    Beautiful modern units. The pool area is extra special with a high end grill. The exercise equipment are covered up for some reason, but its a small issue.

    I rented an apartment at Overture Arboretum and it has proven to be an excellent decision! The amenities are top notch, management and maintenance are immediately responsive, offered programs, both by O A and resident-led will keep you as involved as you choose to be! This over 60 community is intent on keeping us as entertained ( or not!) as we wish. The residents are friendly, welcoming and inclusive. And we are literally across the street from any of our needs. I highly recommend you schedule a tour to see why this community has become a premier residence for the β€œOver 60 residence!” Your and see for yourself!

    My mother just moved in here and I can speak very highly about this place. They really treat her well and she seems to be very happy here. The apartment itself is really nice and I approve of my mother living here. They have community activities regularly scheduled for the residents which is good because it keeps my mother engaged in Social activities. They also have a really nice pool and they have staff that will help the residents get in and out of the pool.

    After selling our house of 25+ years we decided to rent for a year before making a decision on our future plans. After visiting multiple adult rental communities we chose Overture Arboretum. We never really thought we would like apartment living to be honest. But now after living here over 8 months we not only love it here, but have decided to renew our lease. The combination of, Quality of floor plans, Amenities, Professional Office and Maintenance staff and the community itself has led to that decision.6 Month UPDATE:Living at Overture Arboretum over the last year and 4 months, has been such a great experience I cant imagine NOT living here. Staff at Overture Arboretum genuinely care about residents quality of life, are super friendly while remaining fully professional in all ways. The social Calendar of Events/Classes every month has something for everyone to enjoy while getting to know and make new friends with others in the community. Maintenance Team are amazing, maintaining this property with only 3 professionals. They work hard every day keeping this place in top condition. I would highly recommend Overture Arboretum to anyone that asks me.

    Love living here. I feel so secure. I am close to so much shopping.Great location for proximity to Family, Doctors, and Church.Pleasant residents and helpful staff. Five star for sure!

    We love it here! After several days of checking out retirement communities in the north Austin/suburbs we finally visited Overture Arboretum. My husband said that my whole demeanor changed within the first 5-10 minutes. We signed up that day and the adventure began. The staff was so very helpful as we began right-sizing and they have continued to help us with the adjustment of moving from a house to an apartment. There are so many events planned that we barely have time to move in; no pressure to do anything, but there are so many opportunities from education meetings to fitness, and of course a myriad of social activities. Continental breakfast is offered on weekday mornings and every Thursday is mix n mingle with happy hour beverages and themed finger foods and entrees. There are many 1 and 2 bed/bath apartment choices with lovely designs. The common areas are gorgeous. We feel like we live in a resort. Join us; you wont be disappointed. Rick and Cindy Hackett

    Simply said, the Overature Arboretum is a great place to live. I would recommend it to any of my friends that have reached the point of no longer wanting to be burdened with maintaining a home. The residents here mix and mingle, participate in various activities, and enjoy a wonderful lifestyle.

    I am currently living in Overture Arboretum. I was in the last phase of construction and was able to get my keys on the 8th of August and my movers came on the 18th. I love it here because of the friendly people that I see everyday and the staff could not better. They are caring, compassionate and kind and could not be more respectful. There are so many activities, and you can choose the ones that you want to participate in. I love the continental breakfast that happens Monday through Friday where you can sit and talk with each other and plan your day. I was in an apartment that I felt isolated in. There was no one to speak with or enjoy any activities. This was not a healthy lifestyle for me. Overture Arboretum has special lunches for men and women and other activities which we do not have to pay any additional cost for. We have movie nights with popcorn and candy, potluck dinners ( which is resident driven) and all sorts of other fun engaging activities such as tailgating, wine tasting. Its endless! The water aerobics and core strengthening classes are so great and important to residents like me and this is also included. I feel so blessed to be living here. My family is so happy and excited for me that I have a place that I can have fun and enjoy other people. You will not regret living here, I know I dont. So if you have your doubts about active adult living or have been wondering where is the next move you should make, Please stop by and see our great staff at Overture Arboretum.     We have really enjoyed our first 8 months here. Everyone here has been so friendly, both staff and residents. The location couldnt be better with plenty of shopping and dining opportunities within walking distance and tons more a short drive away. We couldnt be happier with our decision to move here.

    The location is perfect for active seniors like me. Were within walking distance of multiple supermarkets, restaurants, and shopping in general. The amenities are great. We get together with our neighbors often; sometimes at sponsored events, sometimes at resident driven activities (e.g. cards, dining, watching a UT game), and other times just hanging around the facility. This is NOT an assisted living facility, this IS a place for active people like me.

    I never dreamed I could find the perfect place for my age and stage. I HAVE! I am so content with my new home at the Overture Arboretum. I just call it The Resort because of all the great activities. My favorite events are most all of them, especially the pool. Thanks to a great staff we are always appreciated.     Made a tour with Jane Rose. Very thorough explanation of all options. Saw three apartments. All were great. Decided on one and am happy to be a resident by NLT October.This complex is a great location in Austin. Easy access to everything I could want.

    My mom moved in and has been going ever since. There are so many activities and neighbors that are active. Shes loving it. We feel like shes added years to her life and quality of life.
