I moved to Palestine Texas for a job and would not have taken the job had it not been for these apartments. Everyone at the complex is very friendly. The apartments are large and open floor plan, have the options for small yards, and are upscale. The pool is fantastic and the dog park is amazing. The staff are so friendly, they go above and beyond to make you feel at home. The apartments have a community feeling. Holidays are celebrated at the clubhouse, and you can BBQ with your friends and neighbors at the poolside, or relax after a long day by the fire pit. If you are looking for a community/friends, upscale living, amenities, and location within 10 minutes from groceries, gym, hospital and work this is the place to be! Even your four-legged babies will love it!

I moved here about 3 months ago, and I absolutely love it! I looked at multiple apartments here In Palestine, and they are the only place in town that not only did I feel safe, but it also comes with garage option. The pool is nice as well. I would refer anyone to live here.

Recently toured this apartment community and it’s absolutely beautiful! From the well kept grounds, the pool, the staff! My favorite is the dog park and pet wash station, Lucky and I will love it here. Definitely applying when my lease is up!

I absolutely love all the amenities and the community. By far the nicest place I’ve lived with the best staff. I couldn’t have picked a better first home for me and my boyfriend and our fur babies. And trust me, I did research into all the apartments/rentals in the area before making my decision!

Having lived in Palestine most of my life, I didn’t anticipate living in an apartment until my home burned in October 2022. Faced with looking for a place to live, The Overlook Apartments were the first to come to mind. Traveling on the loop often, I watched them being built and when I looked at the spacious floorplans and saw the amenities, I knew this was the place for me. Halle and Star were so helpful, showing me around and answering my many questions. Thankfully, I was able to snag a garage very close to my apartment and THAT is something you won’t find at any other apartment complex in town. After a year of living here, this is home. But The Overlook is more than an apartment complex, it is a community where friendships are made and the residents are happy! Well done, Marie & Lindsey!

I absolutely love it here. Clean, spacious, up to date appliances, and the prices are reasonable for a 2bd 1bath apartment. The pool area was just finished and it’s beautiful.
