Came here looking for a place for my mother and I was very impressed by their customer service and they were super helpful with all the information I needed. The community is beautiful and you can tell they take very good care of their residents. Im looking forward to possibly having my mother join this community.

I love living at the Overture. I’ve been here over two years. My apartment is spacious and well designed for living and entertaining friends. I had guests for a dinner party and everyone loved my home.

Well, what a lovely life…. I have a beautiful apartment, management is friendly and responsive, and the residents are not just friendly, but very inclusive. I’ve just returned from Thursday Mix & Mingle - pizza and adult and other beverages, hosted by management. Next Friday, we’re having a cookout, hosted by the residents’ organization and Overture - and, oh yes, the residents choir will entertain! It is a great arrangement that leads to real contentment in that ultimate downsize. Overture Plano is the best thing that has happened to me in a long time. It is a wonderful community, wonderful people, wonderful fun! My apartment is beautiful and spacious. And the darn place is gorgeous!!

Overture is beautiful community and has a lot of amities that I loved. Residents were friendly to me the lay out of the apartments were very nice. And I would love to live there but it is outside of my budget. Brenda Gonzalez did a get job showing me around and explaining everything to me. She dose her job well. Thank you.

We moved here in April and couldnt be happier with this community. Beautiful atmosphere, friendly neighbors, great service. From movies to the fitness center, cooking demonstrations,activities for everyone. The staff is so friendly and caring.

This is this best choice for 55+ living I could have ever made! The amenities are great, resident activities are outstanding and the environment is safe and peaceful here. Management is extremely courteous, professional and care about each individual’s needs. Maintenance requests are taken care of promptly and they are courteous and professional as well. If you are still searching for a 55+ community, please give them a visit before making your final decision. You won’t regret it!

This place is wonderful. All the amenities they offer and the rooms are beautiful. The staff are so friendly and professional. If you’re considering moving to a nice and beautiful community please check out Overture Plano age 55 and over!

I am very pleased with my choice of the Overture over several other places I visited. The residents and staff made me welcome immediately. I would recommend the Overture to anyone that wants a warm, friendly retirement community with good amenities and activities.

I live in Houston right now, but will be moving to Plano, TX next month. Today I found Overture Plano online and spoke with Travis. He answered all my questions in great detail and quoted me an affordable price, sent me their monthly activity schedule AND sent me a link to join in their Kareoke Zoom Party today at 4:00. WOW, this is the best customer service that I have ever received looking for an apartment. Travis is an amazing asset to this 55+ apartment community! I’m looking forward to getting a tour and meeting Travis this Monday. :-)

Recently visited the campus for a Holiday Open House. The community is stunning!! So many unique amenities and features that I plan on bringing my parents back to tour. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating.

Okay guys were moving into a new apartment on Monday so excited to be heading to the overture in Plano man this place is awesome from Kingsley to Donna to Michelle the whole staff its an absolutely gorgeous apartment complex in Plano on coit at 190 next to the George w bush in Plano Texas signed an 18-month lease but just excited move into apartment 107 is a highly secured building you cant get in you got a movie theater we have a beauty and barber shop we have a man cave we have a pool with BBQ grills it is awesome we have a gym that have people working you out if you need to be were completely happy thank you very much God showed up and showed out with this one Julia Benson

Out of all the Overtures out there, Overture Plano takes the cake! Lola the community manager really cares about the residents and has helped me through any questions or issues I’ve had. The Lifestyle Coordinator is amazing I have something to look forward to every day I’m here! Moving here was the best choice I made.
