this world today! I love them both, keep up the great job guys! The kids were laughing at Mrs. Deshann, they said that she doesn’t play. She gave them some candy. Thanks 🙏🏽! May God continue to bless you guys! My shouts goes out to the maintenance guys, Mr. Kenneth and Mr. Mike, those guys sure knows how to come quick to get a work order done and I’m taking about really doing their best. Those guys really needs to be recognized. 🤗👍👏

    We got flooded and roof came off. Managment is so good that after calling maintenance, Mike was with us in like 1 minute and start helping us out. We were feeling sorry for him as this is almost still thanksgiving but he didnt compromise his rest and waooo helping us early in the dark. We are really very blesses to have such a management of kind and professional manager. We requested her if she could change our carpet floor with wooden floor now. Lets see what happen now but again whatever they gonna do we believe it will be the best of best for us. Again many many thanks Mam manager to have a such a team of kind professionals.

    I am currently in the leasing process. All though extensive I enjoy coming back and speaking with the office staff. Ms. Tamika has been more than helpful and very understanding with my necessity to move. She has walked me through the application process and helped correct errors. I would have been overwhelmed if not for her. I have driven through the complex frequently in the last week to see the community and I am satisfied. There are kids on property but I didnt see anything of any concern. Every time I come into the office kids are playing in the pool so thats a plus especially since I have little one who love to swim. Overall the community seems quiet. Thank you so much and I look forward to leasing with you guys.

    Mike Hughes is the best maintenance worker that Parkland Pointe has, he is personable, friendly and professional! Most recently the contractors not so repaired my door leaving it unable to close and barely lock and my daughter and myself were home alone feeling unsafe, he repaired the door to better than great, there is no longer inability to lock or close and he made it fit flesh so that there is no gap between the door and the lock. He is amazing and he should be given the highest honors and a raise!

    Ms. Lauren and Ms. Roxanna are the absolute BEST. After calling and calling for months and eventually giving up hope, they managed not to give up on me and for that I got in my apartment 2 months before time. I truly recommend them and I’m loving everything so far. Thank you so much ladies💕

    Since Roxanna took over, this place has made a complete 180. The pool is clean and open, the maintenance guys, especially Mike, do a great job, and the trouble makers are gone. The complex also hosts events with community groups and the PD to benefit the residents. This really is a great place to live now. The reputation this place had last year is nowhere near what this place has become under new leadership.

    These are great apartments in a great area. The maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to issues. Not to mention The pool is nice especially during those hot Texas summers. I lived here years ago and the staff was not friendly at all. Im glad they have all new people because Charlie is cool and Yasheka took her time to make sure that I had the home I wanted as well as needed. By her being empathetic to my needs, I felt as if I could see myself actually living in a community such as this and I was RIGHT 😁 It has exactly what I want and that is whatever I need, in walking distance. I have loved my time here and definitely recommend it to others!!

    Parkland Pointe is an awesome property! The grounds are kept well, the management provides monthly activities, and the property is in a great location. I have especially enjoyed my interaction with Charlie, the manager, and Cipriana, the assistant manager. You can really tell they love the property and the folks that live here! They are always helpful and try to go above and beyond to make the tenants feel cared for.

    I dont understand people who never lived her complaining.we have lived her 4 years, and we love it. the new office staff is friendly and they seem to really care about our jobs in the apartment. the maintence guys do there job good. there are a lot of kids out, but the office sends out notices and i know because they gave my neghbor a violation. i will renew my lease when it comes up again.

    My Family and I have been here for 2 months and Im loving it! On the weekend its quiet. Our AC went out on Thrusday they came and fixed it the same day! I kept seeing spiders in our kitchen connected to the back patio, they sprayed it and now I havent seen any. If I do its dead by the door also flies, black Beatles. Its Diversity and everybody kind and speaks to one another. I only saw 1police patrol here but who doesnt? Be your own judge.Rashonda in the office is A1!! 🙌🏾 Shes so helpful and make sure everything is done as long you communicate. She even responds on the weekend!!

    On this afternoon, I called the Parkland Pointe Apartments to request availability and pricing information for their units. I spoke with Cibriana and she was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Cibriana was very pleasant and a joy to speak with. I have NEVER called or visited an apartment leasing office and received the 5-star treatment that was provided by this young lady. I told her that she should be given the job of TRAINING other leasing agents/consultants. I am still in AWE of her warm attitude and inspiring personality!

    I sent my adult daughter in to get a brochure and rental application for us to complete. She was assisted by Erica, the leasing agent, whom she says was very welcoming, nice and very informative. Erica explained the application could be completed online. We filled out the application online on Friday and went into the office on Saturday morning about 10:30am with fees in hand. Erica wasnt in however, Cipriana, the assistant manager was. Since the leasing agent wasnt in at that time, I expected to just leave my documents and come back at a later time when the leasing agent would be available. That was not the case. Cipriana explained that she could assist us. I hesitated because it was a Saturday morning, she was working alone and it would be going above and beyond her normal duties. She explained it was no problem, asked us if wed like coffee and had us take a seat. She carefully and patiently explained everything in detail. My daughter, being a young adult, had many questions on the process as she has never had to go thru the rental process before when she was a minor. Cipriana answered every question in clearly and in detail giving her a full understanding. Shortly after we began, many people began to come into the office for many different reasons: Lease renewal, seeking a unit, copy of existing lease, problems with their gate access and picking up packages.. With every customer, Cipriana excused herself, took the time to hear their concerns, address them and provide them with a satisfactory resolution in a timely manner. My daughter whispered to me (mom, shes handling all of this like Superwoman!). I admire her patience and professionalism with each customer. A lady had come in seeking a 2bd unit. I overheard the conversation. Cipriana explained what she had available, the cost and the dates available. The customer asked Cipriana the same questions a few times.. I thought to myself I couldnt do her job, I dont have the patience! However, at no point did she become impatient or even try to rush the lady off.. I admired that and thought I wish everyone, including my self were like her. In the end, Cipriana completed all of our paperwork and gave us our new address pending approval.I have been apartment searching diligently for a month and I have dealt with several companies. I have NEVER met anyone so warm, comforting, informative, and patient as Cipriana. I have found units that I fell in love with but decided not to proceed because of the way I was treated. I feel like if Im treated like this now, I can imagine how I would be treated as a tenant. Some people dont want to take the time to LISTEN to your needs or give you the information asked. Several places will direct you to their website for questions (that are not on their website) or will not listen when you explain your needs and give wrong information. Example: Im looking for a 3bd downstairs unit... Yes, i have a 3bd unit... Is it on the first floor?... No, its on the second floor...After our interaction with Cipriana, my daughter and I want to call this place Home .In addition, I have read some of the comments left by other/previous tenants.. While I was there, I was able to see several tenants come into the office. All of different ages and ethnic backgrounds. Them being a reflection of the tenants living on the property, I would gladly have them as neighbors.

    I was at the apartment office to find out about unit availability and i was attended to by the Assistant manager, Cipriana. She was ABSOLUTELY polite, warm, understanding and helpful. she took her time helping me with my application process.     In all my encounters with The manager Roxanna, she always goes an extra mile to assist. like the time my apartment got flooded, while I was away, the maintenance team moved all my belongings to avoid them spoiling in the water logged living room. Roxanna just took over from the former manager at that time but she helped change the flooring when I asked for it. That meant a lot to me.

    I called this office for leasing information and had a great experience dealing with the staff Jessica and Cebria. Cebria was very helpful on the phone and provided me with all information needed to apply. Unfortunately the unit I was needing was not available but Jessica was very patient and willing to try whatever she could to assist me and even offered to place me on a waiting list. Easy and great experience dealing with this office.

    Parkland pointe is a safe environment for my family, the office staff really goes out of their way to meet the needs of the residents. Charlie and yushecka really care for the property and concerns of its residents by always listening and problem solving. I really want parkland pointes upper management to give the maintenance guy Micheal who goes by mike a raise. Mike is very professional and acknowledgeable about any issue that may occur when fixing maintenance problems. He was professional I felt comfortable with mike he answered quick and fixed the problem very fast and accurately and most importantly he cares for the safety and well-being of the children playing around the apartment complex. A lot of people drive really fast here and on multiple occasions I have witnessed mike looking out for the children of the apartment complex riding bikes or just playing out side when cars are flying by. Mike is a valuable asset to parkland pointe knowing he cares about the children and issues of the complex mike deserves employee of the year and needs to be highly recognized.

    My 3 yrs here with the staff has been positive, front office has always been helpful even with all the challenges thru this pandemic and maintenance is always superb. Always great to have neighbors who look out for each other. That’s what it’s all about!!!

    The maintenance man named Mike is an amazing person he has an awesome personality even whenever I submit my work order he comes on time and when I ask him for extra work that wasn’t requested he always is ready to do it without a problem I wish all the maintenance people could be like him, I lived her for the last 4 years this year was my 4th year and I really appreciate him, even my neighbors talk about him nicely, he is the nicest person in this apartment complex
