Have had the pleasure of living here for a few months now and highly recommend it. I’ve met some amazing friends in the building, enjoyed some memorable times at building hosted events, and you cannot beat the walkabilty - within a few blocks are restaurants, bars, workout facilities, UPS and more to come. Really appreciate the attentiveness of the maintenance crew Mark, Brett and others. And massive shoutout to Lilly and the concierge staff. Love and respect the warm smiling faces and responsiveness to any requests (especially package handling during the holidays). Thanks everyone at One UpTown!

I lived at One Uptown for over a year and, although this was a relatively short time, it was a fantastic experience. Misty is a rockstar Property Manager. She is visibly kind to all residents and is quick to address any issues you have. She’s consistent, professional, and follows up on issues promptly. Ninoska and Brent on the maintenance team are also amazing. It was a joy seeing Ninoska every single morning tending to the gym, and Brent went above and beyond with all of my maintenance requests, responding within a day or so.The building is safe, secure, and very well maintained. I never had issues leaving my car in the garage while I traveled for weeks at a time, and concierge was great about communicating with us regarding guests and mail. Being able to text them was a huge plus!I DO agree that it can get a bit noisy and busy outside of the building because of the nightlife downstairs, but if you’re from a big city and enjoy city life, it’s nothing abnormal. I work from home and can confirm that the building during the day is very quiet. There were many days I had the gym to myself as well, which was great. :)I am moving out this year because I’m in need of a bit more space and am interested in other areas in Dallas, but if you are interested in Uptown, One Uptown is a really great choice!

My husband and I really loved living at One Uptown! It’s a clean building with TWO pools! Staff is amazing and Misty in the leasing office is truly great! They are accommodating and willing to work with your family’s needs. We loved living here!

I have lived at One Uptown for 2.5 years and I can say with pleasure & confidence that I would recommend this amazing community to anyone looking for a new place to call home! The apartments are beautiful with views and a location that can’t be beat in the Uptown area. The amenities are world class with monthly resident events which were fantastic! Most importantly however, is the exceptional service provided by the entire staff at One Uptown.From management, to maintenance, to the concierge, the staff always prioritize tenants and are truly understanding, caring & professional. I feel so lucky to have lived here and sadly only moving due a change in my work location. Special shout out to their amazing manager Misty, Mark & Brett with maintenance, and to Lilly & all the concierge staff which are truly the heart of this community. Thank you to everyone, I honestly couldnt have had a better living experience!

I’ve lived in One Uptown for a total of 5 years. I can honestly say that I truly enjoyed my time here. The amenities are great. Misty and the leasing team are super welcoming and supportive. The maintenance team is very responsive and gets things done promptly. The view of the downtown skyline is amazing! Resident events that I had a chance to attend were always super fun! Having Whole Foods directly across the street was oh so very convenient!! My move-in as well as move-out processes went very smoothly. Thank you, One Uptown, for being a great home to me for these 5 years!

Rebecca was outstanding with her service, so helpful, responsive and honest. The One is also a great building with wonderful options, even has 2 pools and hotel rooms for residences to book for their over night guests. Worth checking this place out and asking for Becca for sure!

I liked living here and would have stayed if the property management company was reasonable with market rates. I didnt use any amenities, and its quiet during the day if you work from home. The pool on the top floor was under construction most of the summer, and there was constant dog pee in the elevators, which sometimes would work.

We absolutely love living here, wonderful front desk team and leasing team! Great dog park, and wonderful gym amenities.Only concern (which isn’t their fault) is the rough valet drivers that park in the resident garage. They speed up the garage and have nearly missed our car multiple times.

Absolutely loved living here and calling this place home for a little! Moved out to another property about 4 weeks ago but can’t say enough about the views, cleanliness, and the building itself. The only thing is it gets super loud on the weekends and super crowded from the night club downstairs. I lived in the 10th floor and could still hear all the noise and street racing. If your looking for a nice building in uptown this is it but the con is your trading some safety for it

Just moved in here. The leasing staff has been phenomenal. They were extremely responsive and allowed me to sound check different apartments. I was never pressured, and Caitlin went out of her way to make the entire process from looking at units to moving out an awesome experience. The responsiveness didnt end when I signed the lease.The neighborhood is amazing. Easy walking to food, bars, and Whole Foods. Still discovering everything close by.

Absolutely love this building. Recently moved from Miami and after looking at lot of buildings in the area, decided to call OneUptown home. The rooftop pool and amenities are amazing and help me feel like I’m still in Miami. The dog park is awesome for when you want to take the dog out quickly to do their business without having to go to the street.The staff here are what truly make this building as special as it is. Everyone is the leasing office was super helpful, especially Kacey & Misty!. They were so welcoming and helpful every step of the way. They really made the whole process friction-less.The concierge’s, Dan and Jose have been so helpful providing recommendation’s and guidance on the area as I moved from another state. They provide such a high level of service you feel at home immediately and they provide the level of service you would expect from a luxury hotel.

I lived at One Uptown for 6 months in a 1-bedroom unit and had a fantastic experience! The location is great in Uptown Dallas, around all the bars and happening spots; the layout is great (especially the walk-in closet), albeit the units are slightly on the smaller size. However, the fittings and finish are absolutely top notch. The residents are great, and the building management do a super job in organizing monthly gatherings that are loads of fun. There is a great community feel in the building, and I would have surely prolonged my stay had my work not taken me to NYC. Special shout out to Caitlin in the management office, and all the concierge staff who are wonderful!

Love living here! The layout and views are great, location is perfect, and staff is warm and friendly. The on-site dog park is good for me so i don’t have to take her off the property after dark. Def makes me feel safer. No public garage either which is a safety feature i liked. Would recommend to anyone looking that wants a luxury building with an unbeatable location.

I honestly can’t say enough great things about One Uptown. I moved here less than a month ago from another city, and the entire team has made my experience seamless.Leasing staff:Initially, I was nervous about signing a lease without touring the place in person. When I reached out over the phone, Amanda was extremely friendly, helpful and even sent me all the videos I requested of the unit I was interested in. I had many questions during the process, and Amanda was quick and efficient with her responses.Alicia, Amanda, and Misty are the dream team. Every single encounter I have, whether it’s via phone, email, or in-person, these ladies are top-notch and professional.Move-in day: the team had my unit ready and spotless, they made sure the freight elevator was booked for my move, AND they welcomed me in my new place with wine and a handwritten note.Concierge: the 24/7 concierge team is ALWAYS ON TOP of it. Security was a big priority for me, and they make sure that not anyone has access to the floors. They are very picky with who is asking for access to the floors which I appreciate so much as a resident. You’re able to text/call the concierge directly, and their response times are stellar. Even if I have a food delivery, they will call me first before letting them on the elevator. Every single person that works at the front desk is friendly and helpful. They send me an email as soon as any package gets delivered (Shoutout to Bri, LilyBeth, Curtis, and Calvin)Maintenance: So far, I’ve needed my battery replaced to my front door, and it was fixed within the same day. I met Brent, who has been the lead maintenance person since the building opened, and he is so friendly (he was the one who replaced my battery).Overall I am in love with my new place and the entire One Uptown team making sure my experience is excellent :)

Moved in August hadnt had any major issues. Maintenance man was prompt with any request. Neighbors are so quiet I barely see any of them, and the view is great. Concierge has always been nice to me or my guest as well. I also have not experienced any prejudice being a young African professional everyone here seems pretty nice, which is nice because when I use to live in another building in a penthouse everyone would tell me the roof is closed when I pushed for my floor because they didnt think I lived on that floor. I would recommend - Bo Sijuade

There are two key things that really make living here fantastic. First, the other residents that live in the building are such nice people and many make it a point to meet others in the building. It is something that Ive never experienced in any other building and it is an attitude that is contagious for sure. Second, the staff is incredible, the effort that is taken to supply a consistently great experience is something that really makes living here special. I chose to live here because of the location and the pool but the people are really what makes it a great place to live.

I lived in One Uptown for 2.5 years and was one of the first residents when the building opened. Its a great building that is incredibly well constructed. You can rarely (if ever) hear your neighbors. The leasing staff is awesome and high quality. The people in the building are friendly, and are often in a similar life stage as you (upwardly mobile individuals). There is noise from uptown, but that is to be expected on weekends. The area is centrally located and there isnt another building that is quite like 1Up in Dallas. Id recommend wholeheartedly to any and all.

The staff at One Uptown have been nothing but some of the most accommodating, hospitable people to work with. They will go above and beyond to be of assistance or fill any request you might have. The thing is, theyre genuine. Theyre genuinely excited for you to live there and want to help you make it your home. Ill be renewing my lease until further notice!

I wanted to wait a month prior to leaving a review, in order to give my full experience. Unfortunately I had to make a last minute moving decision during this Covid-19 epidemic. I was unable to view my unit in person, but my leasing agent Caitlin was more than accommodating! She gave me a video tour of multiple units and showed an immense amount of patient through my indecisiveness. Caitlin excels in communication and hospitality, I was happy to have her as my leasing agent! I also want to give a shout out to the concierges - Sam, Dan, and Jose are amazing. Sam goes out of her way to make sure everyone’s enjoying their day. She even helped me move some stuff! Dan is very friendly and helped me a ton during the moving process. Jose helped me lift a ping pong table and I’m pretty sure that’s out of his job description! One Uptown is immaculately clean with an amazing community. Everyone I’ve encountered is very friendly and considerate. I’m happy to be a part of this community and I would highly recommend One Uptown to anyone looking for an apartment!

The property is exactly what we were looking and hoping for when we moved into the Uptown area. Weve been living here for 4+ months now, and couldnt be happier with the property and the culture cultivated inside this unique establishment. So far everything has been handled beautifully by the leasing staff and management here. Caitlin has been so patient and helpful with my many questions and visits, the building staff so far have been very accommodating to anything I may need to help with my move in. The building is gorgeous, the amenities are great, and I cannot believe the resident rewards program and events they host here! I cannot wait to move in on the 2nd of October!

I’m posting to legitimize the accuracy of Henry Yoo’s review. Not much for me to add here because he is accurate and concise regarding the situation. It is a pity because the staff, the unrelenting attention to detail with the amenities, and the location are stellar and exceed expectations. I just sent in my notice to vacate because of the same concerns as described by Henry. For the exceptional expense associated with this convenience location of One Uptown, it is hard to rationalize accepting the subpar conditions Thur-Sun and the losses sustained are significant for executives with high levels of accountability and responsibility Mon-Fri.As a global executive seeking respite on the weekends and comforts of serenity in my own domaine, I find it lacking at One Uptown.If you are seeking a lively atmosphere in a 5-star property and rest is not on the agenda, I highly recommend One Uptown. Love the building and all of the extraordinary amenities but I would be embarrassed to entertain my guest on the weekends due to the heavy party traffic and club-like atmosphere when the party crew ascends.
