Overture Ridgmar is absolutely THE place to live if you are over 55! Apartments are so nice and big and Manager is so caring about the residents! Activities galore! One of the best features, in my opinion, is the underground garage! You dont have to get out in bad weather to get to and from your car!

We just finished our first year at Overture and all we can say is “we should have done it sooner.” Our apartment is spacious with high ceilings and large balcony. Our neighbors are wonderful. Giant pool, gym and loads of activities. All worry free.Michael S.

Been here since 2011 and this is the best over 55 apartment ever!! Residents are like family, outstanding underground parking to keep your car safe from inclement weather. Cant say enough about how great the staff are!!!!!!!!!!

Overture Ridgmar is an active adult living location with friendly and helpful residents who love to socialize together. The facility design is very good with wide hallways and a large central room for social events. The best part of living here are the fellow residents.

I continue to like lining here very much. Still working to increase participation but a family members health condition takes time but thats ok.Enjoyed December Birthday lunch! Thank you Virginia!Thanks do those who decorated for Christmas! Quite beautiful! So we remain pleased to be at Overture!Chameleon is our new back porch friend! And the awesome Christmas tree in the great room!

We are just moving in so we havent really experienced much, however we can definitely speak to the patience of a great staff during the process because they definitely were patient! We visited the property and various apartments probably no less than 6-8 times in a 45-day span. We just couldnt make a decision about moving in. We were invited to attend several events while we were considering this location and they were quick to treat us like residents even before signing the lease!We have been moving in for the past week and several other tenants have stopped by to chat & welcome us to the property. This seems like a great start! Cant wait to see what the next 15-months present!

Overture Ridgmar is probably the best 55+ apartment complex in the city of Ft. Worth. From the underground parking garage to the large apartments there is no match close. Also you will not meet a better group of people than the men and women living here. Everyone is friendly, pleasant and helpful. I feel comfortable calling on any of them at any time.The staff is great and seem very anxious to please the residents and meet all of our expectaitons. There are lots of excitng activities going on and you are free to join in whenever you please or not. up to you.if you are looking for a really ACTIVE 55+ community, Overture Ridgmar should be the first, and last, place you look!!!

We have lived here for almost three years and we absolutely love it. The neighbors here are wonderful, and the facility itself is first rate. The management team is excellent, and any maintenance issues that arise are dealt with quickly and efficiently. Activities abound, and the larger neighborhood is safe and inviting. We could not have a chosen a more perfect place to call home!

My only issue is that there is a rent increase every year. In my case this will eventually cause me to have to leave. I love living here. I just moved in a week ago but I have noticed that everybody here is so friendly. The staff is helpful and make me and my dog feel welcome.
