    From the moment I walked in Misty & Brittney were both so eager to help me through the process and answer all my questions. The building was clean and decorated cute. Before I filled out the application Misty gave me the grand tour of the building and the rooms available for rent. I had such a great experience that I decided to go forward with applying for the unit of my choice and complete all my paperwork.

    Such an amazing move in experience!!! Misty and Brittany made the process completely hassle free! I have been here for about a month and the team continues to amaze me. I noticed something was off with my AC, I submitted the ticket and it was fixed with the new part the very next day. No excuses or I donā€™t know like I have experienced in the past. So blessed to be here!!! MOVE IN HERE promise you will love it!

    I love Parker House! Walking into the leasing office was like showing up at a long lost friendā€™s houseā€¦my roommate and I felt welcome right away. Janette and Mo are awesome ladies running a tight ship. The only waiting we did during the leasing process was the time it took for them to make sure they turned the apartment over to us in great condition, which was a mission they accomplished. Iā€™m convinced this is the best location for an apartment in Fort Worth. Itā€™s right next to the big train station with direct access to DFW. Our views from the fifth floor are eye-popping. The other residents are cool so far, and the apartments themselves are high quality. Hands down the best apartment rental experience Iā€™ve had.

    I had a pleasant viewing experience at the ParkerHouse Apartments. They were very nice, spacious and large units. I first met Brittney who worked for Parker homes just stopping after looking online and seeing a unit available. Brittany was super kind, helpful and offered to show me the units that were available.( She also had a really cool and friendly dog I got to pet! )The floorplans were really were nice, and very spacious. I was very impressed! Brittany who was new to the property showed me all the amenities and the parking garage which had great safety features. Brittany was so honest and upfront, she answered all my questions and because she was new, let me know that there were certain things she didnt know yet but was learning! She redirected me to Misty and I ended up meeting with Misty a few days later and she was awesome!Misty took the time with me to explain the process and how it works, she was very patient and answered all of my questions. She offered to start the application process and to assist me with getting started. I told Misty I wasnt ready yet but as soon as my lease is over ..im looking into renting a unit at Parker House!I left with a very good feeling...So I will definitely be back!

    Ive been here for 7 years in March. My experience has been absolutely amazing, hence the long term residency. Misty has always been so kind and loving, Brittany is a tech genius and also so sweet. Manuel is prompt!Im impressed with the ladies in the office with their ability to make you feel so comfortable and loved. This property is more than just apartments, its home. šŸ„°

    I have to say I was hesitant when my daughter told me she wanted to live downtown.While moving in we spent some time with her.I feel much better, they have very nice amenities, close to restaurants, shopping and main attractions in Ft Worthā€¦.The staff is wonderful, loved a residential function we attended. The host was amazingā€œBrittanyā€If ever we needed to relocate, I would love toFind a community like Parker House.

    Misty and Britt were amazing. Misty took us on a very thorough tour of the complex and pointed out many helpful tips regarding local activities and events. She was very knowledgeable about the complex and the area. Brittaney assisted with the application process and walked us through the addition of our documents. It was a very trouble free experience with a very thoughtful and helpful team!

    Went to view this property today. Let me tell you I felt at home from the moment I walked in. The office staff was friendly and personable. I felt welcomed immediately. Brittany gave me a thorough tour and I am truly impressed with the property, amenities and floor plans of this property. She answered every question I possibly had in a professional manner and really knew her property. The whole experience was awesome! Definitely keeping this property at the top of my list to revisit when I get to move!

    Moving from the country life to the city life had me second guessing. Turns out I love it in the city and Parker house is the perfect community to make you feel at home. The staff is personable and on top of that, grounds are kept nice and Misty is all around just great. Compared to the other communities we looked at, Im glad we made Parker House our home.

    Misty, the leasing manager was really sweet and informative. My husband and I went to the coffee shop next door and saw there was apartments and popped in to see if we could tour without an appointment and Misty welcomed us.     Parker House is modern living for sure! From the gym and game room to the dry cleaning lockers.They have flyers showing the food trucks and events going on, which really helps build a community and shows they care to engage.Brittany made me feel right at home when I walked in! While touring she gave great details, was personable while professional.     I have had the pleasure of working with Misty and Ana previously as an outside vendor. They have always been incredibly welcoming and kind. After abruptly ending a long term relationship, my first thought was go see Misty and Ana at the Parker House, thats where you should be. When I came in I was scatterbrained, sad, and quite defeated. They understood my situation and showed me grace and kindness. They were incredibly accommodating during a very chaotic time. Even their maintenance man Manuel is top notch and always has a smile on his face. I appreciate how attentive they were and how quickly they had me setup. As I was handed my keys, Misty said, we are so glad you are here and welcome home! That is exactly what I needed to hear at that exact moment. I will forever sing their praises. I know I made the best decision by calling Parker House my new home. Thank you!

    This place is perfect. Great location, amenities, and awesome staff. Specifically Janette! She communicated and assisted me very diligently throughout the leasing process. She did everything in her power to assist us with approval. Her customer service is truly unmatched. I highly recommend this apartment community and to work with Janette during your leasing process. I couldnā€™t have asked for a more pleasant staff member to work with.Update: My boyfriend and I have been living here for almost two years now and I can say that there is not another team like Mistyā€™s. Always super nice, inviting, and welcoming. They have been throwing events and really creating a community. I love the neighborhood and so do my dogs. Since Iā€™ve been here Iā€™ve never had a maintenance request that wasnā€™t tended to within 24 hrs. Misty has really looked out for me and my family in ways I canā€™t explain. Overall a very great experience and I really enjoyed the property and amenities they provide. However, I did end up leasing elsewhere do to its proximity to my job, but would have loved to live here

    Moved in a few days ago. The location and amenities are all excellent. Dining, coffee, shops right outside and around the area. Nikki is responsive, friendly, proactive and has been very helpful during my pre move-in and touring process as well, quickly answering all of my emails and any questions.     My husband and I lived here for a little over 2 years. We enjoyed our residence here. The office staff were always welcoming and quick to respond to any requests and maintainence showed up within a day to fix any requests. Most of the building is young working professionals so we didnā€™t have issues with noice complaints. Living downtown can be noisy at times with the hustle and bustle but that is to be expected. We loved the location because most of our favorite things to do were within walking distance. We are sad we had to leave due to new job opportunities but would stay here again in a heartbeat.

    The Parker House management team is exceptional. Theyre always responsive, helpful, and friendly around the building. I recently moved away and accidentally sent a package to Parker House, and management was able to get it for me and hold it until I could pick it up. They were very kind and acted as if it wasnt a burden at all. The location is also great near downtown Fort Worth and I enjoyed living here.

    Ive moved once per yea every year since 2013. Of all the properties I have lived in, this is above and beyond the best. The management is top notch, the building is clean and well maintained and the residents are the type of people you want to be your neighbors. The rent is reasonable and location is excellent.

    Parker House is great for TAMU students. Itā€™s not even a mile walk from school. Itā€™s close to the Water garden with great amenities. Highly recommend!! Also, Misty and Janette are the BEST!! They are helpful, friendly and really approachable.

    If you are a young adult then this is a great location to live. Accessibility to school and work is made easy with 30 being so close. Anything you may be seeking can be found within a 10 minute drive/walk. The parking is strict on visitors for good reason, but for residents there are no issues that I have had. I absolutely love how nice and respectful the front office is (especially Becky). Their door is always open and the staff is willing to work for you no matter what the issue may be.This location is perfect for those who enjoy the city lifestyle with easy access to a variety of things.

    Parker House management team is a breath of fresh air. Ive lived here for 4 years and Im only moving out as a result of some personal issues that do not have anything to do with the building or management.The apartment is very well laid out with up to date appliances. Maintenance is fast, one and done with any issues you may encounter. Although, Ive never needed anything more than a lightbulb from time to time.This is a perfect landing spot for anyone that is looking for a great value and a great living location.

    So far everything is good. Move-in was ok. I felt as though I was reminding my leasing agent of a lot of things. I did the alternative insurance/cheaper security deposit plan and she didnt know and she had already added the $400 security deposit to my rent portal and she would have let me pay it had I not told her that I should NOT be paying it. Also, up until I moved in she thought all of my parking information was taken care of, but then I had to remind her that no one at the leasing office asked for my license plate/make/model information so she asked for it all amidst my busy move-in day. It seems like a lot of this information should already be on file, but wasnt. Even though they seemed a bit disorganized, for the most part my move-in went very smoothly, considering it is COVID time and there were 4 other move-ins that day. The leasing agents are really nice and welcoming. Also maintenance requests were taken care of within 4 hours of me submitting them which is really good. Will post more updates once I have really settled in.So far, street noise isnt too bothersome, apartment is very nice and spacious and I love the location!

    I love living here! Iā€™m close to all of my favorite downtown restaurants, bars and entertainment. Our parking garage is perfect.. Blake, Misty and Manny are the best. ESP Manny!     My lease expired and I needed to renew. This is typically a very simple process, Parker House SOM Living recently switched to ā€œrent cafeā€ and I was having the worst time getting logged into the site. I had a busy week and Jamie our new property leasing agent left me voicemails, emails and texts saying I must come down to her office before the end of the week or I will go month to month.. I thought- OH HEAVENS NO! Donā€™t want that. Saturday at 12- went down there and was locked out of the system. Then came back at 2:00 and our attempts were successful. She told me she would send me the new contract. I had a hair appointment at 3:30. I received the new lease and another ROAD BLOCK! It says I canā€™t sign the doc from my iPhone. Jamie called me on speaker and she and I did it together. She is such an angel and we are so blessed to have her here at Parker House!!! šŸ’•Love where I live.

    I think some of these reviews are hilarious to read. We live in a downtown area of an up and coming metro area the apartment complex cant control the fire station or the construction. Its like living in New York you get what you move into. Overall I enjoy living here the staff are friendly and nice. There is a monthly mixer to meet you neighbors that includes free food and beer. Walking distance, 5 dollar Lyft to every thing night life has to offer. Mostly professionals living here so its easy to talk to neighbors if youre having a problem.My only negatives are that some of the residents are smoking cigarettes in their apartments. Its against the lease and really annoying to smell it in the hallways. There are also cheaper apartments leased to people with lower income (no problem with this being done and think its a great idea) but some of these people are destroying our common areas and bringing their friends over to throw parties. I think if they were filtered a little more before allowing them to lease here it would help aid in keeping the complex beautiful and new. I dont have a car but I think its ridiculous to charge to park at my home but since I dont and work a 9-5 its free street parking on weekends and after 6 PM so its easy to invite people over.

    Breann and Garon in the leasing office have been amazing from the start. My fiance and I both work blue collar jobs (Im a contractor and hes an aircraft mechanic) and when we looked at a few other properties in the area, we got strong vibes that we were not wanted as residents because of our professions - but we never had that feeling from Parker House. Of course there is street noise, but I have not heard any noise from neighboring units since moving in. The apartments themselves are nicer than some we looked at in the same price range. Location is perfect for us because we can walk or take a super cheap uber to our favorite spots. So far, we are happy to live here!

    Very cool place lots of room great common area pool table different games refrigerator for cold drinks they also have garbage shuts on each floor and recycling shuts on each floor also each resident has a storage closet which is pretty big. The only problem is that they are in the hallway but they do lock. The second thing I find weird is that there is no pool area. Its close to downtown lots of places are in walking distance to downtown FTW.
