Its a great day at Overture Frisco we always say to each other as we pass one another. Living here has been an amazing experience, we love the amenities, the staff and the events that are planned for the residents. This is a great team of staff and my husband an I enjoy living at the Overture Frisco. They also have a salon with the best stylists in Frisco, a gym with the latest equipment, a bistro and there is breakfast M-F for the residents. Happy Hour is on Tuesdays and Fridays and there is always great entertainment. Moving to the Overture Frisco was the best choice ever!! They deserve the Best Staff Ever award!!

My wife and I have lived at Overture Frisco almost 4 years and enjoy our apartment, the super community and management team, and convenient location for shopping, excellent restaurants and nearby medical facilities. A great place to live. Our past 4 years have flown by!

Wonderful staff and activities both resident generated and daily scheduled events. Allows for mind and body exercises via bridge, Maj Jong, trivia, bingo, puzzles, water aerobics and exercise classes

We had many options when we were making this move and we thank the day we chose the Overture in Frisco. The staff is incredible. The property is maintained far better than any property we have either lived in or visited. The amenities are all that one could ask for in a 55+ residence. It is easy to understand why there is such a small turn-over as the many we have come to meet have all lived here for an extended time. In a world full of problems, living here is definitely NOT one of them.

Love this place my grandma has live here for the past 5 years and management is amazing. Henry is always attentive and welcoming to all the seniors living in the property. They are always hosting weekly activities to keep my grandma company and has a good social life making friends with other seniors that live onsite. I would definitely recommend to others to consider Overture Frisco the place for your family.

Looking for a community that is truly a community, look no further! Henry has been here a short time but WOW his communication and customer service are above and beyond. You can tell he loves what he does and truly enjoys helping residents. The community has great residents events and is well maintained.

The place is nice, and the maintenance staff was outstanding. I say was, because I didn’t have the chance to interact with the new team. The building is relatively new and the community offers many activities. On the negative side, some issues take too long to fix, like hallways A/C and the garage gates.After spending here 18 months I’ll have to say that it’s by far the best apartment complex I’ve been. As the lady note, Kristy is awesome.

This is an extremely friendly environment. The residents are welcoming & friendly & theres always something to do if you choose to. The entire moving process was easy thanks to the extreme patience of Mia Young, Lifestyle Coordinator & Leasing Agent. Besides directing many of the activities here, she was always responsive in answering questions as I tried to do all this long distance. She always greets you with a smile & responds to any and all questions.

This is a great place to go if youre 55+. I came here to help someone move. Unfortunately the move was canceled, but I got to admire the outside of the building at 7am in the morning. Its in a nice part of town. Id probably consider living there if I were 55+.

I absolutely love living at the Overture Frisco apartments. There are several reasons but the main reason is the other residents, they are wonderful people that I have fallen in love with and made great friends. Second there is always something going on whether arranged by Overture or other residents. Third, it is so quiet unlike regular apartments, which is very important to us from always living in our own home. The maintenance men are terrific and always on the spot to fulfill whatever we need. So THANK YOU OVERTURE FRISCO for giving me so much more than I ever expected.

Cassy McNeil, my Sales Consultant was amazing. She is very friendly, knowledgeable and very customer focused. She answered all of our questions and was such a pleasure to work with. I had been looking around quite a bit for a suitable and updated place for my 83 year old mom. She showed me around first and then she showed my husband and daughter around as well. We all agreed this was the perfect place for my mom. Thanks Cassy!

After living in the same place for over 20 years we were looking for apartment for and easy transition that felt like home .After taking a tour of the overture we looked no further it was like home the staff was welcoming and very dog friendly . Mia the lifestyle coordinator is awesome always willing to help. I love all the Activities And for security I feel really safe .I love indoor hallway so when its hot out or raining I can walk around and around . Our litte Ratterrier Echo really loves it here.

God is Good and all the time, hes kept his loving arms around me. I am feeling so very Blessed. It was a few months ago he sent this beautiful person (Mrs. Cassy) in my path. I had been calling around for 55+ apartments before I had even turn 55 years of age. So she called me and asked if I was still in search for a home to call my home. At that moment in speaking with her on the phone I felt her spirit ( a spiritual moment). I told her Yes I was still looking so We made an appointment for me to come by the property. When I came to the property and meeting her, and meeting other residents that lived there. I said to my Lord this is where I want to be. And I thank God for giving me the Blessing to live here just two weeks ago. I am living here at the Overture 55+ Apartments. Thank you God! For Sending Mrs. Cassy McNeil to me, she is very kind and caring wonderful person. Its just like shes my family from day one. The whole staff is wonderful! And I can not forget about the few residents that I have met, very warm and kind. I know I am going to love my new home. I enjoy coming to their contintial breakfast and meet with people. I like the fitness center and the physical therapy. I like how they have indoor hallways so I can walk to my apartment without going outside. The new staff is great and always very helpful.

What trying times we are living in today, being the second oldest tennant as far as tinur goes I have seen many changes,but dont let that discourage you each change has been for the better. Ms Sharp and all of her staff have worked so hard to keep this facility safe for all of us.We are blessed to have someone that sincerley cares for the residents,especially in these times. Thank you Tishawn,Kristie, Cassey, and our wonderful Maintance and Housekeeping staff.
