    Love Naveah!!!! I stopped by quickly and didn’t really think she would calmly respond to me as I rushed her but she did great. She was really sweet. Work is moving me to a different location so I won’t be able to move in. Definitely would recommend because of her.

    If you need a knowledgeable person here at Northchase Village Apartments come see Naveah, she has a very warming nice spirit. I liked the experience I had with her , she listen to my needs, and understood me as a tenant, I wasnt just another person. She took time with me, and I didnt feel rushed. Times are sensitive right now, so having a person who understands you as a person, and puts herself in your shoes is someone I want to deal with me and my family .Ask for Naveah, she will make sure your taken care of. 😇🙏

    Let me first say this I love my experience with every one that I had encountered with in the front office but the person I love the most is miss Netta she is this most Intelligent smart independent strong minded women I know super caring idc wat NOBDOY else experienced with her but my experience was something so genuine the first time meeting her she knew my heart was full she seen it in my eyes and she just let me cry to her while listening to me she prayed for me we prayed togather thats sum u dont experience with property managers I felt as if she was family how we sat and talked shes not only the best property manager I know shes a very generous individual and nobody will ever compare I hate to see u leaving cuz nobody I mean nobody could handle the things I know u was handling keep being the best women u are very mature very demure very cutesy ❤️❤️❤️💋💋 oh and lets not forget how BEAUTIFUL THIS LADY IS AND HOW SHE CARRIES HERSELF YESSSSSSSSS BOSS LADY 😘

The apartment offers a clean & peaceful environment thats perfect for unwinding after a long day. I spoke to Ms. Jennifer the leasing director I would love to thank her for the great customer service she provided it was outstanding, she went above and beyond to ensure residents needs are were met promptly and efficiently i observed her the whole time I was there very sweet hearted young lady.Moreover, the amenities provided by the apartment are top-notch, enhancing the overall living experience. From well-maintained fitness facilities to inviting communal spaces, every aspect contributes to a comfortable and enjoyable lifestyle.In summary, I wholeheartedly give this apartment complex a perfect 10 out of 10 rating.Jennifer You Rock🙌🏻

    Liz and Aliyah were exceptional!!! They kept me informed my entire application process and move in was smooth! Had a sink leak and put in a request and maintenance was there prompt the next morning and fixed everything within 30 mins!!! Home is sooo spacious and little to NO NOISE! We are loving it here.

    Ive been living here at Northchase Village for 8 yrs and have experienced several management changes. I can honestly say this has been one of the best management teams. Lynetta has been God sent to this property. All of the changes that has and are currently being made are exciting. Ive received excellent service from the entire staff. The maintenance staff is Awesome. Ricky and Thomas have both been my rock! Thank you so much for your help and professionalism. In my opinion, they all have a job to do, as residents so do we. Following the rules and guidelines of your lease is very important. Best advice, read before signing!! Thats with anything you have to sign your name to and agree upon. If you live here its our responsibility as well to keep our community clean and livable. Be the change you want to see.

    This apartment complex is definitely the best one we have toured in a long time! Jennifer was super friendly and professional, she had all the information you need and do not hesitate to help you. The apartments are very clean and nice on the inside. I was amazed to see how clean the leasing office was. Jennifer offer us cofee, water and snacks. Me and my boyfriend cannot wait to come back to apply we will be returning sometime next week.     When I stopped in to view the property I was greeted quickly which his not been common these last odd few weeks. While interested in the small 1/1 the larger one is everything I love and need in a space!The Leasing Professional Aliyah Elizondo is very knowledgeable of the property and knew what is and would be available soon. Very Poised & Elegant young lady. I’ve been looking for a home for a few months now and their 1/1 that was shown I quickly fell in love with it.Had the opportunity to meet one of the residents who has lived on the property since 2020 and she spoke highly of the management team and loves it there. Management Personnel has community events to keep the residents engaged which is rare these days and I Love It!!Aliyah’s professionalism gave me faith that if I choose this property (based on location due to my job) and had any concerns or issues with anything particularly maintenance, I believe the matter would be handled with respect, care and timely.Thank You Aaliyah,Excited

    I believe in first impressions!I am new to Houston (Texas) and was in search of a large 1 bedroom apartment. I am a very picky person and ask lots of questions.I had the opportunity to speak with Ms. Lynetta Aliyah, Liz and the gentleman that works there (sorry forgot his name), at different times and I must say they all displayed great customer service and professionalism from the beginning of the conversations to the end. (Over the phone and in Person) Lynetta listened to my questions and understood my concerns in which she addressed each question with Patience, understanding and professionalism.I will be working with Aliyah for the move in Process and I am very excited!     Just moved in and I honestly love it so far. Prices are a bit high but I think it’s worth it! My biggest thing was security since I have kids but I seen today that they are fixing and updating everything which makes me so happy! I also love that we don’t have to worry about towing when our family members come to visit. Thank you Aliyah and also to the tall gentlemen whose name I forgot (I’m sorry) 🥲 They were always super helpful and nice every time I called the office for any little thing!

    I have been northchase village for over 6 years. Before Lynette team, there were a lot of issues for problems that you usually are associated with living in an apartment arranging from littering to even vandalism. Response to maintenance issues was a within a few months of taking over the property Lynette team ameliorated those problems. The place, is not perfect because nothing is perfect. However, it is much better than it was before with the renet team. They dont have to be your friends because this is the business they run. However, as a tenant, they manage the property in the five-star way.

    I’m a new resident so I can only speak on the application process, management & staff’s communication, and overall move-in experience. I will say that so far management & staff have been superb. In fact, Tiffani and her staff’s professionalism and courtesy should be the standard that all other management companies strive for. The application process was normal as expected but what made the entire move-in experience a 5-star review was how attentive and communicative Tiffani and Aliyah were during the entire process. Ms. Tiffani followed up with me after the move in just to check to see if I needed any additional assistance. I hope everyone has the same experience I have had so far. I look forward to calling Northchase Village my home for the next 12 months.

    I had viewed the model home originally it was a nice size unit, but my move is not until May. So I stated that I would check in periodically to see if they had what I wanted and for the time I wanted it.I called into the office and Tiffany answered the phone, she was able to look up what I needed and for when I wanted it. She was very professional, polite and was not not personable. She talked to me as if I was a person and not a robot.The process went very fast, by the time I got back to my office, did my application I was approved within less than 2 hours. I was able to do everything from my desk.Thank you Ms. Tiffany and I look forward to working with you in the future.

    I absolutely love this place! The staff is beyond amazing! I showed up 30 minutes before they closed the office, feeling terrible about it.. However, Dadrien and Aalliya welcomed me in like I was their first client of the day and accomodated all my questions without a hint of a problem. I later spoke with Tiffany over the phone who was just as awesome, going above and beyond to assure I would be receiving exactly what I desired, clarifying anything I was unsure about. Being grateful to have been approved for this property, extaticly looking forward to my move in date!

    Ok so I like to get settled in before giving a review! That way I can be HONEST! I’ve been here for a little over a month now and I must say that I LOVE IT HERE!! First let me say that Tiffany (the property manager) is AMAZING! She was fairly new to the property when I started the process to move in. She made sure that the transition for us to move into our new place was smooth. Any time I had a question (I had a million lol) she always answered them. She’s so sweet & friendly. Dadrian is great as well. I love my apartment! I love the Valet trash pick up! God definitely orchestrated this for my family and I. I am very pleased!! For Valentine’s Day they passed out breakfast to the kids before school and I absolutely loved that!! This is definitely a family oriented community!

I was set on looking for a home to lease but after this experience I’m sold on this property and the new management team!!     The staff here are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Brenda is a gem!!! She is one expert problem-solving multitasker, has answers to all your questions, and quickly knows your name. Does it all with a friendly smile too. Don’t get frustrated by the amount of time and steps involved in renting here; the staff are working behind the scenes to get all of your paperwork and repairs done. It took me a few weeks to get in, but my apartment has far exceeded every expectation. I’m amazed at how clean and well maintained the complex is kept. Very friendly staff, even the maintenance guy said ‘welcome to Northchase’ on my first day!UPDATE: It is over a year later now, and I wish I could add 5 more stars, but Google will not let me. I now have experience with some minor maintenance issues; I know that was a question on my mind when choosing an apartment, so I thought I’d write an update. The team here is amazing, they get to your issue with supersonic speed and don’t stop until it’s fixed. Junior just fixed my A/C about 2 hours after I typed the service request into the app. Juan and Angela are always smiling and ready to help with anything they see you need. And Kim and Brenda in the office always go the extra mile and make you feel like family. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to move in!!

    Update: I have lived here over 2 years now and I still couldnt be happier with my decision to call Northchase home! Brenda, Patricia and Kimberly have been absolutely wonderful to work with. They get quite busy but are always ready and willing to help! Thank you for making my familys stay so enjoyable. We plan to stay as long as you will continue to have us!I have been living at Northchase Village for about 6 months and it has been a great experience. Brenda and Patricia have gone above and beyond to assist me with any questions or concerns. The maintenance team is always prompt and courteous. Everytime I call or stop by the office I am immediately greeted. My daughter and I could not have found a better place to call home!

    Aaliyah gave me the most well informed tour I have ever had. She was very friendly and patient, she went above and beyond with my tour! Her energy was immaculate! I would give her 10 stars if i could! Definitely made me want to apply ASAP.

    Jasmine and Asina helped me and fiancé pick out our apartment and apply they made the entire experience a simple and exciting process. Thank you both for your help.I’m updating this review now that I’ve been living here for 3 months, the polite reassuring help I received when moving in was short lived, immediately after moving in we experienced a laundry list of issues with this place. I’ll start with the roaches, which came out to greet us the second we moved in, no prior cleaning from the previous resident was done before getting the keys, making this my worst move in experience I’ve ever had at any apartment complex it’s just disgusting and after 3 months we’re still dealing with roaches coming through the vents from other apartments, the gate that we pay for each month has been broken since before we moved in, clearly doesn’t make this a safe community, we have been asking for a date it will be done and the estimated date of completion keeps changing and the owner doesn’t care our neighbors car was stolen and a police report had to be filed they mentioned it’s not the first time their car was stolen from this parking lot due to no security and a management team that just doesn’t care our car was broken into and all we were told was to “lock our doors” which is the worst advice to give to a tenant that did lock their doors just completely insincere and unprofessional as if it’s our fault they allow anyone, even homeless people to wander around the parking lot they leave accessible through their broken gate there’s zero sense of urgency to fix anything here, we’ve also heard reports from other neighbors that several homes have been broken into, another problem is all the broken amenities for example the pool that we were promised would be working before summer is out, it’s almost October and it’s still unusable, the gym we pay for doesn’t have free accessibility like we were promised because again the keypad to get in is also broken, parking here is terrible people throw parties and fight outside It’s hard to feel comfortable leaving home at night with these activities going on and yet even after reporting this it’s just not important enough for the management team here to do anything maybe they’ll care when their on time paying tenants move elsewhere.

    Decent, price a bit hight than expected. Cannot bring your own washer and dryer. Must use one provided by property and pay extra each month for them. Not happy with that. Was told is because they know the ones issued dont leak and wont cause damage to your apartment or neighbors. Isnt that what renters insurance is for? Especially when having renters insurance is a required by to lease apartment...

    Ive lived here 8 years. This is by far the best management ever. If Miss Patricia ever left we would leave. No apartments in Greater Houston are this big. Property is always clean. Parking is not an issue. Maintenance is fast. Entire staff is great. And Kimberly is by far the best leasing agent theyve had. Always smiling, genuine and happy to help.

    Patricia, Brenda, Roxie, and the support staff do a great job. Ive been living here 2 years and love it. The staff is always responsive, to service request and all the staff is always cordial. I especially love that they treat residents kids like they are their own. Always having community functionsI wish Karya would turn some units into town-homes (just a suggestion)Keep up the good work, and know that you all are appreciated!

    Northchase Village staff was very friendly and helpful. I was accompanying a friend on viewing the units available, they are great and have both non renovated and renovated units. All units are great they aren’t a old property so the non renovated units are very nice. Overall the atmosphere present was very welcoming.

    I want to take the time to recognize Roxie! She is more than a breath of fresh air, she’s truly been heaven sent since being an agent at this apartment complex. Out of all the agents that I’ve encountered while being a resident, she has been nothing short of professional, courteous, and extremely helpful! Anytime I’ve had a concern or maintenance issue, she makes sure to address them in a timely fashion. I know that my family and I are not the only residents residing here, but that’s how she makes us all feel. No matter the situation, she ALWAYS makes sure to follow up to make sure that our needs and expectations were met. My family and I feel like we’re valued, and not like we’re just another rent check. While residing here at Northchase Village, we’ve had many opportunities to take part in family fun community events provided by the front office that help keep our community clean, close-knit and safe. Its quiet and a safe place for families to live. I simply love the family functions that are held near the holidays for theyre always so much fun.     Received 5-star customer service, with a smile, from Lynetta this morning! I presented her an issue as she literally walked up to the door-not only did she clarify my issue but immediately started the fix! Within minutes she 1) explained the information I viewed on the system, 2) located documents needed to adjust the system, and 3) corrected the public-facing information on the system so I could move forward with my transaction! Thank You! Thank You! In another excellent example of professionalism, she accepted my comments/feedback on the contents of a note Id recently received and agreed to add contact information to the existing template. Finally, Lynetta shared ways her team plans to increase and elevate the safety and appearance of Northchase Village. This is a team I look forward to working with!

    I was a resident at Northchase Village for 5 1/2 years. We bought a home and moved out this month. I deferred writing a review until our experience was over. Northchase Village is a very good apartment complex-it is kept clean, the managers are very responsive to service requests, the common areas are all kept in excellent condition, and the staff-from top to bottom has always been pleasant and responsive to deal with. They were all very good to me. In 5 1/2 years I never had a problem. On the rare occasions when I compared the prices I paid to what was available, Northchase always had the best deal for the money. If you are considering an apartment in this part of town, I highly recommend Northchase Village.

    Its been a few months and so far Ive enjoyed my stay here. The front desk is always very helpful and ensures that any issue you may have gets resolved in a timely manner. I have a small dog so Im always walking around and I appreciate that the grounds are always together, the lights are always working (well lit at night), and Ive never run into a problem with residents leaving their dogs mess around. All of that makes this place even better! The gate has been broken a few times since I got here (a common thing with apartments) but so far Ive never seen it stay that way for a crazy amount of time. Like everything else maintenance gets things done quickly. Definitely a nice place to call home :)

    I have been living here for 5 years and I have loved the experience. This complex is quiet and well kept. I have never had an issue with maintenance or property personnel.     If you want to live somewhere and feel appreciated and safe Northchase Village is the place to be. I have 0 complaints. I can walk to my apartment at 3am and feel comfortable. That is super important to me. If something is wrong with anything in your unit it is taken care of immediately. Hats off to Patricia for always having events to bring the community together. Its very quiet especially with working the night shift and sleep during the day im able to sleep soundly of course every now and again you might here a car or two but still pleasant.     I have been here for 5 years, and yes it does change a bit.....but this is what stays the same; Patricia and Brenda do so much for the residents. If you are patient and polite, they go above and beyond to make your environment feel like a safe home. Maintenance staff is nice and efficient. Things get done in a timely manner. Safety is a big plus for me since I have a small child. It is a gated community with cameras, and a safety officer walks the premises. Im a diligent resident so I DO NOT leave anything in my vehicle for wandering eyes. Parking can be hard to find and that is why i pay for a carport; it is a reasonable cost for a complex in this area. They have valet trash pick up which is heaven sent, and the grounds are always kept clean and nice. Roaches are NOT a problem for me since i always clean and pick up, they exterminate on Fridays if you request an appointment in advance. You can also be diligent and speak to your neighbors if they are having a problem that is spilling over to your apartment. Getting to know your neighbors is a big help, and communication is best when you now who your neighbors are. Patricia and Brenda are always scheduling community evens to get to know your neighbors. Overall this is a great place to live. The management makes you feel like family (Be respectful, communicate and kind. We are all human), maintenance is efficient (submit your requests on line or over phone with respect), it is safe (Be diligent and dont leave stuff in your car or outside your door for thieves). Dont be a dirty dan and keep your home clean so you wont have a roach issue (Common sense). I hope you give this place a chance its awesome and close to everything!!

    I absolutely love this place, my mother has been living there a few years and I visit frequently, I love that she feels safe and loves the staff in the front office. I also love it because you dont see alot of people hanging out, and they always have community events. Gates work properly so you dont have to worry about unwanted traffic throughout the complex.
