Liz is an absolute angel! She has helped me so much with all my questions. All the staff really goes above and beyond to help you in everything!!!! I have been all over the place with moving but Liz has been so helpful and willing to accommodate me in all my ways. I loved the apartments I’m a bit worried about the location I’ve seen good and bad things on here about the neighborhood so if anyone can give me some feedback that would be great! But other than that she gets the 5 stars for how helpful she has been! -

Overall its been a pretty great experience! I love my apartment and the property is new. My only feedback is its extremely difficult to receive any deliveries from Doordash, Uber eats, Walmart etc. I also wish that there was more of a secure Individualized mailing experience for amazon packages. While they are placed in a secure room its kind of pointless in my opinion that once entered anyone can grab your package since they are all just placed on shelves. The leasing staff is extremely helpful, Vanessa & Liz are amazing! -

I moved in a month ago and it has been truly a joy! With this being a new build I can imagine all of the administrative issues etc that occur. The staff here has managed so well that you would think they’ve been open for years. The amenities are top notch and every single person on staff has been so very accommodating and professional. I have zero complaints and I’m thankful to be a resident because I dare say it feels like family!! -

I moved into this apartment complex about 2 weeks ago, and I have to say, the leasing team -Jennifer, Vanessa, and Dinora- has been absolutely amazing. They are incredibly attentive, quick to respond to questions, and so kind and welcoming. Their professionalism and positive attitudes have made the application and moving process so much smoother.While there some quirks, like bad cellular service, app not recognizing my lock & the garage door, I understand that it could be because its a new building.And despite the little challenges, I’m really satisfied with my decision. Thanks in large part to the exceptional service from the team. -

Oakhouse is extremely lucky to have a leasing agent like Dinora!!!!! 10/10 She is very sweet and knowledgeable about the property! She assisted me throughout my application process and I am so grateful. The property is second to none and the amenities are to die for! I love Oakhouse❤️ -

I did not visit Oakhouse with the intention of joining the community.. my visit was due to a personal emergency and I entered to their office for some small help but Janet (I can’t remember her name too well) was very sweet and helped me feel so heard and welcomed. Her kindness impacted my day for a better turn. 🙏🏻💕 -

Our experience has been by far the best! All the ladies in the leasing office were very helpful and patient. Maintenance guy Luis was also very helpful to my husband and I. He took out all of our trash after moving in!It was such a smooth move in process. Truly recommend these beautiful apartment homes! -
