I lived here for two years and my residence here was a very positive experience. They do an amazing job of keeping the place look nice and well maintained. The apartments themselves are nice and cozy and the community has all of the essential amenities one would look for in an apartment community. Gio the maintenance man is fantastic, always friendly and extremely quick to handle the very few maintenance issues I had. The location is also great being on the outside of town, it is nice and quiet but also still close enough to everything. The apartments are a tad pricey, but the community and amenities are fantastic and these apartments easily top any other in the floresville area. I would happily reside here again.

I moved in last month. I have to tell you, Elvira and Yesenia (I hope I spelled your name correctly) are nothing but stellar! They answered all of my questions, gave a great tour of the property.Elvira was so kind and patient with all of my questions and phone calls. My apartment is absolutely perfect.They do allow dogs and I have my pup, Maggie and shes loving the dog park. There are dog poop bag stations throughout the property.My experience so far...Very quiet community, plenty of parking, they offer valet trash as well (great bonus) and the neighbors in my building are very quiet. The property is well lit which is a big deal for me. Theres always a place to park.Maintenance is out of this world! The property is so well maintained, they always have a smile on their faces and saying hello and just great people all the way around.Theyve been so kind and great at their jobs. I got a new showerhead that I wanted to have installed and they did! He even wiped down my tub to make sure it was clean after install.This place has the best vibes and I dont have anything negative to say at all.Im very happy I chose this community.

I just moved in here, great apartments and great maintenance. The maintenance guys are very helpful an kind. The front office lady’s are respectful and will help you with anything you need. The grounds are always clean and neat. The pool is very nice an clean like always . We have nice neighbors, they are respectful an everyone keeps to themselves.

Me and my husband love it here. The front office ladies are very nice and respectful and will help you anyway they can. They have a nice pool and a gym. The neighbors are great but the maintenance guys wow!! One of them was doing it all alone props to him then he got another set of hands to help, Very professional and awesome guys they are doing awesome.

Love the country location with a luxury setting. Definitely a diamond and very family oriented. borrowed these pics from them lol Im looking forward to moving here this summer btw the manager Elivira is precious thank you for your time .

I have been living here for 7 months and I absolutely love it! The complex is always so clean and staff members are the sweetest. The staff always communicates and keeps us updated with any upcoming events or things going on at the property. Really makes living here feel like home.💙

This place is great! I love the spacious living room n kitchen. Neighbors are so nice and respectful. Its so quiet unlike other apartments where u can hear everyones business. The maintenance team are very helpful ,my AC stopped working and Gio the maintenance guy was there that same day n got it working again. Now thats helpful especially since its summer. I would recommend this place to any and everyone. Looking for peace and quiet. Oakland Hills apartments is the place to be

I hahave lived at Oakland Hills Apartments over 2 years and I want to let everyone know how wonderful it has been living here. The property is well maintained and beautiful. Gio, the maintence man, is a wonderful person. Very dedicated to his job and can fix the problem. Very courteous and kind man. The office staff is great also. Love it here!

My fiancé and I have lived here for 3 years now and we like it. Other than, we’re outgrowing our own space we really don’t have any complaints. Dealing with maintenance and the office staff has been good, especially Aspen. She always is so nice and friendly and always willing to help answer my questions or address and concerns we may have. She always says “hi” and has a smile on her face when we see her walking around the complex. Oakland Hills is better because of her for sure. I’d definitely recommend living here. It is a little pricey but in this day in age I think EVERYTHING is pricey. 🙂

Excellent management, and maintenance! No complaints whatsoever here. If you’re looking for a wonderful place to rent I definitely recommend. They offer onsite management and onsite maintenance that no other apartment complex can offer you in Floresville.

I honestly have to give this place 5 stars because the the maintenance man. We have lived here now for 2yrs going on our 3rd. He has been such a great addition to the apartment complex. He is very professional, helpful and nice. He is always going the extra mile to keep the apartments clean and safe !

I love it here at Oakland Hills, been here for 3 years and have had no issues everyone stays to themselves, its quite clean everyone is friendly the maintenance Carlos is amazing! They have laundry, fitness center and a pool cant ask for more. I would not want to live anywhere else in Floresville this is the nicest place Floresville has to offer. BTW I dont have any roaches nor have I had any issues with roaches it all depends how well kept you have your home and how clean you are... Hmmm...
