    I recently toured with Chelsey and loved her professionalism and personality! The community is gorgeous and although our plans have changed and we will no longer be moving, she was an incredible leasing professional and deserves the recognition. Out of all the places we toured this was by far our favorite! Definitely recommending to our friends looking to move to the area.

    I love this complex! It’s literally the nicest apartment I’ve ever lived in at such a cheap price (compared to CA). The amenities and pool is like resort style, it’s super nice. The fancy coffee machine is a game changer! The rooftop patio and common areas are decorated to a T. The apartment itself has the most current appliances, open kitchen, cute backsplash. On the fourth floor in the corner, I have the most amazing patio. Overall, 10 outta 10!!

    Amazing location with a diligent property management staff! Maintenance Team is always quick and ready on standby for any of my service needs both major and minor. The amenities are impeccable from the resort style pool all the way to the apartment Gym which has two floors and is stocked with equipment.My time here has been nothing short of spectacular and I look forward to renewing my lease here next year.I would like to make a special shout of to the property management team at the front desk who are readily available and are always willing to hear out any issues of mine no matter the severity.Nexus East is the best apartment community I have ever had the opportunity to live in.

    I was hesitant about moving here given the negative reviews in the past but I can honestly say this is an absolutely amazing place to live. Top notch amenities, great location (yes it’s on a tollway but also really close to a lot of cool spots) and the management has been awesome. Kiah was super helpful with introducing us to the apartment and she and Christian have been amazing at helping us with any issues. There’s a really great community here and we’re really happy to have chosen nexus!

    Ive lived here for a couple of months now and generally really like it. My biggest complaint, though, is that the walls/floors seem like they are almost literally paper thin. I can hear nearly everything as if it were basically in my apartment--regular/speaking conversations, dogs, alarms, people walking in the hallways outside, and, uhh, you know, bedroom festivities. And that means everyone else can hear the same from me too, so I feel like I have very little privacy here because of it.Otherwise, its been great, though—great location, amenities, staff, etc.

    I had an excellent experience today touring your property and I thought the building looked to be clean and in great shape, well cared for, hallways were clean and good to see people enjoying the common spaces. Leasing agent Christian was very helpful in explaining the options we have in choosing the right unit for us, and answered all our questions enthusiastically. We are encouraged by knowledgeable and helpful staff!

    I enjoyed living here. I think one of the things that I valued a lot was the fact that this place was always clean thank you to my good friend, Ana!Outside of that, parking is a little bit of a struggle but I can’t really complain about this place, and its got great amenities, and is close to downtown/EaDo.

    Ive had a great experience at the nexus east. Kylee is very her team are very professional and ready to help you with anything you need regarding your apartment. Best management team Ive experienced. The maintenance team is also very quick to respond with any issues and very friendly. They have great amenities here and a huge dog park. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!!!

    Recently toured with Chelsey and she is such a breath of fresh air! I have gone on multiple apartment tours in Austin and she is by far the most professional and helpful. Big reason I submitted my application was because of her. Thanks Chelsey!

    Nexus East is a great property with amazing 2 bedroom floor plans & amenities. I love the view from my bedroom and balcony over looking the downtown skyline. The community manager and the front office agent cristian were very helpful in answering my questions when it came to moving in. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to moving close to downtown

    Outstanding service! if your in need of an amazing apartment with delightful amenities lease a place at Nexus East Apartment!This complex has a resort style pool! Dog park! roof top deck need I say more I could there is so much I left out! You have to see for your self did I mention the office is open 7 days a week!

    This is my first time renting an apartment, and my experience has been great. The complex is beautiful; the gym is fantastic the pool is gorgeous. The staff is very lovely and friendly, especially Kylee makes everything easier by helping me out. I had one incident where I was at work and my Mother was at my apartment cleaning up. Somebody knocked on the door she called me and said was I expecting somebody. I said no. My mother freaked out. So I called Kylee, and she got her team on ASAP. They were at my door less than 10 Minutes. Just felt good knowing if something was happening, her team was right there- just a good feeling. Knowing feeling safe is the primary key is living in an apartment in my opinion. Found out later it was the cleaning service crew had the wrong door. Lol, I highly recommend this apartments.

    Loveeeee this location. So close to all the hotspots, yet far enough to be away from the noise. The floor plans are so spacious, too! AND of course, the staff, especially Jenn, is the most caring I’ve seen at any other communities in the area. If you’re looking for a sign to lease here, THIS IS IT. :)

    The new staff at Nexus is super tentative and helpful! Jens always quick to answer any questions I might have soo much better than the previous staff!Nakeiya, is still the best!! Super attentive and always extremely respectful as a property manager!

    Kiah gave me a tour of the apartments and was so friendly and welcoming! She answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable and excited to help me. The amenities exceeded my expectations and the location was perfect! Looking forward to living here!

    This apartment is great. I love how quiet it is, and how I can’t hear my neighbors at all. The management is really nice and helpful. I love the free espresso machine in the lobby, and the beautiful pool. Highly recommend this spot!

    Jen at Nexus was really helpful & knowledgeable about everything Nexus! She helped me understand the market and how it works. As a first time renter she definitely eased my mind during the process. Ask for Jen she’s the best! If I could leave 10 stars for her customer service & positive attitude I would!!

    This place is pretty cool for being so close to the airport. I am a fan of the gym probably one of the cooler apartment gyms I have ever seen. The guy on the management team in the office Cristian was nice & easy to talk to.

    My best friend lives at this community and I just want to say that this is the best community I have had experience with so far. JESSICA and her team are always doing everything they can to make life there great! If I lived in Austin I would definitely live here!

    Such a great location on the east side!! Youre a short drive into town, but also still away from the craziness of downtown. The office is super friendly and helpful. The fitness center is AMAZING!

    New building with a solid amount of amenities. The apartments are spacious and the community is quiet (for the most part, you will get a bit of loud music on the weekend). All in all the complex feels safe and clean.
