    I really love my apartment. I have been living here for 6 months now. Jennifer, the leasing agent, was careful to find me just the right apartment that met all my requirements. First floor, little front yard and, close to the dog park. She has been very friendly and helpful to me when I needed someone to listen. She was helpful when I needed to be temporarily relocated while my apartment was being worked on.I also appreciate the activity director, Lori who works very hard to keep us busy and well fed and happy. Amanda and Hannah are pretty terrific as well.I am happy to be here.

    I have lived at Northstar for a year and a half and really love it. The people here are wonderful and I feel like I have a family in the residents here. We have activities going on daily with a great lifestyle coordinator leading the way. I also love the staff we now have.If youre Looking for a place to call home NORTHSTAR GEORGETOWN will make you feel welcome.

    I was at the office today when I witnessed a woman barging in front of everyone and demanding that Jennifer show her how to get to a location. Since it was the lunch hour, Jennifer was the only one at the front desk, and we were all patiently waiting in line. The woman didn’t seem to care and insisted that Jennifer immediately guide her to the site map for her client visit. Jennifer, visibly surprised, looked around at the rest of us and then stood up to assist the woman. However, the woman was extremely rude and dismissive throughout the interaction. After receiving the help, she stormed out of the office without a word of thanks. Jennifer is great to work with and always helpful and kind.

    I have been meaning to post a review shortly after I moved in to Northstar Georgetown in September and tonight made me feel like I needed to express how much I love living at Northstar GT! Our lifestyle coordinator Lori or “the Fun one” and The whole staff served a full two story dining area the most amazing chef prepared Thanksgiving feast! They spoil us on a weekly basis! 🥰Seriously, if you’re looking for the opportunities to join groups, make new friends and are 55+ active adults, you need to check out Northstar Georgetown!Come see Amanda or Jennifer (she is a Rockstar) and I appreciate all of those girls so much!

    This is my second full year at this 55 + residents and the new owners and management are absolutely the best. They are friendly and helpful and go above and beyond to assist and make things happen, which is so improved from the last owners and management.     Ive lived here several months and have enjoyed so many great events ( July 4th, Disco and Dive) but last nights Olympic Games has been the best so far! The staff always goes out of their way to come up with fantastic food, really fun activities and we of course have the most fun people to do them with! Thanks to Mendi, Lori, Jen,Hannah and Amanda for making another fantastic night! Andi

    Northstar is absolutely wonderful! The entire office staff, Mendi, Hannah, Jennifer, Lori and Amanda are efficient, polite, and professional.The maintenance staff, comprised of Sebastian, Thomas, and Ramon are second to none.The entire office and maintenance staff are treating the residents royally, especially this week because it is resident appreciation week with goodies. Each staff member should be recognized as the BEST.

    I absolutely LOVE the office staff here! They honestly care about us and are attentive to our needs and concerns. We have a dynamic social activities director! There is always something available to do so that those of us who live alone don’t have to feel alone. Neighbors are friendly and tend to look out for one another’s welfare. The apartments are spacious and bright. The property grounds are always clean and well maintained. It’s very peaceful here and the sunrises/sunsets are gorgeous!

    Northstar has gone above and beyond with their events!!On July 17th they put on a disco night with a live DJ, food and drinks…. We all wound up dancing together in the pool…. Even the staff was dancing!!It was a wonderful romp down memory lane for all of us!!Truly grateful…..

    I have lived here for about 8 months. It is an active 55+ community. It is very peaceful here with plenty of activities you can become involved with if you so choose.

    I just moved into this wonderful resort-style community and cannot say enough good things about it and the staff.Barbara, the leasing manager, made the leasing process seamless, went above and beyond to answer questions, accommodate my requests and make me feel confident I had made the right choice.Words and pictures do not adequately showcase how nice this property is and the fabulous vibe that exists here.

    The entire staff goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service! Heres one example. After a power outage caused by construction down the street, I called Brian, our concierge, because nothing was working. He came up immediately! He reset my fuse box and reprogrammed my thermostat. I mentioned that I found a wasp nest on my porch, and he said, Ill come back with wasp spray! I said thats ok....I made an appointment with our pest control. Later, I went out to my porch closet and saw that the wasp nest was gone! Louie, head of maintenance, fixed a window for me while I was out. He took care of the wasp nest without even being asked. Every employee is like this...the manager, office staff, and maintenance staff. I highly recommend Northstar Georgetown.

    NorthStar Georgetown has been a great place to live. The staff is consistently helpful and responsive. I love my home. The community offers a good range of activities, and the amenities are well-maintained. Id recommend it to anyone looking for a solid 55+ community.

    Everyone is incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely cares about the residents. For example, recently I had a bit of trouble with my smart thermostat. I was worried it would be a complicated fix, but Luis came by within the hour, explained everything clearly, and had it working perfectly in no time! Its that kind of attentive, personalized service that makes all the difference.
