My experience here has been nothing short of amazing since I moved in a month ago. Eriele made the move-in process so easy and provided great customer service.When my washer broke, maintenance responded in less than 24 hours, which was impressive. Chris, in particular, was incredibly helpful, efficient, and professional. Any small issues noted during the move-in inventory were addressed quickly, and it’s clear that they focus on fixing problems properly instead of those temporary cover-ups from other apartments I’m so used to! It’s clear this team cares about quality and tenant satisfaction

Love it here at Parcside. I had a very unique move-in situation coming in from another state and the office staff were extremely helpful & accommodating. They made me feel like part of the community even before I had officially moved it. The pool is amazing, and the work-out facility has everything you need. The entire staff are always ready to listen and help you when needed. The complex itself is quiet and the residents that I have met so far are very friendly. Im super thankful that I found Parcside Townhomes.

Toured their two bedroom townhomes on 9/26/24! The apartments are super pretty and spacious. The neighborhood seemed super quiet and peaceful. The lady with the pink braids was definitely the nicest housing office worker I have met! Also loved how up front they are about pricing and monthly fees!!! Def would recommend if to take a look at if you’re looking for a great place in CSTAT!! Super high on my list of choices of places to move into !

I’ve been here almost a year now and appreciate the staff the most at Parcside. They work hard to fix problems and keep things neat. They just got rid of a big pile of trash that someone left when they moved out I guess. Mrs Brown took care of it right away. They are friendly and will work with you. Thanks!

I’ve been at Parcside now for several years and can’t say enough things positive about the property. Perfect location to many restaurants and local shopping Target,HEB, and Post Oak Mall. Lauren and staff have been super responsive in any maitnence issues that have came about. Floor plans are super spacious and give a House like feel.

I have lived in this community for almost 1 years. I love my apartment, its clean, the updates are all great too, I dont have to go any where to do my laundry, I have washer and dryer on my apartment. The office staff has had some changes over the last year but Kayla has been there the whole time and she and her new staff is always very helpful and cooperative; maintenance staff is great, too! No problems. It is a very quiet community to live in.

I have only been a resident for three weeks, but so far, I have really enjoyed being part of the community.The office staff is courteous and helpful, and they are sure to promptly communicate with neighborhood updates or concerns by email.So far, the community has been peaceful, and the staff takes pride in maintaining a beautiful community to escape the hustle of “city” life.If you are looking for a place to call home, I would definitely recommend Parcside based on my personal experience to date.

Parcside is the best place to live in College Station! Responsiveness from the Parcside team is an absolute 10/10 and most importantly, I always feel like my family is well taken care of! Grounds & pool are always clean, office staff is friendly, and maintenance always has issues fixed immediately! Lauren, the manager, throws the best community events and makes it a great place to live for our children! I would definitely recommend living here!

Weve been living here for about 3 months now, and we love it. The new management is amazing and friendly, and the maintenance is very quick to respond to any problems. The pool is beautiful and we love taking our dogs to the dog park. The inside is fully renovated and looks great! We got very lucky finding Parcside and an apartment at this cost and quality in College Station.

Been living here since March after they worked very well with us moving in on the same day that we moved out of our old apartment. We have had a lot of upgrades to the complex and our apartment since we have moved in. Sometimes the maintenance can be slow but with them just taking over the apartment complex and trying to upgrade the apartments and the complex it is understandable but they are usually good about getting things done. The apartments them selves are extremely spacious and the rent is very good for the amount of space you get.

We have lived here for almost two months now and we are very happy with Parcside. Anytime there is an issue, they handle it immediately. The amount we pay for the space we have is absolutely wonderful and affordable. They are very accommodating and we appreciate them so much. They work hard and do everything to ensure we are happy. So happy we chose to live here!

I’ve lived here for two years and have been so happy with my unit, the property, and the staff at Parcside. I rarely have issues with my unit, but if I do, management and maintenance is so quick to make sure I’m taken care of. They’re all so knowledgable and kind, it is very appreciated. The property too is in a great area and is well maintained. I love living here at Parcside

Nice location and friendly staff. Maintenance is a bit slow to come out but not too bad. Pet friendly and great move in rates. Love the hammock area and dog park. Living room and bedrooms are nice but bathrooms and kitchens could use an update. Walking distance to a couple of parks and minutes away from good food and the mall

This place is by far the best apartment community in College Station. Everyone who works here is nice, professional, and very efficient. Neighbors are great and the place is very well kept up, its beautiful. Awesome location between two parks, that are within a walking distance. And in a great location for schools and A&M campus.

Great place to live. Never had any issues. Loved the layout and privacy. Only moved because I needed to be within a different school district. Utilities did cost a little more than usual which is why I left 4 stars. But other than that, I would recommend this place to anyone. It’s well maintained and maintenance is quick to fix anything you submit a work request for. Management is also very friendly.

I love the location of the the townhouse!! It is quick way to jump on the high way with out going through town! The place is really good for what you are getting for what you are paying! I love that it gives you the opportunity to have it with furniture or no furniture! That is great!! They are always trying to do fun activities to bring the residence together! Which is a plus! And the staff are super sweet and understanding! I haven’t had any major issues with the townhome I am staying out!! They also sign 4-6 month leases which is also a plus because then if you only need of for a short period of time that is nice!! OH YEAH THEY LET YOU HAVE DOGS HERE!! And they have a dog park!! There is a weight limit but they will help you with whatever!!! The only downside to staying her is there is no lights in the rooms... like the bedrooms and the living room.. that is the only downside but there are plenty of lights that you can buy and add to your room!

Parcside Townhome employees are great in attending to tenants. We moved here about 2 weeks ago and we have never for once regretted our decision to choose Parcside as our home. The PM in the person of Melanie is so sweet, always smiling and always ready to go beyond the call of duty. She’s an asset to the management of this property. Whenever there is an issue to be addressed, she gets up and ensures that we get maximum satisfaction. Her Team, Darla, Taylor and the maintenance guys are superb in their service to us too. Clean environment and safe place to live in. Kudos to Parcside. We would not hesitate to recommend people to take up a home here and be at peace.

There was some hesitation when i moved here a week ago. Based off the reviews i did not know what to expect! To be honest i ran into very minor things not even worth mentioning but over all my experience has been great! They are doing their best in the office from what ive experienced thus far. And ive dealt with Cody, Jackie, Melanie and Garret and they all were very pleasant, professional and as helpful as they could be on things i needed addressed. Upon move in the unit was well maintenanced and everything worked properly. I hope to continue to have a good experience here, its overall quiet and a good community of people in general. We are happy with our decision of becoming residents here.

The townhouses themselves are pretty nice, the office staff is friendly, and the price is great. However, they only have one trash container for the whole complex now (which Ive been told is temporary) and they didnt inform us they were removing the one by our apartment that we have been using the whole time. Also, the amenities like the computer room and gym are only open when the office is open, which isnt a super flexible time frame.

I highly recommend 2500 Central Park to students and newly graduated adults! Even though I am not a student, I still really enjoy living here. The rent is good, the location is great, management is helpful and accommodating, and I love that the units come with a washer and dryer, cable hook up and wifi hook up. Ive been here for a couple of years and I will be staying for a couple more. Very content.

Haven’t had any problems, maintenance is super fast, staff is friendly and the amenities are great. Very quiet community. The police station and park are right around the corner. We’ve also been here since July and thinking about renewing our lease.

I will be moving in on December 1st. Cant wait. I have only had good experiences during my app process and i love the new amenities and the pool is beautiful and i love the Hammock Garden is awesome to lay out and study or ready a book. Perfect Pet park for my pet.

Going through a management change, so there are some residual problems from the last owners. Quick to fix problems, putting a lot of time and money into improving the complex. You can see constant improvement over the past few months. Friendly staff, always tries to make living here comfortable. Has events occasionally to bring residents together and have fun. A pleasure to deal with the new staff, and to live here!

I just recently moved into Parcside Townhomes and oh my, where do I begin? I just moved out of student housing and Id consider Parcside to be my first real apartment. The leasing center was so helpful throughout my entire transition and were very flexible with me! Ive never worked with utilities or cable/internet providers before, but Parcside was more than happy to walk me through every step. Not only has the customer service been amazing, but the townhome I moved into is INCREDIBLE. I live in a 2x2 townhome with a study, and WOW, I did not realize how spacious the apartment is until after I moved in! I also love how the community is so lively and welcoming. Ive met all my neighbors and everyone is always so happy and polite, and weve even learned each others names! Parcside has done an amazing job at making me feel like I belong here. Parcside will definitely be keeping me as a resident for a very long time.

The overall community environment is quiet for living. However, I hope the sound insulation can get better between the rooms and between the units. For the bathroom, I’m more comfortable with the switch for the light and the fan separated. I hope we can get our new trash can in the original location.

I took a tour of the complex and was very impressed. The property is super clean and looks well taken care of. The staff are also great. Clarrisa is absolutely amazing. She was very patient, kind, and provided me with so much information! I would move there just because I know I would be in good hands.
