    The Otto Apt move in process in College Station was flawless!! The entire experience was AMAZING! From the car reception line to taking all the kids ā€œmove in thingsā€ was like the Four Seasons service! My husband and I felt guilty that the process was so easy! We barely broke a sweat! We didnā€™t have to carry up one thing!All the movers were so helpful and friendly and took extreme care of the kids things and were even careful in unloading inside the apt itself! We couldnā€™t believe it! So nice!!!The Apt Complex is like a full on Resort for College Kids from a large pool, hot tub, ping pong tables, corn hole, amazing work out facility, Yoga Studio and even a dog washing station! We didnā€™t see it, but heard it was amazing too!! Last, there were so many cool hang out spots in the complex with balconyā€™s and areas to purchase snacks.The Otto also had what looked like a breakfast buffet for morning arrivals. And for us with an afternoon arrival, they had a welcoming service with adult beverages for the parents which we appreciated! šŸ˜œWe canā€™t thank everyone at the Otto enough! My Son and his two Roommates are going to have a great Sophomore year!! Thanks again for making it a welcoming experience!

    We had a list of places to see but this was her first pick because it was the most reasonable and newest in Northgate, had good reviews and one bedrooms available. Once we toured, we didnt go to any other property; she really liked it and I agreed. The leasing agent was great and the tour was helpful for both of us.

    I absolutely LOVE the Otto. Riley gave me a tour and she was super nice. She created such a welcoming environment and explained everything in great detail! Izzy has also been super helpful and made signing a lease so easy. She was quick to answer every question I had! James was also an incredible asset in helping me understand how to upload my documents!

    I have lived here since August and have enjoyed my time. There have been minimal issues and if there is maintence is super quick to fix. The front desk have been super helpful with any and all questions from me and my parents. I also renewed for next year and have gotten all of my friends to sign here as well! I canā€™t recommend this place enough!

    I currently live at the Otto and my entire time there I have zero complaints. The staff is so helpful and friendly. Maintenance orders are done in a timely fashion and the space is so clean and well maintained. The study rooms are so chic and have helped me effectively and efficiently study for a bunch of exams. The pool is also another place I spend a lot of my off time, and safe to say itā€™s amazing. The location of the apartment is so central and close to campus. They put together fun events to bring the community together, making it feel like a home. They occasionally put out free goodies and food for the residents and have free energy drinks almost every week. This is an amazing and incredibly safe place to stay, I recommend it to everyone.

    As a resident at the Otto, this place was the BEST choice to live at for my first year! There are little events that are hosted at the Otto all throughout the year! Scavenger hunts, hot chocolate, breakfast tacos, and more! Such a fun place to live! The Otto is a wonderful place to live!

    Move in was so easy. I am always stressed about moves but the Otto made it so easy. They took care of everything and were so organized there was no stress! I love the Otto and definitely recommend for any student looking for a place to live thatā€™s safe and very close to campus!

    Otto is a great place for students to live in college station. There are so many amenities to explore and study rooms for your academics. They have tons of fun events and giveaways for students as well. I would definitely recommend Otto to incoming freshman at A&M and Blinn as well as returning students!!

    Moving in was the easiest experience ever. I genuinely thought it would be so stressful, but the staff handled everything amazingly. They had MOVERS handle all of your items and deliver them to your room. By the time we got up to our apartment, all of our items were already delivered inside our rooms! Best experience ever. Nothing tops the moving-in experience at Otto.

    As a student at Texas A&M, my experience at Otto Student Living has been exceptional, and I would rate it 5 stars without hesitation. While the rent is on the pricier side, itā€™s absolutely worth it. The value I get in terms of quality living, modern amenities, and convenience makes it a great investment for student housing. The complex offers a range of amenities including a fitness center, pool, gameroom, study lounge, and even a pet play area and washing station. Everything is always clean and well-maintained, which makes a huge difference in daily life. The management and maintenance teams are incredibly responsive and proactive; any concerns Iā€™ve had have been addressed quickly and effectively, and they offer helpful solutions when needed. In terms of safety, I feel completely secure here. The parking garage is gated, security cameras are placed throughout, and security personnel are on-site, ensuring peace of mind. Noise levels are manageableā€”its not too rowdy, which makes it easy to focus on schoolwork while still enjoying a social environment. Parking is also great; there are plenty of spaces, and the complex is easy to navigate with multiple entrances and elevators. The location is idealā€”Im able to walk to class every day without any hassle. When I moved in, my apartment was spotless and in excellent condition, and I havenā€™t had any issues with appliances or plumbing. The internet is reliable, which is a must for students, and there are no issues with connectivity. Overall, I would highly recommend Otto Student Living to any TAMU student. It has everything you need to succeedā€”comfortable living, great amenities, a safe environment, and excellent management.

    Absolutely awesome move in experience at Otto. They hired movers who unloaded our entire suv and brought it all to her room. Staff was professional, very friendly & worked their tails off. Our favorite staff member there is Grant. Heā€™s always been wonderful to deal with throughout our entire experience there. Heā€™s super personable & talks to the tenants & even members details about them.

    The staff here is awesome, and the service is great! Free printing and free Red Bull are nice little perks that really make a difference in the overall living experience. You donā€™t have to stress too much about noise from neighbors or the trainā€”itā€™s noticeable but not a big deal. The only downside is that the apartment doors are super thin. The internet has been very unstable on and off for a while and they use WireStar as the provider. They finally had them come by, so hopefully it gets better soon. So far overall a positive experience.One star deduct for never got repaired loud speaker. Super annoying.

    Living at the OTTO has been nothing but a great experience! All the amenities and unit features are so worth the price! Not only is the facility gorgeous and has everything you need and more, the staff and macitence are incredibly helpful, friendly, and fast!

    It was a smooth check in and the movers were excellent! I was a bit worried that it would be a stressful process but the move was entirely stress free! And the facility is beautiful! Im so happy that I chose the Otto for my Aggie! :)

    Living in the newest apartment on Northgate has its benefits as well as its downsides. Everything is very new and all the facilities havenā€™t been used, but that means that they also need to be worked through. For example, our Wi-Fi has been down and being worked on the past several days because itā€™s newer and theyā€™re still working out kinks. The same thing goes for the piping, key fobs, and elevators. Overall, good living, but keep in mind the pricing and the newness of the building.

    Moving day was amazing!! Everything went so smoothly and seamless. The workers were incredibly efficient and super friendly! Everyone here is very nice and helpful. There was even a bar and snacks on the 5th floor which was a nice surprise! Everything here is amazing!!

    Although I was disappointed that my son couldnā€™t move-in sooner than the day before school starts, the move-in process was fantastic. It was so organized and fast. We drove up and checked in, went to the next station by car and received a sheet of labels for belongings and a sign for the dash indicating ours was an unloading vehicle, and then went through the garage. In the garage, they told us to open the doors and drink and the movers unloaded our entire packed van minus the electronics for liability reasons. My sonā€™s belongings ended up in the room before we arrived. The next stop was for my son to pick up his keys. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Not to mention the complex looks beautiful. I canā€™t wait to visit.

    The Otto is so nice! The team is helpful! They have a roommate selection app that worked great! Even when there was issues with an allergy to a pet they helped solve the issue! Definitely recommend, they have lots of amenities that I am very excited for, and they are close to campus!

    Our move in date was 8/17 at 7am. We pulled into the garage and it was white glove moving experience. The moving crew got all our content from the vehicle, moved to big boxes and moved it all the way to our rooms. Fantastic work and arrangements. Kudos to the management and planning team.

    Im so excited to move into OTTO at northgate. The management team has been really great and helpful as they have given us MANY updates on construction, helped us with any issues, and made securing our lease very easy. Iā€™ve seen the construction starting since the framing and WOW itā€™s great. Canā€™t believe they have been so efficient and productive in the short time they have had to build this beautiful building.

    Howdy - I canā€™t say enough about how great, fast and easy moving my daughter into Otto was. Liz, Gabby and Nick knocked it outa the park. As for the building, it is the Ritz of college living. Iā€™m a commercial construction developer and had zero punch list items for my daughterā€™s new-construction apartment. We also shopped around this summer and found Otto to be the best value in College Station. My daughter loves bing in Northgate and her furthest class is an 18 minute walk, without even getting on the A&M bus. Otto also has a great bike locker, high tech vending, pool table, ping pong, lots of study and meeting spaces, terrific exercise zone and the 5th floor resort area. The parking deck is also pretty generous with large spaces. Grant did a great job leasing with renderings, but the real thing exceeds expectations. Gig ā€˜Em!

    Best service ever. I recently signed a lease with my roomate for a B1 and it was really easy from getting a virtual tour, to the paperwork, and to eventually get my move in date! I highly recommend since its already fully furnished and everything is already set up and ready to move in. The only problem would be that I move in about 2 days before school starts, a little stressful, I really wished it couldve been at least another day or 2. Other than that, definitely recommend to anybody who couldnt snag a dorm.

    The staff and administration at the NEW Otto apartments in College Station were wonderful !!
