    My Mother, E. Williams has lived at Overture Apartments, Arlington, Texas for the last five years. She’s lived through two managers so far.She absolutely loves her community, the activities and most importantly, the staff.Dominque & her staff practice an open door policy.     The best thing about Overture Highlands is the professional staff and their incredible understanding of residents needs. Im specially satisfied with the Ageility program, exercises and water aerobics. Trainers are excellent! Lots of activities, good snacks and breakfasts. The entertainer on the 4th of July was great!     We love our new apartment home. It really is resort style living. There is an abundance of activities to keep you busy and a number of spaces to retreat. We couldnt be more pleased with our decision to make Overture Highlands our new home.

    Overture Highlands has so much to offer. From walking into the front doors and being greeted by the wonderful and knowledgeable staff and learning about all the activities they have on a regular basis to touring the beautiful facility and viewing the wonderful apartments with awesome layouts of the floor plans. You feel very comfortable and secure here with this being a gated community. Shopping and restaurants are right across the street and when you have guests visiting, there are numerous hotels nearby.This is a beautiful and wonderful 55+ community. Come take a tour or visit today. Guaranteed you will be talking about this community and all of the amenities that are too much to mention to your family and friends for a long time.I love it here.     I visited this property over the last week in hopes of becoming a future resident. This property is beyond Beautiful and well kept. During my property tour, I had the pleasure of meeting some of the staff. The manager Dominque was extremely polite and knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable knowing that she will be the community’s manager. Heidi and Courtney were both sweet as well. I hope to engage with them more once my move is complete. Overture you are doing an amazing job with your staff. Keep it up.

    This wingstop I sat at the bar and has a pineapple mojito, best ive had yet. The barkeep Brooke was on top of everything! I guess they were short handed because not only was she bartending, but also taking orders at booths when she noticed patrons sitting a little too long.

    Living at Overture Highlands has been a great experience, l have enjoyed making new friends participating in all the activities working with a great management team. Dominique, Courtney , and Autumn have been a fantastic group of ladies. All way keeping an open mind when their been challenges to meet.

    Beautiful surroundings, peaceful and the apartments are spacious and in “like new” condition!Courtney, who works in the front office, is my “go to” for information, questions and property information! She’s great to work with.Maintenance staff is professional and responsive.The location is PERFECT! Restaurants, shops, and options galore!My ONLY recommendation that I have not as yet shared with management has to do with a lack of convenient parking. I am desperately hoping a covered parking space or one of the few garages will open up! I’m currently on the wait list!

    Choosing to live @ the Overture Highlands is one of the best decisions that I have made. The staff are all very professional & concerned regarding the needs of the residents. Dominque Armstrong, our new Community Manager, is very friendly, goes out of her way to do special things for each resident & has an open-door policy should anyone need to meet with her. Autumn Matthews, our new Lifestyle Coordinator, is doing an amazing job with Mix & Mingle & offering movies on Friday. KHargis Fitness offers scheduled exercise classes & personal training. The environment is clean & inviting with lots of amenities. Our maintenance staff work tirelessly to keep our building in tiptop condition. The opportunity to make friends & share experiences has turned my retirement into a blessing.

    I love living at Overture Highland’s Arlington. In my opinion, the Office Staff is A+ and #1 in the entire City of Arlington. Our maintenance personnel are knowledgeable of everything that I have needed & my work orders are barely in before my doorbell is ringing. Also, I am enjoying all the other amenities Overture offers. I stay busy from morning until evenings. I challenge everyone 55+ to come take a tour of our beautiful home.

    Overture Highlands is a fantastic community. The staff is awesome, the amenities and activities are wonderful! I love my apartment home and all the creature comforts. I recently had a maintenance request that was resolved within an hour of submitting the work order.

    I have really enjoyed my living at the Overture Highlands. I moved from a 4 bedroom to a 2 bedroom apartment , but i have made the adjustment pretty much.     I went and toured the property with my Aunt. We had the pleasure of speaking with Heidy Villarreal and she gave us a grand tour! This community is by far one of the most gorgeous weve been to. They had so much to offer! Very positive and professional atmosphere. Really enjoyed touring this community makes me wish I was a senior already so I could live here!!

    We toured this last weekend and were truly impressed. So much so that we will be moving in at the end of May! I cant wait. The apartments are top notch with amazing finishes and adequate space. The complex itself is remarkable, and the staff was excellent. Go check it out and come be my neighbor!

    My husband and I worked here as firewatch after some damage from the epic storms we had here in Texas took their suppression system out of service. The entire staff, especially Robin, were beyond gracious and hospitable. By the time we left, we considered the staff and many residents as friends. When food was ordered for the residents they made sure to save some for us while we were resting for our long overnight shifts. We even enjoyed a few rounds of bingo together. They set us up with a guest apartment and then to a hotel when one was available as the community had no water for several days. They truly made a unfavorable situation with the water and electricity a good experience. I whole heartedly recommend the staff here and if youre looking for a new place to call home and neighbors to call friends contact Overture Highlands.

    Took my sister and brother to get some information from this location. From the moment that we entered the building Tristan Phillips greedy us with a smile he was very knowledgeable, very professional, well-dressed took us on a tour of the property and explained everything so professionally was able to answer all questions that we had. Made us feel welcome from the time we walked in the door to the time we walk out! encourage us if we had any questions to give him a call back.I am so amazed with Tristans customers service. Keep up the OUTSTANDING WORK TRISTAN!!! Beautiful property I would recommend anyone to check this location out if you are looking for an amazing place to live!

    Viewed the property and WOWZERS! I have never been so impressed with an apartment in my life! The amenities, the location, the overall upkeep, the staff, and most of all our hostess with the mostest Stacy!This property leaves you breathless! I absolutely love it here! (And Im not easy to impress)I advise any 55+ to visit and lease! You will not be disappointed!

    Been here almost 3 weeks now and so far I’m loving it. Everyone seems so friendly and welcoming. I have attended a few community events and find it a good way to meet my fellow residents. Have had only 1 maintenance issue and it was handled very quickly.
