We didnt get to tour this community much yet as only the first building is complete and the rest are still under construction. The unit we did get to tour had nice appliances, plenty of space, natural light, and great colors. We didnt get too much time to look at the quality of work. Many complexes are built rapidly and with cheaper materials to save cost nowadays and it shows once you look for it, but well have to wait for more buildings to be finished to see if thats the case here. The location is nice, being tucked away next to blockhouse creek and far away enough from Ronald Reagan so it doesnt feel like youre right next to the road. Getting in and out of this complex is a bit hard though given levels of traffic.Were excited to see more from this community and interested in making it our next home!

I can’t say enough about how positive my experience was from the moment I arrived at Oak House! I was greeted with the most genuine, warm welcome and smile from Katherine, the apartment manager. She is professional, kind and amazing at connecting with others! I have never had an experience so positive anywhere I have lived. The entire team I met is full of life, professional, fun and welcoming! The apartments here are brand new and stunning!! The layouts are thoughtful and spacious! This was the easiest decision for me from day one to know that this was going to be my new place to call home!

My wife and I were looking for a new place to live and came across this new development in Leander. The minute we stepped inside our (future) unit, we were in love. The kitchen space is incredible and matches the vibe we were looking for. We knew we had to jump on it as units were going fast. We worked with Devan throughout the whole process and hes just amazing. He answered every question we had and personally walked us through the leasing process. We are so happy with our new place and I hope you will too.

I had a tour from Carolina. She was absolutely incredible. She is so professional, vibrant, full of life and was such a pleasure to meet and be guided by. The interior of the units are top notch and stunning.

I love Devan!! He was super helpful, super informative and allowed this process to be as smooth and wonderful as possible. Definitely has made my family feel welcomed and at home! 10/10 recommend this place and the service they provide!

I stumble upon this new build and was pleasantly surprised. The layouts are awesome. Catalina really added the awesomeness to the visit, very down to earth and hospitable.

I am working in this apartment complex, my job is to make the details, crossed out patches, drywoll, let me tell you that it is a beauty, these apartments have very nice and detailed garages, as well as apartments, the rooms are very spacious, so it is under construction but moving forward quick take a look see you soon
