I love this property! i moved my grandma in a few months ago, and i cannot say how much more happy & at peace she has been feeling! the amenities are great! the events they give the community & how engaged the staff is with the tenants is very heartwarming! the leasing lady Christina?? she was awesome, very respectful & and help us a lot! this property is great & is a very good choice of living! Thank you Overture for the loving experience!!🙏🏽♥️

I recently visited Overture Fairview, and I was thoroughly impressed! The community is beautifully maintained, with stunning grounds and top-notch amenities. I was needing to move from my apartment, I looked at the different places in the area, when Overture Fairview was recommended by a friend. She said it was a very nice property. I went, and I was amazed by all the people on the staff, they made me feel so welcomed. The first person I meet was Christina, she welcomed me and was in such attractive clothing, she as a person was just so well manicured. She represents Overture beautifully. She was also very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I also noticed how nice and clean the community was it smelled so nice and fresh. These people that work here are very kind, and very professional. I’m so excited about this move and I’m going to tell everyone about Overture Fairview! I am a care taker for a resident here at Overture Fairview & the front staff has always been so kind and inviting. They are always willing to help, Kaitlin, Christina & of course their manager Astrid are amazing. I recommend my patients here all the time!

We will be moving to the Overture Fairview within just a few weeks to join our best friends Sherman and Sue on the third floor.We were amazed at the spotlessly clean common area, the lovely amenities, and how friendly and caring the staff were to us. We cant wait to participate in the many activities that are planned for the community.

I have only been at Overture Fairview for about a month and it is my first time living in an apartment in over 30 years. Coming from out-of-state, I had never been to Texas, much less Fairview, and did the entire choosing of my apartment on FaceTime with the help of my sister and brother-in-law who live in Fairview, and Mia Young at Overture (who was beyond patient on the long phone conversations, answering all of my questions, and showing me the model apartment remotely). As my sister took me on my FaceTime tour with her phone throughout the complex so that I could see the amenities and all this place has to offer (it has the feel of a resort!), many residents in the hallways stopped to say hello, and encouraged me to come down. Everyone here has been so friendly!All of the staff here are helpful and professional. Rodolfo in maintenance does a great job and is always responsive, with a smile on his face, and the follow-up is sincerely appreciated (calling and coming exactly when he promises). Christine is a sweetheart and always so caring and helpful because so much of this has been new and different coming from a home environment...she personalizes everything. It is a very warm atmosphere where you can be involved doing as much (or as little) as you feel comfortable with. I also have two small dogs and it has been a major adjustment for them going from having their own yard and now living in an apartment with elevators and going down multiple flights of stairs to go outside. They were also not used to seeing people or other dogs coming unexpectedly from around a corner, or out of an elevator, but SO many people here have dogs and they are loved in this community. Everyone is really patient and welcoming, doing whatever they can to make the dogs (and me) feel at home. This has meant so much to us. I am happy I made the decision to move here. We love our new home and thanks to all for making this a great place for us to live!

Absolutely in love with this community! I came in looking for a home for my Mom. Since selling her home she wants a place that would take all the responsibilities of homeownership away. We were so impressed by the community feel we got walking through the door. Christine was so helpful and showed all the value living at Overture Fairview would bring to my mom. I’m so happy this will be the place she will call home.

We went there for a 2 bedroom and were very pleasantly surprised by the most wonderful, courteous and professional assistance provided by both MIA and CHRISTINA. They made us feel so welcome and gave us full attention throughout. The community is fabulous, love the amenities and feel great to know that both these ladies are there for all the residents. Full marks to both for their efforts...

I took a tour of this phenomenal property a week ago. I fell in love with it instantly. I cannot say enough about Overture Fairview! The decor is gorgeous, modern rustic, with a resort feel. I was blown away by the the vast amount amenities for the residents. The apartments are spacious with a very upscale design. Every one of the staff members is pleasant and accommodating. If you are looking for active adult living, do yourself a favor and schedule a tour. You wont want to leave.

All I can say is, wow! This is a clean, safe, welcoming, and warm environment. The property offers amazing amenities set in a wonderfully designed facility. While all of the physical attributes were many and a fabulous value, the real bright spot was our leasing agent, Mia Young. In a world of poor customer service and lack of clear and concise communication, working with Mia was a refreshing and authentic experience. She is about building relationships as we witnessed her interaction with residents. The easiest way to express our impressions of Mia is, that she was simply amazing and a credit to Overture Fairview and Greystar. The physical property, activities available, and the residents we met exceeded our expectations.

We have lived in Overture over 3 years, sure beats cleaning my own pool. Also such a real great location, I ride my Segway all over this area and can go miles on trails . We enjoy the people here the most such a diverse group, oh did I mention no more mowing the grass and working in the flowers.We do have a very active bunch of folks here makes it fun. Did I mention we have grill outs here, I get to cook for say 90 hungry people and Overture cleans the grills. Well What can I say we live for a reason. Love the staff great people.

Living at Overture Fairview was the best decision I ever made. I am constantly participating in exercise class, chair volleyball, social activities and cooking demos. The staff is courteous, helpful and very friendly and the residents are as well.

We visited Overture Fairview showroom after researching active senior communities in the area, and are excited to say we are SOLD on this place being our next home! Not only is it beautiful, but nothing has been forgotten! The amenities are stellar, the staff is like family, and the location couldnt be more perfect for our lifestyle!! Cant wait to move in!

Overture Fairview is located in an amazing location in North Texas! The community will feature over 12,000 sqft of amenities to appeal to everyone. Overture Fairview is a new luxury 55+ Active Adult Community! I highly recommend seeing what Overture Fairview has to offer!
