Moved into the Northshore this January. Terrific location, dog friendly, great tenants, and a wonderful concierge and leasing team! Across the street from Lady Bird Lake and super close to all the great downtown spots. Dakota with Northshore was super friendly and helpful, and made sure that I got the perfect apartment! Very happy to be here!

We move in Nov ‘24. Dakota helped us and he was extremely professional, helpful and kind.So far I feel like living here is going to be great. Front desk/concierge is A+ also.UPDATE:Weve been here 4 weeks now and the staff have been great.Specifically, Abel from maintenance is really a rock star. He just helped us get an issue solved. He kept us updated at every stage, was always professional, and went out of his way to get us what we needed.So far we are very happy here.

[EDIT] I have added two stars since we have now moved in. Northshore has definitely improved our experience and worked to make it as pleasant as possible. The building is nice but could probably use a re-model to be more modern given the price. I think we will enjoy living here, they have built a great community and have excellent amenities.I havent moved into Northshore yet, so this review is about the move-in process. It was very informal and inefficient. It took a very long time to actually receive our lease after being approved. This caused issues for us to coordinate our out-of-state move in. I would suggest that Northshore implement a better process for move in preparation.

We have been at Northshore for almost 3 years now and it truly has become home. The building is in the perfect location downtown, surrounded by great restaurants and energy. Amenities are also fantastic including our newly renovated gym, cold brew on tap and amazing pool area! The community is incredible with the leasing office (Zach, Amber and Dakota are wonderful) and concierge (love Anthony) knowing residents by name and always making us feel appreciated with fun events. The maintenance team is amazing and are quick to help with anything you need. Just today Julian and Israel went above and beyond to fix our washing machine that was acting up. They are the absolute best.

Best place to be in downtown Austin in my opinion, I’ve had a wonderful experience so far! The staff is incredibly helpful, professional, and attentive. The maintenance staff here is amazing! My dishwasher recently flooded and the maintenance supervisor, Abel, and his team (Julius being one of them) were here in 10 minutes working on the fix. I had new floorboards and a new dishwasher in just a few days!

The property is stunning, with both the apartments and amenities being top-notch. The location couldn’t be better, nestled perfectly between Lady Bird Lake and 2nd Street. The residents I met were also very kind and welcoming. Overall, a great experience!

Northshore Apartments provide events for tenants every month. Many of the events are the creation of Keys Event Bartending. Whether it is a mocktail making class in January, Crafts and Cocktails in November or specialty cocktails for Halloween Keys Event Bartending elevates the event far beyond guests expectations. So much so that we held a friends surprise engagement party in the Lakeside Lounge at Northshore and we brought in Keys Bar TX. Keys arrived early to set up for our event and even helped us with our own party preparations. Keys makes all events no matter how big or small feel special and FUN. Personable and true professionals in all they do and offer. Most importantly the COCKTAILS are unique, creative and delicious. Already looking forward to the next event. Great job, Northshore and Keys Event Bartending!

My wife and I are Northshore residents and we absolutely love it! From the moment we first came in to ask about available units to the time we moved in, Carlos was incredibly sincere and this convinced us that Northshore was the right place to live. Carlos was also super helpful and assisted us every step of the way throughout the application process. 👍After living here for a month and a half, I must say that everyone at Northshore, both the staff and residents, have been incredibly warm and friendly. It’s a fantastic community to be a part of.Lastly, the amenities are top-notch, offering stunning views. The unit exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend this place!

By far the best apartment I have lived in. Exceeded my expectations! Everyone on the Northshore staff team is incredible, extremely friendly, welcoming, and attentive. From the moment I walked in inquiring about available units to the time I moved in, they have ensured the process is smooth and easy. Carlos and Dakota helped me every step of the way and have great communication. They really care about your experience living at Northshore.The residents very friendly too. The amenities are amazing, they have a great pool and views. Furnishes are good quality and clean and the unit was better than I expected. Everything was move-in ready and appliances worked perfectly with no issues. 10/10 recommend and definitely will renew!

Wow! First off other then the gorgeous views and great location, I was most impressed by the staff at Northshore. As an apartment locator we see a lot of properties and an important aspect I tell to all of my clients is the staff/management. Amber and the leasing team were top tier. Amber, and truly all the staff were extremely personal, professional, knowledgeable and fun! Everything I would want out of a leasing team. As well as I have to note the amazing concierge staff. Every single member was attentive, kind, and can I say snazzy dressers! They treated me like I had lived there for years! Anyone would be fortunate enough to live here :)

I just finished getting settled in. Ill have more to say after the first few months Im sure, but for now its well worth a 5/5The staff, specifically the concierge and the leasing office are hands down the best I got to meet in my many tours downtown. Dakota and Carlos specifically, but the entire staff is swell. Professional and, very impactful to my decision, personable. Lots of stuffy- kind but cooperate- apartments and apartment staff along the Colorado and this place beats that image off the page. Id toss them a 10/5 if I was able.The price is fair, the apartment is gorgeous, and the other tenants are very friendly. Great access, with great restaurants and ladybird lake herself both just a single block away.A really nice parking garage, the ability to pick between multiple wifi providers, and the amenities are really impressive.I wholeheartedly recommend Northshore apartments, and really suggest going on a guided tour instead of a self guided one.

I am very impressed with this building. It is always so clean and neat. I am particularly impressed at how responsive Northshore is in attending to any maintenance issues that I might have. Julian is a real asset to the Northshore team. I dont believe there is a problem that could exist which he wont try to fix. He is always in such a good mood and is such an engaging person. Well done Julian. You are one of the reasons I will keep renewing my lease year after year.

I love the amenities here! The staff are great and always helpful! All the tenants I come across are very friendly. The location is perfect and surrounded by some of the best restaurants! Plus you have lady bird lake just across the way. Great location in the heart of downtown. ATX Cocina next door is amazing and one of my go to spots for dinner.

This place is absolutely beautiful and seems to be a dream come true place because of its beautiful spacious rooms, incredible amenities, being surrounded by beautiful nature, perfect location, proximity to all you need such as grocery stores, clubs, retail stores, hiking trails, etc. Moreover, an incredible bonus is to have wonderful supportive staffs which makes this place impeccable. I had a tour by Dakota who is so professional, answering to all questions and greeting people/residents with his magical energy. Dakota is such a gem! One Year Update:Ive been living at Northshore for the past year and opted to renew for another year. The Front Office Staff is so attentive. Amber has been super helpful in making sure my time at Northshore is first rate. She helped me connect with the right people to get some internet connectivity issues resolved in the common areas easily and quickly. They are constantly doing fun activities with there residents, shes always making sure everyones well supplied with snacks and beverages!This really is the best building in Austin, and you should strongly consider living here.-------Its been a month since I moved in, and I really love this apartment. The location is perfect, and access to the City of Austin trail is awesome. I was visiting a business colleague recently who resides in Northshore Apartments. Driving in from out of town, I followed Apple Maps to the location, saw the entrance to the parking garage, and pulled in behind another car.What I did not realize at the time was that I had pulled into the residents parking instead of public parking. After my meeting, I went back to where I thought my car was, but I could not find it.The concierge did his best to help me to no avail. It wasnt until I was walking around aimlessly, looking for my car, that I happened upon a young lady named Ashley, who I found out through our brief conversation was the community manager for the apartments.Well, Ashley took it upon herself to help me find my car -- and help she did. It took us about 20 minutes, but eventually, we found it.Ashley did not have to do that. After all, she had residents to take care of, not some visitor who did not have the good sense to remember where he had parked.The bottom line is this: Ashley and the concierge took time out of their day to help a hapless visitor. If thats the kind of care and concern they pay a visitor, what level of quality service do they provide the residents? Stellar, Im sure.

One of the perks of living at Northshore is the incredible staff. When I walk through the doors, Im consistently greeted with a friendly smile or wave from Anthony, Chris, Megan, Pam, or Danny. Everyone who works here is wonderful! I love the social events too, its a 5 star community.

My experience at Northshore so far has been awesome. Ashley (Manager) and Saira (AST. Manager) have been kind and helpful, and went too bat for me to their corporate leaders to make sure I was taken care of during the power outage. The building is beautiful. There are constantly cleaning crews making sure common areas smell nice and the concierge team is extremely helpful. I am greeted by name every single morning when I get off the elevator. If you can afford it, I would definitely tell people to move in here. My only con so far is that parking is so expensive it is almost deterring me from buying a car. Really enjoying my Northshore experience

I’ve lived in Northshore apartments for 3 1/2 years and the 2 main reasons I’ve stayed this long is because of living on lady bird lake- love walking the trails. And the maintenance team here is awesome . I’ve never had to wait for something to be fixed or for something to be done when I put in a maintenance request. All the guys have always been Johnny on the spot. All very considerate, very clean and very nice. Their attitudes have always been 💯. The current team of two Abel’s , Ivan, Julian, and Israel are a fantastic team. Can’t say enough good things about the maintenance team !!!

I sincerely cant thank Dakota in the leasing office enough. He took on my application when the office was short staffed, spending hours taking videos of my unit, answering questions I had when I popped in the office unannounced, and was kind to respond to every email / phone call I had during a very stressful and time sensitive move. His professionalism and care are the reason I chose to move to this complex over any other after living at the Whitley, and 3 other communities near the downtown ATX area. My unit is everything I was looking for from the view to management care, and I couldnt be more excited to be a resident at Northshore. Thank you, Dakota and Ryan (not 100% sure if this is the office managers name, but love him) for making it happen!

To be honest, I didnt end up renting here because I found a preferred unit elsewhere, but I did LOVE the property and my tour that I wanted to write a review. I came in from out of town to tour and Justin helped me view unitsand the property. He was excellent - asked and understood what I was looking for, showed me units that fit my needs and budget and gave a comprehensive tour of the building. He also answered any of my questions I had after and was extremely helpful. I really did love this building - you could tell the staff knew their residents, thelobby had great energy of residents coming and going and the amenities are beautiful. I highly recommend even though I didnt end up renting here as it was a close second and I had such a great experience with Justin!

This property is awesome! Apart from the obvious perks of living downtown in such a luxurious property, the leasing team is incredible, which is hard to come by these days. My experience with all the leasing staff and concierge was great! Communication was what I most appreciated. I never lost a package, missed an important message , or lost anything. Several times I misplaced things throughout the club floor and it was always turned in by staff or residents. They have a great system and flow that makes things feel secure and comfortable. The building smells and looks great 24/7. Its impossible to be in a funky mood at the Northshore. Theres always a smile or a view to cure the blues. Seriously the best lake view in Austin.

She gave me a detailed tour of multiple units, showed me the options on rent and term, highlighted any and all specials, and really couldnt have done any better. I was extremely pleased!

I just moved into Northshore, but the leasing experience was seamless. I was guided through the process by Dakota Prock, who was great! He gave me a tour of the facility and showed me all of the amenity spaces and answered all of my questions. When I had follow up questions, someone from their team was able to get me the info I needed! Dakota was off when I moved in, but Ilda Chapa was there to help! She was very friendly and helped me navigate the concierge process and went over all of the ins and outs such as package delivery, parking, etc. A special thanks to Dakota and Ilda who both have already made me feel comfortable in my new home.I have to also mention the concierge-- they have been so friendly and helpful. When I came for my tour, the man was so nice and got me a water and when I was sitting alone waiting for my uber after he came up and asked how I was and remembered my name. When I moved in, the woman was very friendly and helped me with the freight elevator and carts to ease the move. I am very appreciative of them both!

I’ve lived at Northshore for 3 years and my entire stay has been wonderful. First of all I would like to thank the management team. They have always been so kind. If you’re looking for the best pool in Austin look no further. The 8th floor as a whole is outstanding. Any time I’ve requested maintenance they’ve seemed to handle it the next day or that Monday if requested on the weekend. I do wish the turnover rate for the concierge wasn’t so high but given these past years it’s hard to keep staff. Also want to mention the location is everything! Second street shops and restaurants right outside the door!

Unbeatable location and set of amenities. Apartments are nice, some great views. Maintenance is on point. Great place to live overall if youre looking for a downtown apartment and dont mind shelling out the extra money for a luxury type. Be aware if theyre still using the Fetch package system, that this requires a separate address for your packages and caused some annoyances. Not worth docking a whole star, but not thrilling either. Guest parking costs money. Overall would recommend it, particularly if youre new to Austin and looking for a downtown pad.

Lead concierge is Rodney and he is the best! I have worked with many residential concierges over the years and none have ever matched Rodney’s level of service. We recently had a power outage at the facility. I had some important packages being shipped to my residence. Even with the power out Rodney was able to assure that the packages were placed inside my unit. In addition, he is just an all around good guy. Very positive in his demeanor. And if GQ ever did an issue on best dressed concierges, Rodney would be the headliner.

What cant I say I moved in last Summer it has been an amazing building to live in. From Day one The entire staff at Northshore has been magical to work with. Brit, Cassandra and Keith have been nothing short of amazing when i have ever needed anything during the leasing process and well after. Sadie and Liam have been wonderful too! The concierge team hands down makes life easier when it comes to day to day things. The view from our pool area is breathtaking. All the amenities and common areas are always in tip top shape. No issues with gates elevators or garage. The building has limited access which is wonderful and reassuring! I have refereed other great friends that love the building and experience as well. If you are looking for a new place downtown this is it. #northshorerules

This is hands down the best apartment experience I have ever had. From the leasing office, to the concierge, the amenities, and the quality of the apartments themselves. I cannot rave about how positive my experience was enough. My boyfriend was already on a lease here and I ended up moving in with him very last minute since another apartment building I was living in was an absolute disaster. Northshore was so prompt and welcoming and made the lease adjustment process smooth and efficient. I was even able to add a climate controlled storage unit for $55/month compared to the $80+ I wouldve paid for an outdoor unit at a storage place in South Austin. The concierge Syra is an absolute rockstar and really has such a positive impact on how efficiently Northshore runs. We were truly so fortunate to have her services during our time at Northshore. The team at Northshore really goes above and beyond for their residents. I also want to give an extra thank you to Northshore for our move out experience. We had some scheduling mishaps with the movers that really threw off our move out timeline and Northshore was so accommodating to our delay. The location is also really great! Theres so many great coffee shops and restaurants in walking distance. I loved getting to walk my pup to the parks or coffee places nearby!

In the time I lived there, the building underwent a change in management/ownership, and many residents came and went, but unchanged was the constant incredible care offered by the staff, from reception, to leasing, to security. I found myself in a tough situation in moving out, but Sarah, the incredible Assistant Community Manager, was a life saver - she helped coordinate and made the move soo easy. Saira, who managed the reception, was an absolute delight, as was the entirety of the team. Overall, I couldnt recommend a better place - the location, amenities, and building speak for themselves, but the staff and management deserve a special thank you!

I just wrapped up two years at The Northshore and had a great experience all around. The staff and concierge were all very easy to deal with and helpful. Maintenance was fast and helpful. During the two years, we had a couple of late night fire alarms but generally that wasnt an issue and should be expected occasionally when living in a downtown high rise. The elevators were sometimes slightly slower than one would like but the staff were receptive and always tried to fix the problem. I believe it is the best located tower in downtown and would recommend the east facing view if you are above the 10th floor. If I were to do it again, this would be the tower Id choose.

As a resident of Northshore for the last year, I’m surprised it’s taken me this long to write a review. I guess when things go so well, there’s little rush to make one’s voice heard.In an attempt to keep this short, I just want to highlight the key factors that initially made me choose Northshore as my residence and more importantly, have kept me here. Like with any other property (but oftentimes overlooked), customer service and a resident’s happiness should be of utmost priority at all times. Northshore has proved this to be true time and time again. The staff has gone above and beyond to fulfill my maintenance requests in a timely manner, they’ve constantly put together resident get-togethers and community events, and have been more than accommodating when I’ve had guests over. They also all seem to be drinking from the same coffee pot of happiness because they always greet me with ear-to-ear smiles!In terms of the property itself, it’s first-rate condo living at its best. The amenities are comparable to a five-star hotel and the sweeping views of the city from the pool deck are to die for, which is a great place for entertaining or just kicking back solo on warm Texas evenings.I couldn’t be happier with Northshore and look forward to many more years here!

My partner and I moved into our unit on March 13th, 2020. We leased our place site unseen with the help of Sarah the Assistant Manger. Sarah was very helpful and knowledgeable of the community and made our transition from another city very easy with little stress and anxiety. Sam in the office helped us to ensure our move in day went seamlessly and it did with one minor hiccup that he fixed on the spot! Adam, in concierge was very helpful and friendly upon meeting him, helping us navigate the building.On move in our apartment was spotless and exceeded all our expectations. On another note since the Stay At Hone orders from the city the Northshore staff has been very transparent and have implemented safety precautions for its employees and their residents. I’ve been very impressed. Greystar even credited all residents the amenity fees since they have been closed due to COVID.We look forward to the day we are back to some state of normalcy so that we can enjoy the community amenities, meet our neighbors, and frolic in downtown Austin without having to look for parking or taking an Uber!If you are relocating to Austin or just in the market for a move I highly recommend Northshore!

I really cant say enough good things about Northshore. In my opinion, its the nicest apartment complex in the downtown area, and there is a ton of competition. What really set it aside for me was the AMAZING experience I had with their leasing office. Brittany was so great, she happily toured me through a bunch of units (some of them twice when I came back the next day, haha) all while my 5 year old daughter was running rampant and trying to press every button and open every door and drawer on the planet. Brittany is a rockstar to say the least, and of course she walked me through the options and helped with my application like a total pro. I really appreciate that she took the time to discuss the pros/cons of each unit I toured and didnt just try to push me to move into the most expensive one. I definitely recommend checking out the Northshore if youre in the market for a super nice apartment in ATX!

You really can’t beat the location, lake view and amenities at the NorthShore! Plus the staff is so attentive and friendly they have built a great community here.

It is more like an upscale hotel than apartment. Property is extremely well maintained and staff very attentive to any needs you may have. However my favorite part so far is how amazingly nice all the other tenants are. Never been around so many friendly people.
